We have used this company for urgent computer needs. I own a business in town, and three times this company has been helpful, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced. Each time, the computer was returned within a reasonable time frame. The wonderful staff even put up with our constant calls to check on the status of the repair. Havent needed a computer repair service in a while and happened to find this one via a Google search. The gentleman (Adan) working on my desktop and laptop was friendly, communicative and honest about the suggestions he made. I know enough about computers to get myself in trouble and another shop would have quoted me the price to fix my motherboard knowing full well the computer should have been scrapped. I hope that I dont need their services again but if I do I will definitely go back. All in all the process was pleasant and the prices reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Went in today with a real minor assembly issue that i had no idea how to do but it was real easy for them. I was at their mercy and since it was so minor, the gentleman took a few minutes and put it together for me free of charge. Im not saying that their service is free but as a college student on a budget it was very helpful and the customer service was great and I know of places that would have really taken advantage of the fact that i needed my laptop fixed. great experience.

I got soda all over my laptop and unfortunately, the CPU was corroded and would be extremely expensive to replace. But they not only took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what they did to find out, but didnt even charge me for the cleaning since my laptop was ruined anyway. They were very friendly and helpful, and Im sure Ill be stopping by again in the near future!

I have terrible luck when it comes to computers and every time Ive brought my computer in they have not only fixed the problem but walked me through what happened and kept me updated with what theyre doing while they work on it. I even had an issue that they were clueless on (not a common accurance), but they still got it. If you want honest, good, friendly people that know what theyre doing working on your computer, this is the place to go. Im honestly sad that I have to find a different computer repair shop since Im moving out of state.

Local Circuit fixed my computer properly after I had taken it to another place to have the fan replaced. The first place didnt fix it correctly so I took it to Local Circuit and they made sure that it was fixed correctly. If I have any other computer problems, I am taking it to Local Circuit!I had another issue with my computer recently. I was getting blue error screens and The Local Circuit was able to help me figure out that it was a RAM issue and replaced my RAM for me. I recently had the need to to have my work computer repaired as a result of a power outage after a lightning storm that came through our area, I was referred to Local Circuit in Denton for repairs. Ridiculously exceptional service - I spilled milk on my laptop on Friday and wasnt able to bring it in until Monday evening, around 5 pm. They said theyd take a look, clean out the keyboard, make sure everything was running smoothly. I got a call this afternoon around 1 pm saying it was ready, and there was no charge for the cleaning! Ive brought in four different systems to Matt and his crew at the Local Circuit and not once did it take them more than three days to get EVERYTHING back up and running. They replaced mt hard drive in two of them, the RAM in one and COMPLETELY REBUILT my fathers older computer- at no charge! The Local Circuit rocks!

These guys are awesome. Trent went above and beyond getting my Macbook Air working again. He remapped my keyboard so that I could work around a broken key and didnt charge me anything. He researched my problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was able to pick my computer up shortly after dropping it off. I will definitely return to the Local Circuit for any future computer assistance.

We recently ordered a keyboard for an HP notebook. It came in ahead of time and received a phone call to bring it by when it was convenient for us. Trent said he would only need a few minutes to install it. This is the second keyboard to be replaced and the HP tech needed about two hours the first time around. True to his word, Trent installed it within 20 minutes. We paid $70 for the keyboard AND installation. Several big box stores quoted a $250 diagnostic fee just to see what was wrong with it even after being told it was the keyboard that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend their services and will be taking our other laptop in to be serviced as a repeat customer. Definitely small town service with a big town result.

I had a Toshiba laptop, Satellite Series, which had given me fits since the day I brought it home, brand new from BB (a large national electronics chain). After the warranty expired I took it to the guys at local circuit. They did the job at a very reasonable rate. After diagnosing and providing an estimate, for which the cost was applied to the total ticket cost, repairs were conducted on time as predicted. The tech actually did some research, at no charge, to discover that this model/series had in fact been manufactured, shipped and sold with defective hard drives. He showed me his research which included a class action lawsuit for damages/claims for consumers who purchased those products. On another occasion they were able to retrieve critical documents and photos from a device that had been dropped and was unrepairable, saving irreplaceable memories and documents. I highly recommend taking your digital devices to Local Circuit. Professional, amiable and good to their word.

Left a good review a year ago. Just tried to see these guys. Forget it! They cant even return a phone call. Tried like 7, 8 times to get a return phone call. Finally I was told to call Monday. Called Monday. The guy had to go to the airport. Gave me the talk to the hand. Call later. Called the Geek Squad on 288. Professional. Took a reservation. Fact. Cheaper. Try to support Denton local but cant deal with the blue sky attitude. hahaha

This place is amazing. They were quick, polite and helpful in explaining the issues with my computer as well as the cheapest option for me.

Took my computer in at the end of the day, was told I would have an update in the morning with the issue once it could be confirmed. Had to call 3 times the next afternoon to get anyone, much less what the issue was. Then I was told it was taking longer to transfer my data so it should be ready Thursday. Surprise suprise, took 2 more calls to figure out it would be Friday before it would be ready. Showed up Friday after they called in the morning to say it was fixed, took it home and it had the exact same issues. It took 3 more calls to get them to tell me they couldnt do anything for the next 2 days and the manager had already gone home so I was out of luck. Summary: an extra day without my computer, numerous phone calls, and $120 bucks got exactly the broken machine I started with. Dont go here ever, if you want to get ripped off there are places that will do it nicer.

Had a very unique computer problem, which would not let me log onto the internet. Well Adam and Trent worked on my computer and got this issue resolved. Since I am now using this very PC on the internet to write this review. Guys were very helpful and easy to do business with. Will be using them again in the future.

The Local Circuit took care of me in my time of need and did not even charge me for it. Last week, I had brought my newly built up PC into them to see why it wasnt starting. I cannot recommend The Local Circuit highly enough! I called about 5:45 p.m. in a panic, and Trent stayed after their closing hour of 6 pm, then wrote to me later from his home that my worst fears were not revealed after he ran all kinds of malware and adware scans. Way above the service I expected when I called. I was anticipating a bring in the computer and well get to it in 1-2 weeks type of answer. Instead, I got immediate service. I previously had a negative experience with another so-called computer specialist entity here in Denton and now, I have The Local Circuit in my address book for any other computer related issues. If you are looking for the type of services they provide, call them!!!!!

Today I was searching for a reliable and honest PC repair shop to take care of a complicated issue on my wifes machine. After reading the reviews I called and after a quick chat on the probability of fixing the issue I headed to Denton. The technician was able to look at the machine right away and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! (Maybe it was an Id10t error). When I asked how much it cost he waved me off and sent me on my way. Its a bit of a drive but I will definitely be coming back for any other PC issues I encounter in the future! I mean, really, how often do you walk into a place and feel immediately like they know what they are doing.

The Local Circuit is fast and friendly. I had a problem with my drivers on my computer. I took it in and Trent fixed my computer the same day free of charge. I would definitely recommend them.

I went to the local circuit with two corrupted drives that I needed to be cleaned and reformatted. I also brought in an inexpensive asus laptop with some busted hinges. They reformatted my SSD and HD that I brought in, very easily, and assured me that they are clean and ready to use. My laptop was a bit of a fixer upper, but they quickly found a part online, that I was unable to on my own search. Im going to bring back the laptop at a later time to repair, but am thoroughly impressed by the timeliness and great deal of information serviced. The local circuit is a great choice if any are looking for a reliable and hands on computer repair center. I will definitely return the next time Im in need of professional service at a reasonable price.
