Cameron is super helpful at this location. Came in for internet, super stressed because I had just moved in, and he was very kind and patient. Great service here!!! Was in and out with fully activated service in less than 15 minutes

I have been into this store several times over the last few weeks as well as have called the customer service line several times with absolutely no resolution to my problem. I am a perfect paying residential and mobile customer. I have had problem after problem with my cell phone as well as my residential bill has gone up 3 times in 12 months. I go into this store to be told they want a significant amount of additional money to change my device . They say that part of that includes first month of service, I am NOT a new customer, my billing cycle just began. The reps at the store do not give out the correct customer service complaint phone number. I waited on hold 45 minutes just to be told they gave me the wrong number and to wait on hold again. The supervisor at customer service would not get on the line even though I asked to speak with them. This place is a joke. I will be locating a new provider who values customers who pay their bills and pay them early every month. If you are new to the area do not use this company. There are other providers now who offer better more reliable service.

Worst experience Ever. The Beltline in Garland location had a manager that couldnt figure out why I couldnt pick up my equipment for Denton service, so I suggested to myself to try the Firewheel location because the Beltline manager couldnt even figure out how to suggest going somewhere else or maybe calling someone. Firewheel location at least knew what the problem was and informed me that I had to pick up my equipment at a Denton location for whatever reason.Wasted a full hour of my day.

Had a reservation at a certain time. Signed in when I arrived and waited in my car as a Covid precaution. Once I got a text that they were ready to help me and that a greeter would show me to a employee, I walked in and waited. No greeter. Nobody helped. After a while, I told an employee what was going on and that I had been skipped because my name was removed from the waitlist, and they said, “we’ll get you.” Then, the employee proceeded to call names from the waitlist as if I hadn’t just explained to the employee that they skipped me and that my reservation was an hour ago... I JUST purchased Spectrum’s internet service yesterday, and I already regret it. This was not a good first impression.

I turn everything in and my balance was $0. A month later they tried to charge me a extra month I refused so they hit my credit and put 3 times what they said I owed smh

Went in to get service and Gary helped me get a great deal and he was so kind and explained everything in detail to me about my account. Let me tell u he knows what hes doing and looks out whats best for the customer. U can tell he loves what he does. I appreciate great customer service these days! So if u go into Spectrum and get cable service then Gary is your man.

Isaac and Darrin were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! They provided excellent service on determining the best new phone for me and were beyond helpful on getting everything set up to replace my broken phone! Very personable and friendly as well. Great store and great experience! Ill be back again to get my husbands service switched over too!!!

I went into the store to set up my new phone (and thus retire my old phone). The process was complicated because it was a new iPhone with 5G and so the store had to get Spectrum customer support involved so that they could properly add my new 5G phone to the network. Issac, the store manager, was SUPER helpful and shepherded me through the process from start to finish. This was no small feat given the amount of time we had to wait on the phone for customer support to get everything up and running. To make a long story short, you wont regret going to the Spectrum store on South Loop 288!

Internet is out often and not fast when its on. This service costs too much for what you get, were canceling if they dont substantially reduce our bill with it not even functioning so much of the time.

I came in the store today very confused about my service. It was Gary who assisted me in answering all of my questions. He was extremely helpful! If it wasn’t for him, I probably would have cancelled my service. The store is awesome, and I am a Spectrum customer still because of Gary.

Very slow... they are in no hurry to get their customers taken care of... takes a couple of employees to help one customer and leave no staff for anyone else... wish we had a different location in town to go to

I came for replacement router coz mine was having some trouble... but they don’t have anymore in this store they sent me to the one in carrolton, but the store is closed for the day. They could’ve at least checked before sending me 30 miles
