This place is the best! A couple months ago I needed major car repairs and Firestone helped fix my car and keep my car safe and running at a price I could afford. And earlier this week I needed a tire repaired. I left my car there overnight. They open at 7am and called me at 7:09am to let me know things had been taken care of my car was ready to go. Highly recommended!!!

The employees at this store are phenomenal. They made the experience so enjoyable and easy. It’s nice to be able to have a trustworthy place to go to for your car repair needs. Im thankful for their honesty and the fact they were up front with cost. I got all questions and concerns answered with politeness and detail. They took the time to assist me and actual made it a enjoyable experience not to mention got my car running smooth again! I’ll definitely be back for my car needs and A+ costumer service.

I usually give Firestone a good or great rating. I have been a steady customer since 2012. Today, I received the worst customer service that I have ever had from them. I called looking for a certain tire size and I was told, within seconds and without hesitation, that they didnt have that size. Then dead silence. I asked if it could be ordered. Again, a quick curt reply, NO. No suggestions, nothing. I guess I will look elsewhere for my tire needs.UPDATE: The manager of this location called me to offer his sincere apology. We had a very nice talk. As I stated earlier, I usually get good service at this location.

Absolutely recommend this business; went in for a brake flush etc and after checking out car, CJ saved us from getting this service too soon. You don’t see that kind of honesty in the car repair business. Will return for future service work.

Had new set of tires put on vehicle. I chose to wait at store. They promised 90 minutes or less. I was done and out the door in 80 with new tires and alignment. Was pleased with service.

Paid $100 for diagnostic fee to get a second opinion on what the the dealership told me. They said it was something else and the dealership would have to fix it. Go back to the dealership and they tell me its still the same thing. Go back to Firestone and they say even if it is what the dealership says, they cant fix it anyways. Prior to all this, I got a quote from Firestone for what it would cost for them to fix this exact issue.

I went to get a front end alignment. Now for the kicker is I just had all the ball joints upper and lower, tie rods replaced. So the underneath was basically brand new. These jokers said they couldnt do it because the driver side upper and lower ball joints need to be replaced. It was replaced less than a week. Then wanted to charger over 700 hundred dollars. Do not go to these people. Big scam and RIP off. Then called corporate and complain. I get a call back saying the will do the alignment after I have ithe ball joints replaced but for 30 dollars less. Haha no thanks. I will bash this place and wouldnt recommend taking a bicycle to them.

Very professional ..an hour for a new set of tires installed ..pretty good ..waiting area is clean and comfortable ..free WiFi to pass the time . Highly recommended this is the better Firestone complete auto Care in Decatur ..thanks for the great job .

I made an appointment online through Firestone and my oil change was very fast and the staff was very polite.

Went on Saturday, they were booked up. Needed 4 new tires. They did a great job of working me in. Also saved a bundle over the competition. I had priced comparable tires earlier that day. Other dealer had none in stock, think goodness because I saved almost 200.00 Will return.

I would give it zero stars had my back breaks done well got home and its still screaming breaks. Took it else were cause I was done with the hole dang place dont go here!!!!!

Had a sidewall blow out while on my way back home 3 hours away. My tow truck couldnt get me there until closing time or just after. They got my car in, changed out the tire so that I could go home. I was really impressed with that level of compassion and customer service, to go above and beyond the way they did. Also, I dont think Ive ever had a new put on so fast!The store is clean and the guys that work there are pros. I would definite recommend them to anyone.

Ive had Firestone Complete Auto Care work on my vehicle twice. Once was a blowout on interstate 72 that led me to needing a new wheel/tire. The 2nd time was today when I noticed a flat while loading my car to leave town. Both times they were the best price on what I needed and the were the only service center that had the tire size I needed. Both times I needed service the staff were very accommodating and helped me get my vehicle sorted out. I told the mechanic today that if he thought I needed all 4 tires replaced Im an easy sell. They measured my treads, sold me 2 tires and sent me on my way. 10/10 would recommend to a friend 😜

Great Service. Went to Neil Tire and Battery first. Waited ten minutes to be waited on after being acknowledged. Then was told he did not have time to sell me a tire and put it on a rim (10 minutes tops). I will never make that mistake again! Thanks for the great and timely service Firestone!

I would need to make an appointment for next week to get a tire rotation. I am an over the road expeditor and that would be impossible for me. I have never had any location say they couldnt work me in especially with my arriving that early. This location did not even try.

Service is always quick and done right! Purchased a set of tires from them March 2018 and just a couple months ago, I ran over something in the road that put a hole in my tire and rim. They replaced my tire on a rim I provided for under half of what a new tire would have cost me anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Had a tire pressure issue. Made appointment; got in and out in 20 minutes. No charge because I had road hazard insurance on the tires. All done on my lunch hour. Very pleased. Thank you!

Was over priced and told me I needed a part fixed that my car doesnt need in my state

Placed my order over the phone and they explained all the deals they had available. I was able to get LIFETIME ALIGNMENT for the price of one alignment, free lifetime balance, very affordable road hazard that I never get. I dropped my truck off and walked a block to get a bite to eat. Came back and they had it ready. My truck was clean as I left it, tires washed clean, aligned properly and drives like floating on a cloud.

My truck had Firestone tires on it when I bought it and put 50000 plus miles on them so went there to replace them with same. The service was outstanding had appointment was in and out in good time. All in all a great experience.

Service has really went down in this location. Have used them for years, with many diffrent vehicles. Made an appointment a week ago. Dropped my vehicle off 20 mins before my appointment at 10am, and by 12 Noon it hadnt moved. Been this way recently with the crew they have. They offer excuses to why they skipped your car, not results

I had 4 tires mounted and balanced also a alignment.The truck drives great the alignment seems to have been done correctly. The problem is when I brought the truck in the TMPS was working properly now one sensor is dead. No one from Firestone informed me of the sensor not working even though they test drove the truck after the work was done. The warning lights on on in two places in the drivers info system.I you look at the speedometer you cant miss it. The truck goes back to Firestone today Ill keep you posted.

Went in to get a few things fixed on my little brothers car. The guy who helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely bring my own car here.

Brought in my car for an alignment because it was pulling to the left. I was suspicious if they did the work or not because they didnt provide the alignment printouts. When I drove away I noticed it handled the exact same as before. I took it to another shop and 3 out of the 4 wheels were out of alignment!! These crooks never did the work! Shade tree mechanics and swindlers dont ever buy their lifetime alignments!

They do a good job changing tires. They dont always listen to the customer needs. For instance, my aunt only wanted to replace the damaged tire and wanted to wait to replace the spare. Manager went ahead and replaced both and charged credit card. Later the manager said, well you will need that extra tire in case of an emergency. No manager, she said, I wanted to wait. She had a spare at her exs house and wanted to bring it in later for a spare. They need to listen to the customer at all times.

I came in for tires and didnt have an appointment. In and out in just over an hour. Great service and a great bunch of employees. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing any kind of service on their vehicle.

So far they have been great! Just the fact that when I paid for tire rotation i got it puts them ahead of the other Firestone in town. This will be my go to place from now on.

I wouldve given one star except for the fact that the mechanics where so sweet to me. That being said the people at the desk wanted to charge me $1,100 for work to be done, the same work I got done instead somewhere else for $430 including the parts. They offer a credit option, but I feel like Firestone is a complete rip off.

Sales before saftey...I will never buy tires here again...if you buy new tires, you get free tire rotation every 3 to 5 thousand miles which seems great but the catch is they also do a free safety check after the tire rotation and its a sales gimmick..they told me a bunch of whoey about my oil and brakes..to make a sale..worst part is that I had my TRUSTED mechanic recheck what Firestone told me ( all of which was fabricated for a sale) and my truck actually had a bad CV joint which was very visable and dangerous.. So I am insulted that Firestone seems to see me as a walking dollar sign and not really concerned about saftey as I stated the CV joint was very visible and in bad shape definitely needed attention and they should have noticed that issue plain as day and immediately??..instead I was told that whomever changed my oil last was probably using reused refiltered oil..my mechanic was horrified when I told him what Firestone had claimed...not good business ethics and with that being said I dont trust them anymore....
