I never write reviews, but I wanted to warn others of this place. Firstly, when I walked in, the employees seemed very annoyed that I was there. I tried to get my car in, and they told me they were too busy and to make an appointment for the next day. I came back the next day at the scheduled time, and they didn’t acknowledge me for over an hour. I finally got to tell them the issue, which was a very obvious suspension issue. I asked them to check my suspension and give me a tire alignment. They took in my car, and when I received it back, the issue was not resolved, and they claimed they fixed it. Terrible customer service, and they didn’t even check the issue I told them to. Avoid this place.

There was a Wait upon appointment arrival. It appeared the crew was short-manned. We understood that the Tires Plus honors certain themes that Firestone Complete Car Care promotes. We tried their workings at that time. The work took too long to complete.

The staff here is awesome. They did exactly what I wanted and needed. They did not try to sell me on things that I didn’t need. The waiting area was clean and clear. The prices are okay and the advice on repairs to my vehicle was accurate. I will return to this location for future services to my vehicle.

The customer service is terrible, after 8 years of service I will never go back to a Tiresplus ever again. The store operations and the corporate operations are terrible. They will charge you for work not performed and the Managers will refuse to speak to you about the issue. Do not waste you time and money.

Rude and uncooperative representative in the counter. I was standing in front of him and he is punching his phone completely ignoring me. When I got his attention, I told him one of the four tires I bought from the store some months back is leaking air. He said bring it Tuesday. That is after three days. He wont even check the tire in question.It was my first time to buy tires from tires plus and probably is my last. Tire leak is an emergency in my opinion. These kind of representatives are business killers.

The entire company has terrible customer service and poor workmanship. They will charge you for work never performed, they are extremely rude and the company obviously needs a clean of house. Ive been taking my cars to this Tiresplus/ firestone since 2012 and never have I experienced such disgusting customer service. The 1st rude person I encountered was the service Manger (Marlon) and a receptionist the day I dropped the car off, but considering the Store manager (john) the area manager (Wallace), and the district manager (Ryan C) have all neglected to reach back out to me about my ongoing case for over 3 weeks now. Its safe to assume they condone the rude deceptive actions of their employees.

I had a tire that was slashed during my travel. I stopped at the tire plus to get another one and twenty minutes later not only did I have a new tire but it cost me 154.00 I really feel that they took advantage of the situation and over charged he said it was the only one he had.

I always have a great experience at this particular store over the past 5 years & two vehicles. They take the time to explain when things need to be replaced and why, which makes it much easier to decide necessities that cant wait vs items that can when it comes to maintaining older vehicles (15-20+ yrs old) that naturally need more maintenance/parts replacement than newer models.

My daughters car was having problems with the tire pressure sensors (or so we thought). John and team checked all five tires (including the spare) and said the sensors were all fine - the problem was probably something electrical in the dashboard (which they dont fix). John didnt charge me, even though they spent time on the car. I kept trying to pay something, but he wouldnt accept it. Very much appreciated - I will be back!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.They will tell you an hour but will take 2 or 3. Im here now for a tire rotation and the mechanic working on my car is nowhere to be found. Guy said it would take 15 minutes and Ive been here for 3 hours.AWFUL SERVICE. AS BAD AS IT GETS.

I called ahead and told staff would be wearing masks. They were not over nose and mouth. I had to ask them to use mask properly.I certainly understand delays, but it was made very clear the phone was more important than customers in front of you. I waited through seven phone calls before checking out, this was after waiting 40 minutes for my schedule appointment.

This is another place where I’ve never had a bad experience. Just a word of advice for anyone who hasn’t been there yet...try to make arrangements for someone to follow you there and drop your car off. If you’re not able to do that then expect to be there for at least an hour, maybe longer, even if you have an appointment. They are always busy, but so far everyone I’ve dealt with there have been really great. I’ve noticed, for myself and others, they will always try to accommodate you if at all possible so be patient if you have to wait. The waiting room is comfortable. I brought my car in today for an oil change and tire replacement. My point of contact and go-to-guy was Russell. He’s a character and has a great sense of humor. I can’t remember the name of the last gentleman I worked with but he was really nice too. I’ll find my paperwork and add his name because he deserves some props too.

Not the greatest experience. Thought that I would try somewhere closer to home, it was just for an oil change. Gentleman at the desk told me that the coupon that I had wasnt worth it, as it was just for a basic oil change, and he suggested that I got the more expensive one, which I did. Dropped the vehicle off, and according to their hours (on a Saturday), thought that theyd be open until 6pm, but was told they closed at 3pm (or, thats when they get ready to leave). Anyway, came back when they called-paid the $55 dollars for the oil change (most I have ever paid), and got in my vehicle...only to discover black oil (?) over the seats and and other parts of the interior, the stereo was on full blast too. I went in to let them know and the gentleman at the desk was very kind and came out to clean the interior of my car, I did not have to show him where the areas where, as it was quite obvious. I felt bad for having someone clean my car, but he kept apologizing for what had happened- I had just gotten it cleaned a week earlier. All in all, could have been a one off, but just wanted to share my experience for others.

I brought my car here for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and to double check my brake pads. When they called to update me, they told me that my rotors were shot, my brake pads needed to be replaced, and that I needed new tires. I decided to get a second opinion and I am so GLAD I did. Turns out everything they said was a lie. My rotors are completely fine, and so were my brake pads. I would be very careful about what they “recommend” you getting done because they clearly are just trying to make money, and take advantage of customers.

Car battery died in the Kroger parking lot at 5pm, trunk full of perishable groceries. They gave me a jump, diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery and gave me a fair price, all in under 15 minutes.This has happened to me before. Both times a shop tried to take advantage of my misfortune. I find the type of service I was provided today to be somewhat rare. Therefore, it is commendable and should not go unnoticed. Thanks for the help.

Will not be returning to this location again! John the manager wasnt honest about how long til they got to my car. I only came in for a vehicle inspection. I called to make sure that there was going to be availability. I was there for 2 hours longer than I should have been there. Then I came back a few days later to let John know that my hubcap came off. He pretended to take my contact information and took pictures but never called me back or followed up with me to reimburse me or replace the hubcap. I called customer service and was told several times that the area or regional manager would call me. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS PERIOD! This company doesnt know what genuine customer service really is about. I even contacted the better business bureau and still after going through them, I didnt receive any contact from Tires Plus. I will take my business elsewhere because I dont have time to be treated with inappropriate customer service. TIRES PLUS...YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

Did not know how to adjust camber on my Silverado with torsion bars, and claimed that camber could not be adjusted in that truck. Fixed my toe but that was about it. The staff seem inexperienced and only care about getting people out the door.

The staff is friendly and the mechanics are knowledgeable. They help people make better decisions. The service is great. They just took too long to assess the vehicle (2hrs to be precise). The waiting area was clean and comfortable while the coffee maker was out of order. They only recommended services that were deemed important, but didnt push for us to get it all done in one trip. The car runs great after all was said and done. Overall, best experience at a shop. Staff is always friendly and helpful, even if their mechanics arent the fastest around. I always schedule appointments and am prepared to give up a couple hours if I cant drop it off. Have always gone here for alignments and a brake job or two, not everything they suggest is completely necessary to replace at the given time they say but every estimate was well detailed in advance.

May 2019 I need a new set of tires on my car, I called and made an appointment. I get there and they dont have my tires in stock. The associate, Brown, states that there is one at another location and another one somewhere else, but he can have them onsite to install by late afternoon. My intuition says to call the next closes location, Stone Mtn. The lady says they have them in stock come on over. So the associate was going to send someone over to Stone Mtn. to get the tires. Crazy!Fast forward to June 2020 i need a new set of tires on my truck. I made an appointment on Tuesday for Friday. I selected the tires needed and received confirmation in my e-mail of the time.I arrive this morning and they dont have the tires in stock. The associate, Ernest Brown, is still there and I remember him from the previous year. So I hoping it wouldnt be a similar situation. He tells me that, the appointment wasnt confirmed (although I have the confirmation in my hand). Then he tells me that, After I make an appointment online I should call the store to let them know I made an appointment so they can confirm it. Or if I dont receive a call after the appointment, I should call to confirm. What is the purpose of using technology if theyre not going to use it as it is intended. Additionally, he showed me the appointment in the system queue, but no one had attached it to a work order. So apparently no one at the location is checking the queue timely to ensure that appointments are fulfilled.So the same as last year. I have an 8 am appointment, but the tires are in a warehouse and the truck will be here by 3pm. Hell take my number and call me when they arrive. For my troubles hell deduct $25. Whatever!I return home, call Stone Mtn. location, and the associate immediately apologized for what happened at the sister location in Decatur (didnt receive that there) and the guy confirms that the tires are in the warehouse, but he can have a runner pick them up and have them within the hour. Hell call me when they are in. I mentioned that whoever calls me first gets my business. As he promised he called me within an hour. I stopped to get an entire set of tires installed + alignment. As they were partially complete with the installation, the Decatur location called around 1pm (earlier than 3pm, but it is the principle). I told them I found the tires and they were installed. Total time 2hrs 4 mins at the Stone Mtn. location.Although this location (Decatur) is the closest to my house, I will never try to visit them again. Two bad experiences within one year. They must do better.

I like the convenience they offer. You can call and make a day of appointment. They are honest and don’t try to up sale you. The fact that it’s affiliated with Firestone means they honor my road hazard warranty. This makes my life a lot easier. I appreciate them knowing my name. Tires Plus Aggravation....scheduled an appointment to have a flat tire looked at. First pass, the technician only examined the spare tire. Second pass, the technician actually found the cause of the flat, and replaced the tire. Third pass, the technician could not figure out how to fix the low tire pressure warning in the car....tire pressure warning light is still on. Total time wasted 4.5 hours. How can a business that specializes in tires be so bad at it? We will not be returning. Im only giving one star because zero stars is not an option.

I am hoping that I dont have the same lack of customer service and non-payment of her lost hubcap. I brought my car in yesterday regarding a driving issue. They never called yesterday. Had to call today just to find out they couldnt handle the problem, advised me to bring to dealership. On my way to the Pet Supermarket from Tires Plus when my hood flies open causing major damage to my car. There was a can under my hood that had nothing to do with the problem with the car. Now my car has substantial damage. They are gonna pay. Once this is done, I am done. The tech who I assume was working on my car according to the ppwk was Winston. Idiot

If I could give no stars I would. This location is not helpful at all. I’ve been a faithful customer of tires plus both in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I never had a problem till this particular location. They have online requests as an option, then they never call back (even though online says they’ll reach out to you if there’s an issue). I made an appointment 5 days ahead of the requested appointment(For a simple oil change), when I called them; They said they were full. If they are full they should not have that time slot open online. If it is full they should’ve called me. So frustrating.

Women be warned!I will NEVER come back to this location or ANY Tires Plus EVER again. I warn any woman who wants to take their car here to find a guy to go with you, and let him do all the speaking. Otherwise be ready to be treated like a dumb-airhead because obviously a girl cant take care of a car. According to their employee Earnest, women dont even know how to open the trunk.... Went here solely because I have Road Hazard Warranty, and I was told by Earnest that it doesnt cover when the driver is irresponsible and drives on a flat tire. I asked him (in a normal conversation tone) how is it possible that I only managed to flatten one tire when, according to him, all my other tires were in great condition. I dont know why he decided that my statement was just an attitude and a challenge and automatically he was only defensive didnt hear anything I had to say. I even stated to him Look Im not trying to be argumentative, just asking a reasonable question... Besides the tire I needed other repairs done, to which he wrote on my ticket I demanded a price for work that was quoted a year ago, which was not even true! I LEFT OUT of THERE CRYING, and he gave no cares, neither did the other guy standing at the register next to him.I will never forget how he, and this whole experience, made me feel.As a long time customer I am beyond offended.I emailed corporate and never heard back from them.I will surely be taking my business and money elsewhere.This place has no respect for women, and Im sure theyre not to fond of anyone not their own color.

Stopped in this morning on my way to work, I had a hole in my tire and hector said it couldnt be patched up and said I needed a new tire. And was going to charge me close to a hundred dollars for a new one. Well, I took it to another place down the street and they told me I only needed a patch and it was a good tire. Seems like he just tried to make me buy a new tire that wasnt necessary. The other place only charged me 10 dollars for a patch. 🤔😏

This was an awesome experience to the point I am submitting a review.Erin answered the phone call and was extremely helpful in answering my questions and recommending necessary maintenance. He assured me that I would be taken care of without failure and gave me options. This was awesome because I was not feeling well and he simplified my experience.When I arrived at the store Eric and his coworker, Haley, went over and beyond to answer questions I had about my car that had nothing to with the services Tires Plus provides.All in all I was very please with the service and the customer serice. After going to jiffy lube and declining them wanting $110 to change my oil and and vacuum my mats. I headed over to tires plus total car care for a second quote/opinion. It was almost half the price at 60 plus they would rotate my tires for free. And as a bonus they were super nice. I definitely will be back.

I have been going to this location for the past four years but there has been a recent change in management. The nice female Shaq and the former head mechanic Damien are no longer there. I took my car in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation at 12. After 1 I still didn’t see that my car had been taken back so I asked if I should come back the next day because I had to be at work by 12. They said that I would be done way before 2 and told me to wait. When I saw that my car was finished I asked why it wasn’t being brought up to the front and that is when someone went back and got my car. I asked if my tired had been rotated and I was told that I did not say I wanted them rotated. So I stated that I gave them my wheel lock to rotate my tires, why else would I have given them my wheel lock. The sales associate tells me that he needed the wheel lock to check the tire pressure and that I never told him I wanted a rotation. This was at 2:40. He then got the manager named John and John went out and looked st my tired came back in and said they reason they didn’t rotate my tires is because the tires in the back are more worn than the front. I’ve been told multiple times at this tires plus that the tires with more tread should go in the back and the tires that are more worn out should go in the front. He straight out lied to me because he didn’t want to take my car back and rotate the tires. That’s the last time I’ll go to this location. I suggest everyone else to go some where where people are at least honest.

This location of the tire chain is about average. The tires are good quality with a decent warranty. However, the wait time can be extremely long. As with any other tire retailer, be wary of the up-sell pitch you will invariably receive, you need an alignment, your brake pads require replacement, your front axle is damaged, etc.. Be polite yet firm that you only need tires, any other damage reported will be taken to another mechanic for a second opinion.

Be advised: This place initially suggested a LOT of unnecessary parts/repairs today when i brought my truck in after a brake fluid leak situation. Initially i was told the repairs would cost $1,500. Not being completely gullible, I knew that was far above what my fix should cost. Next I was quoted $600. Still too high. Eventually we settled on $381 (still pretty high, but mechanics are, deservedly, expensive), more than $1,100 less than the initial quote. Brakes are working fine, and I suspect I got all I needed at the much lower price point.Otherwise I got really awesome service. The free inspection took an hour, and they had the repairs done within about 3 hours. The guy I talked to (Larry I think) was very understanding and took plenty of time to explain my options. Will go back if necessary.

I went there on a Monday, chose a set of tires they needed to order. We scheduled an appointment for Friday at noon. So I took that Friday off work to get many things accomplished. Showed up before noon and find out they never ordered the tires.I needed tires that day because of a long road trip the following day. So, I had to scramble to find a shop that could help me out. And I did. Of course I had no appointment, so had to leave my car there and hope they get to it before closing time.Because of Tires Plus the rest of my day was screwed. Nothing else could be accomplished, and had to pay for some Uber trips.

Customer service from front to back stellar. I drive 35K miles per year and I have purchased many tires over the last 35 years. I have never experienced this level of service. Will never go anywhere else.

I used to be loyal to this shop for both cars but one terrible service can ruin it all. I took our beater car in for an oil change, to get a new tire, and to have the tires rotated. I called before we left to see if they could get the service in that day, they said it would only take an hour or two. After we arrive, were told they could MAYBE fit it in at the end of the day. We talked with the store manager, he said it would be done in 2 hours. We go busy ourselves (with our 1.5 year old) and come back to the car being in the exact same spot when we left. They hadnt even moved it. When we pressed them, they FINALLY put the car on the lift and then said there was an oil leak somewhere and they couldnt change the oil. They hadnt put the new tire on the rim, rotated the tires, nothing. Only after throwing a fit did we get any customer service at all. We convinced them to ADD oil rather than change it, put the ONE tire on and we left unhappy and without what we had gone there to do. I was shocked enough to call the management line and never heard back. Needless to say, weve taken our business elsewhere and suggest anyone else do the same.

People who rate this place low are impatient and rude. I have been here several times and their prices are amazing, their sales reps arent pushy, and they do a good job. I honestly dont think Ill be taking my vehicle anywhere else. I mean, the guy who handled my bill saw me once the day before, might have heard my name once and the next day when I came in to pick up he called me by name. And they werent slow either, he remembered me while they were busy. Most people might complain about the wait, Im just happy they do quality work. I dont think youll find anywhere better for the price

We have been customers of tires plus for 15 years or more and usually have a good experience. This time however, they did not cover a lifetime warranted part because they said they changed vendors and the lifetime warranty did not apply even though the part was put in last year. Boo on you for the sneaky no lifetime warranty, Tires Plus. Either its a lifetime warranty or its not. I feel like they should honour the warranty or change the verbiage to exclude situations like thus.

STEP OUTSIDE | STAY RIGHT THERE !!Rude, UnprofessionalIs that how you guys talk to your customers? Was recommended by Autozone to flush the coolant when I went there on Sunday. That guy came outside and rudely spoke with me and told me to come on Thursday. Are you Kidding? Wait 5 days to change the coolant.I was given my appointment outside their workplace as he restricted me to step in.This is my bad experience ever. Never ever will go there in my life.

I entered the facility and was greeted immediately by the female rep on duty. Directly afterwards, the Service Manager (Will) spoke and stated he remembered me. I had not visited this particular facility in quite sometime; however, he remembered me as a customer and my vehicle type. I was impressed by this alone. We shared a laugh and I then asked for AJ- the Store Manager. He stated he was on vacation. I replied, well when I see him, Ill remind him that he stated that he owes me. Will stated No, I remember that and will honor what he said. I was furthered impressed, along with the courtesy that Will and the entire staff gives. This was also true for Lo. As I was in my vehicle departing and he was about to enter the building, I stopped him and inquired about how to turn off the Maintenance light if it were to come on again. He did not just instruct me on what to do- he got in my vehicle and actually showed me! Again, I was impressed. What exceeded my expectation overall, was the quality service from all, not just some.

I hadnt been at this particular Tires Plus for a couple of months. When I arrived for my appointment AJ opened the door for me and greeted me by name. He also informed me of what was going and and wanted to make sure I understood. Love this place!
