Great customer service. I was satisfied with they work only them have been able to fix my 1995 Lexis also in a timely manner. They helped me the cheapest way out on parts but it wasnt cheap but it was worth. I choose them anyday.

Ive used these guys in the past they have done a tremendous good job. but the last couple of experiences havent been so great this time went to them because I trusted their work from previous experience the 3rd and 4th time wasnt so great. so ill explain why.My car was taken up there to check up on the aircondioner and I asked them to look at another issue as well which was written on the paper for them to look at which im assuming never got looked at its gotten even worse now as of today. so they fixed my air conditioner and called about fixing other minor things with my car and they found something else wrong with the engine may have been motor mounts. I said yes for them to fix all of that. But they never said anything was wrong with my what asked them to look at on the paper I written down for them to look at they didnt mention so I assumed nothing was wrong. so my next issue they fixed my breaks said something was wrong with them I said sure yes fix it but it was only the back was fixed they seemed to had only saw. so I got my car back thinking everything is ok. as soon as I breaks is making a lot of noises I waited for a few days to see if it would go away by it being new to see if it wear down some but no it got worse every time I drive it so I called to ask them to look and see whats going on my peddle was shaking when I break as well so I booked another appointment for them to back trace to see why because they worked on the back and said nothing was wrong with the front. they called me and said our work looks fine with what they did on the back breaks I said ok then he says but I found out your rotors need to done thats why your break peddle is shaking when you break my problem with that when you worked on my breaks then you would have seen the front had issues as well instead of just doing the back only? obviously my car wheels was taken off it was shown before hand now they have to back trace on work that should have been done the first time. when the guys was working on my breaks . and my issues my breaks are still not fully fixed im still having problems with it they said they didnt see anything wrong but they did not give me an explaination why its making the nosies it never happened until I took it up there to them. and keep in mind on the paper work I filled out I asked them to look at my belt and pully as well but they fixed other things not asked to be looked at on my paper I filled out on my concerns but found my breaks had issues and motor mount broken which is fine but things was half done and they had to back trace on their work which should have been found the first time why do one half the break job and not look at the front I wouldnt have to go back a second time for the issue to be addressed. still my car isnt fixed but im going to have to take it up to another car shop because I dont want to call them a 4th time because it wont be addressed. will get charged a diagnostic fee again on top of that. these guys do great work but I dont know what happened these last times ive been Maybe they are getting to backed up and overwhelmed and trying to get cars in and out and missing things that shouldnt be missed.

Dropped my tacoma off here because the driver door would not open from inside or outside. Walked over a mile home and called me shortly after and said it was my lock actuator and that the actuator was almost $500 and the door handle HAD to be replaced after I have been using the broke door handle for 2 years and that was $110 and the rest was labor. Almost $800 total! Found a actual new Toyota actuator for $120And a new door handle for $18Then I told them to just park it outside because Im not paying that and when I went to go pick it up they said I had to pay $75 for a diag fee and I noticed they didnt even take my door panel off so how did they diagnose my door if they couldnt even see in side the door. So I did the job myself and it was a $3 spring that broke.Ive had bad experience with Clay after he sold me a truck as is and a month later the trans went out. Gave this shop a benefit of the doubt because they seem like car guys that like doing this stuff. Wont never be back.

These guys are great! They were able to fit in my oil change before the Thanksgiving holiday and I thought for sure I would need to wait. I was at 15% life left and they said with a car like mine (Camaro SS) they didnt want me to. I asked about my air filter and they showed me it could wait until next time. I like how transparent they are, they dont try to sell, or push unnecessary parts or service.

Had an all around amazing experience here. Took my Ford Fusion to have a wheel bearing replaced and Clay and his team did an excellent job! We ordered some parts for our 5.3L Gen 4 block to get started because we are building a drag truck Cheyenne and they were very knowledgeable and explained to my husband what he needed, Clay was very helpful!

Took my 2018 Ford Fusion Sport in to have the unnecessarily gargantuan muffler cut out and replaced with custom exhaust setup. The guys took extra care to ensure the new setup flowed the best way possible and didnt have extreme bends to save time/effort. New piping was coated for protection and hung perfectly level and even all around. Looks and sounds a million times better than stock.Cant recommend these guys enough from the front office to the techs and their dedication to getting a job done right all at a fair price. Will definitely be back for more work ASAP.

Was wanting to buy parts for my about 3k worth a list was given no call back so after a week i call back gave the list AGAIN and still no call back so i went there and went to ask for parts list again the worst service i have ever had in hod roding and never got any help on parts

BEST service I’ve ever had in any service industry ever. I broke down traveling through Alabama on a Friday afternoon, trying to get home to work the next day. And even though they were already slammed, they took me in and got me on the road in no time. Was able to make it home with no issues. These guys are THE BEST.

Ive been here twice for work and tunes since August 2019 and wont be back. I felt the turn around time even with appointment was lengthy. Up to five weeks on one visit and three weeks on another. Also my car was in for tuning twice, both times I was unhappy with the AFR and I saw something else on the Dyno sheet that was a little disturbing involving my redline. I had other issues with communication and lack of follow up. I felt like I was constantly calling them to find out what was going on after weeks. Multiple requests for price quote follow up work for headers and E85 were passed on.Not a bad experience but I expected more than I received. Prices are definitely competitive. This isnt my first rodeo. Ive worked with many speed and performance shops in California, Washington, Tennessee and Alabama too.

I went to Bryant Brothers on Monday, February 17, 2020 @ 1:30 pm. It was my first trip there ever for service. My 2014 Tundra has 90,000 miles on it and the owners manual says to follow the maintenance guide for service at that mileage. I went into the office and a man was talking to a young guy behind the counter, so I waited my “turn” to talk. The guy was showing the counter guy a photo on his I-phone and discussing how it was a used car he was going to look at for buying. He was asking the kid if he thought it was a good price and other things about the car and the female seller, including meeting her to see the vehicle. This went on for a couple of minutes as I waited. Finally, the car guy finished that discussion then said I have another car I’m interested in. At NO time did the counter person say anything to me nor did I say anything. After the car buyer started to talk about another used car, I turned around to leave. I decided I would go to the service bays and ask to speak to one of the Bryant brothers and let him know why he lost a customer since I believe most business people truly want to know if a customer has a concern or complaint. I came to a bay that had 2 men standing near the back of a vehicle being serviced. I was outside the bay and took a step towards the bay to talk to a man who I assumed was a mechanic and ask him where one of the Bryants’ were at. The man looked to be around his late 40’s, heavy, and I think wearing glasses. Before I could say anything he said you can’t come into the bay in a harsh tone of voice. He then said that’s what the rope is for in a rude condescending manner (as if I was too stupid to know better but I saw no rope (I assume he meant a chain thatwas hanging down to the side of the bay unconnected to the other side of the bay.) He then started fumbling with the rope or chain and I just stared at him after his disrespectful comments to me. After I stared at him he caught himself and became nicer and more respectful and said I could talk to someone in the office. I turned around to walk away and he repeated, nicely, that I could just go the the office but I left without saying a word. So, I tried talking to TWO employees of the business, one ignored me and the other was rude jerk. Great way to treat a potential customer. The car buying guy in the office who was talking to the employee was not even a customer with a car being serviced there and was still there after I departed the business after my encounter with the jerk at the service bay.I recommend that someone tell the young person behind the counter how to nicely and diplomatically interrupt a constantly talking person and ask the other person (like me, the customer) if he can help them. Secondly, the rude mechanic needs to learn some manners, especially when dealing with a customer. I think the older mechanic might be one of the Bryant brothers since he looked older, but I really don’t know if he is or not.Bottom line: You lost a customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from the business and my experience with jerk mechanic and not getting any assistance while in the office. What a strange experience and the whole time I never said a single word to anyone. Great going Bryant Brothers.FOLLOW-UP TUESDAY FEBRUARY 18, 2020:I read the response from Chris Bryant and I’m very impressed. with his sincerity and the fact he was man enough to respond in such a way. He seems like a decent person which is an excellent attribute in a business owner and who cares what people think about his business.

Clay and Eric did the best they could, the truck was in bad shape and I cannot fault them for the condition of my truck.

Thanks to Bryant Brothers and their accomadting staff, my truck is up and running again. I called just about EVERYWHERE in Huntsville to raise my truck and/or roll in the front fenders. FYI, NO ONE will do it. After about the 7th call, someone referred me to these guys. I called them, got everything set up to bring my truck in and have it raised with coil spacers. Erik, one of the staff members helped me throughout the entire process and called me to keep me informed on the status of my truck. Never will go anywhere else... thanks again guys!!!

It’s an alright place. They are fairly high in my opinion. But the employee aspect is a little bit reckless. Have seen multiple people leaving the property and hauling tail down the 30 mph road. Representing your company correctly will gain more customers. Being reckless will cause fear and trust issues. At work or clocking out, your representing the company of which you work for. I hate seeing drag racing type of stunts occurring outside the business. It’s okay to American and be loud, proud, and raise “cain”. But not in the middle of the city especially where a park is where people exercise in peace.

Quality Shop that does great work that they stand behind! Brought my car in because of whose issues. Clay Bryant and his team of mechanics worked with me to figure out the real issue. Wiring on the factory harness was from the install of my kit was causing the injector to short out and stop working or throw random codes. Now she runs perfect! Can’t thank Bryant brother performance enough for the great work!

Best place in North Alabama for Performance Auto Parts and Installation. Dyno and Tuning services along with general repairs. If you LOVE your car, and its more than a means of getting from here to there. This is the place to go. Just drive by and look at the rides that are out front and in the bays.

Price for an alignment was better than most. The people here definitely know their stuff. Follow their facebook, youll see some good stuff and keep up on their events at the shop.

Sold my inlaws a car. Less than 2 weeks later, it wont start. Turns out, it needs an alternator. The shop mechanic says hell fix it for free. Great! Finally, an honest car lot! Then the owner gets involved and says Well fix it but itll cost you $275. This place is no better than any other scummy lot. Avoid at all costs. If you must use a buy here pay here I suggest Davenport Motors on 31. I will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid this place like the plague.

Everybody knows them for their high performance skills in building race cars and off road vehicles but they also have oil change service and regular maintenance service that is second to none.I highly recommend you to bring your vehicle in to let them take care of it.
