I purchased a new Camaro ZL1 convertible from this dealership in Del Rio, TX and had it transported to me. The car arrived with pre-existing paint damage and rot that was never disclosed to me. I have contacted the dealership and supplied a quote from a local Chevrolet dealership to fix the damage to my “new” car that they sold me. I have not received a response to the quote I sent for the repairs. The Chevrolet quote was $3,000 to repair the damage of the “new” car that they sold to me.

I took my 2016 Corvette in for a yearly inspection. You are the only people I used to trust. Other inspector want to drive the car around the block where I cant see them. After a few moments I looked into the garage area to see the inspector on his cell phone leaning up against my car. This shows me total lack of respect for me. I am very proud of my Corvette which I worked very hard for. I hope the mechanics and inspectors show more respect in the future for other peoples vehicles.

I called and let them know I needed an oil change before going out of town and they made me an appointment before our trip even though it was our fault for waiting till last minute. Very friendly customer service made me feel very welcomed. I was very pleased and glad to know that there are people that go out of there way to satisfy a customer which isnt found in many business here in Del Rio definitely going back and will recommend to anyone.

Service department was excellent. They try to work with your schedule as much as they can. Ordered wheels & rims, they even caught pin holes in my first set of wheels. If your not in a hurry they will take care of your vehicle. Shot out to Cesar at the service department.😎

I went in with my mother in law this morning to get repairs on her Buick the customer service was great Danny the service manager was awesome he was very considerate and made sure we knew everything that was going on with the car and anything we needed he made sure he was there with us and talked to me as a person and not just another customer and found I was interested in a Cadillac and made sure to get me into the hands of Michael benacci, who again took extremely good care of me, he knew his product knowledge up and down on the Cadillac ATS V, your company has a great group of guys working with you and couldn’t have asked for a better expierence and today was a absolute pleasure to come in and actually expierence what the Buick gmc store really had to offer I will definitely be back to pick up a vehicle.

Pete (Sales Manager) and Cesar (Salesman) were great. Pete was very patient as I attempted to deprive them of all profits on our truck. I was unsuccessful in that endeavor, but we ended up purchasing our 2017 GMC Sierra at a very satisfying price-point. Theyll have to pay the light bill with their next sale...The finance department was able to beat the already ridiculously low rate that our bank was offering. They even filled the fuel tank while preparing the truck for us. The assistance they provided made setting up the Onstar service a breeze.Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. Well definately refer our friends and family to Brown in the future.Thanks for a pleasant purchasing experience!

Service and parts is ridiculous! I have to prove the car i drove up in is my car then I have to pay 3 times the amount to have a service issue taken care of? GMC won my business because of customer service, brown gmc does not represent GMC well. I will never have my car serviced in del rio.

I have a 2016 silverado,with 13900, miles,I called the dealer BROWNAUTOMOTIVE. They DO NOT have anybody that can check my truck till monday, today is Saturday. My will not start.I think I will go with a RAM!
