Had a screw in my tire, so I called to book an appointment on Monday, they got me on Friday and in less than 45 minutes had it patched and aired up all my tires.The service was professional and polite, and they did a heck of a job. Cannot recommend these folks enough.

This is the best place. Great people, patty is very friendly. They fixed the problem, when Neal tire told me there was nothing wrong. Going back for 4 new tires.

Dropped a tired off at 11am. Heard absolutely nothing, so I call back 4 hours later. She tells me they cant fix it. I said well i wish you wouldve told me that. Then she yells at me we have costumers that have been waiting days!... RUDE customer service, slow, and over priced . Highly NOT recommended! I will never be returning guess they have the maximum amount of repeat costumers they could ever attend to.

They bent my back wheels and now u have 3 of one tire and 1 tire thats different. Never. Coming. Back. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES COME HERE. Save yourself the time and money, go anywhere else, and they are super unprofessional about stuff.

I called while on the way with a flat tire right at closing time. They pulled me right in and fixed it really fast. They all were happy to do it, too. It was great service! And the waiting room was clean and newly remodeled.

I have used Best One / Tommy House for years family owned and you can feel that difference they have my business for years to come keep up the good work.

I asked last Thursday morning if they charge for an inspection. The lady said no it is free. And that her guy is on vacation and has a line of cars so Monday morning would be the best time. So I make the appointment under the assumption that the inspection is free as I was told. They take my car and do an alignment without my prior knowledge. Then charge me $45! Shysters....... And if they are professionals, why would they do an alignment on a car that has bad tires? Even I know that you can not align a vehicle with bad tires! So Im out $45 that could of went towards new tires or anything for that matter! Do not go to this business. If they did this to me they WILL do it to you or some unsuspecting person that knows zero about cars. And then have the gaul to quote me tire prices....... Garbage business practices I tell ya!

Not knowledgeable at all. Said they didnt know which way to turn my steering wheel to align my 01 Grand Cherokee. I said you turn the drag link not the steering wheel. They said we dont know which way, we dont want to bust your clock spring. So, I took it home, not paying anything and lengthend my drag link because I lifted my Jeep 3 inches and put 1.5 wheel spacers on so logically I didnt want to shorten the drag link. Guess what now my steering wheel is straight and I have no wobble. Anyway I wanted to inform you the alignment guys SUCK and I suggest you find a different alignment shop.
