I brought my Toyota Camry here for many years and have had a positive experience all-around. The staff is professional, and they do a good job explaining issues to me and answering questions without talking down. Prices are fair. Online appointment scheduling and re-scheduling is easy. And most importantly, the work is high quality. Although I am no expert, I sold my car recently and let the buyers mechanic look at it, and they were impressed with the work.

I appreciate the detail attention to my service. Their inspection report which lays out the issues was helpful when making my repair decision. I would would recommend this place and definitely will be back.

I have my transmission service here. Lexus dealership told me my Lexus has a sealed transmission and does not need fluid change for the life of the vehicle. But any sensible people know there is no lifetime fluid when it comes to lubricating moving parts like a transmission. LexTechs not only provide informative information and send you a text status update on the work being done. Price is down to earth reasonable. Highly recommend!

I just bought a 2017 lexus rx 350 last week and my tire pressure light is on so because I live on Downtown Decatur I figured Id call Lex techs to see if they could just help me real quick with air in tire....the receptionist tells me u need to take it to a tire place we dont work on tires...WTH! I just wanted a lil assistantance with air in tire from Lexus experts since I live in area and Im new to the Lexus family!! I could have been a potential lexus customer....guess Ill stick with Hennesy Lexus where they want my business!!Changed to five stars because of the Manager Dustin I just spoke to!!!! Very nice and professional!!! He promptly rectified the situation! Lookin forward to getting my car serviced with you all!!!

My son moved to Atlanta and his 2004 Toyota died! I was a frantic mother in NYS trying to help my son find a solution. LexTechs came to the rescue. Dustin explained my options without over-selling. Also, he kept me informed during the repair- which was extensive. My son just picked up the car. And we have a great warranty on the repair. There is no point on visiting the dealer when I can scoot on by to LexTechs for my maintenance services. LexTechs is always ready at my scheduled appointment time and offer the same services as the Lexus dealers. So far after 3 visits, I have been very pleased with their service and have no complaints.

I had a no start condition on my 04 IS300. I went through changing 2 fuel pumps and still no start. I heard about LexTechs through my car club and gave them a call. Right away I was impressed with how they do business. I got the car towed to them and they got it fixed quickly. Dustin and his team at the Decatur location did great work, were very responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. The pricing was way better than going to a dealer with the same quality of work and results. I highly recommend LexTechs if you have a Toyota or Lexus on the fritz.

Great place for Toyota work. We had been taking my sons ancient Toyota to another place that never could seem to find what was wrong, and were sort of condescending and not super helpful and made my son feel hesitant about asking questions. Totally different experience here - they did a full diagnostic thing that told us everything wrong so we knew what questions to ask and what to prioritize when we were ready to do the work. Super nice guys who answered our questions and were honest about what work wasnt necessary. I feel much better about my kid on the road after these guys gave his car the business.

I always get good service here, and they even follow up afterwards to make sure all is well.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car wouldnt start before work on a Friday. Finally got the engine to turn over after a few tries, but then the check engine light came on. Managed to get to work safely. Called my old mechanic who specializes in BMWs (all I used to drive) and they recommended LexTechs in Decatur. Had my roadside tow it to the shop and then called to inform them the car was on the way. Spoke with Dustin, who told me they were pretty full for the day and they might not get to it until Monday. Then SURPRISE! Got a call back from Dustin who told me he challenged his guys to see if they could at least do the diagnostic that day and fix it if it was something easy. Turned out I just needed a new battery. Not only did they charge me a more than fair price for the battery and labor, they took payment over the phone and delivered my car back to me at work at no additional charge before COB! EXCELLENT! I even noticed today they even cleaned my car floors! AND I got a follow up text from Dustin to make sure things were ok days later! My new go to mechanics, for sure!

I always have a good experience with LexTechs. Its so easy to make an appointment with them. They have great customer service - they always tell me what is up with my car in clear laymans terms and I never feel like Im being talked down to. Ive never been sold anything my car didnt need, and they provide pictures to show you that you need it. Id recommend this shop to anyone.

Very professional. Gave me a realistic timeline of when my car could get repaired and then beat the clock and finished the job early. Prices are a little on the high side but well within the estimated range I was able to research online for what I needed repaired and seems to be quality work so the value is worth it. You get pictures of the repairs they say are needed so you can see for yourself what the mechanics are telling you over the phone.

Very professional and I Really liked the online update of my vehicle service. They took pictures of my parts that needed changing and didnt push unnecessary services. Rob was professional and thorough with his explanation of repairs. Cost was within standards. I will definitely return.

I got a CPO Toyota and wanted to get it serviced by experienced technicians. I brought my car in for a standard service, the lot was packed. They said they’d do their best to get my truck serviced that day...I got an inspection and a text an hour later asking if I want to proceed. Once I said “proceed” I had my car back by lunchtime.Turning into the wrong parking lot told me all I needed to know. I saw the lot where the technicians park their cars, and I can tell you: these guys drive, know and care about Toyota/Lexus vehicles. If you have a Toyota, bring it here!

The people over at LexTechs of Atlanta are the best. They do great service on my 2004 Lexus Es330 at a reasonable price. I also love the fact that they are very honest about work that needs to be done and dont throw unnecessary maintenance at you that drain your wallet. With that type of dignity, I will always be a customer and refer other Toyota/Lexus owners to them.

Instead of giving full diagnostics! They find the smallest thing first and make you pay for that before they tell you another problem! No full diagnostics of every problem! Had an issue with the bill. It was higher than expected due to an error on the part ordered. Chad was great. He owned the mistake and adjusted the bill to what I was originally quoted and made it right even though it cost them some money. Service recovery is crucial to a business and Chad is a master. I’ll definitely take all of my Toyotas to LexTech from now on.

I took my 1998 Toyota Camry in for an issue with my brakes. They found and fixed that problem. Their diagnosis found other issues that needed to be fixed and they repaired those too!! I have had my car for a couple of weeks and Ive had no problems. They did a very good job and I will use them again.

I went to LexTechs in Johns Creek to purchase a new/old car. My experience was wonderful! Jimmy Almond was a delight to work with and took the time to understand what I was looking to purchase. It was as easy as ordering a pizza....extra large, loaded ingredients, and extra cheese. Jimmy handled all the looking, checking the cars history, condition of the car, etc. which I didnt want to handled. Stress and worry free! I am delighted with my purchase!! I took my car in to have the ac serviced along with other items. I was told the cabin filter was replaced during the service but that was not true. After returning home my ac is still not working properly and the filter was never replaced. It was dirty and filled with bugs and debris. This is totally unacceptable. I had my control arms replaced as well. I wish I wouldve asked for the old ones now... I have no idea whether they were actually replaced or not.Revision: After recieving a call from the owner I must say it was just an oversight. To rectify the problem the owner had his lead technician address my issues. My car was repaired quickly and the cost was far less than expected. I will definitely use these guys again. These guys are honest as the day is long. I had a Hybrid Fault screen pop up on my 2010 Prius. I took it to LexTechs and they called me to tell me that it would be over $6000 to fix BUT they knew that there was a warranty that had been extended by Toyota and I could get this taken care of by any Toyota dealer FOR FREE! So basically these guys just did the equivalent of finding a bag of mine that had $6200 in it and called me to say we found your pile of money. Please come by and pick it up at your convenience.A less reputable or knowledgeable repair center would have just told me Its gonna be $6200 to get your car working again. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I was very relieved when I came to LexTechs for mechanical help. They replaced my rear axles on my Lexus at a fraction of the price I was initially quoted by the dealership..... and they not only repaired they axles they repaired two other issues that I was unaware of all included. I am totally relieved and greatly satisfied with the service I received and the price.

I’ve used them twice for minor repairs but have made them my go to repair shop. As a woman I don’t ever feel like I’m being ripped off. They are friendly, reliable, and there to help!

I have had great experiences over the years here. They have gone the extra mile to diagnose a problem with my car that wasnt obvious. I also appreciate how well they communicate. They are busy so sometimes it takes a few days, but they do quality work. The location near a MARTA station is convenient so that you can get home via public transportation after your drop off your car.

Located Downtown Decatur, GA in an extremely congested area. Shop / Maintenance Doors face open street. Turning into the shop is extremely challenging. Call ahead. Three-star rating because Quality of repair service and customer service was not utilized and is undetermined. Recommend seek a reference.

I recently purchased a Lexus LS430 from Jimmy at LexTech. Jimmy really blew me away with how much value that he wanted to make sure I got from my new (to me) car. He gave me service records from the day it rolled off the line, about 80 altogether. They had been taking care of the car for the last few years and kept it up to date on all maintenance and had the records. He flushed and filled all of the fluids for me and included 5k mile service for a year. He did all of that for me to sell me a 2004 Lexus. He really went over and above to earn my business and for that I’ll be bringing my Lexus there as long as I own it. I’ve owned used Lexus for a while now and if you take care of them they will run forever. I really can’t recommend a used Lexus enough, you get so much for your money. If you’re considering buying a used Lexus give Jimmy a call.

I had done business with them years ago in Decature and when they opened near me in Johns Creek I started using them here. I found them to be pretty good but pricey. Since I live nearby I often got better service like a ride home instead of waiting in their waiting room.That was recently good because I had a LONG bad experience; I had them replace both headlights ($400). Because the truck is old some parts were harder to get so I found it acceptable. HOWEVER, to change the headlights several other parts must be removed, including the grill. When I got my truck back there was a LOUD rattling noise during operation. I called and complained about it and they set up an appointment for me to have it looked at. Their standard procedure is to text appointment confirmation and they did. I dropped off the truck on the morning of my confirmed appointment and since I hadn’t heard back from them by 5:15 Pm I called and was told that they hadn’t “gotten to it “. That alone was disappointing but the next day I decided to use my other car to run errands and drove past to see the truck still sitting in the same space it had been in for two days. An hour later I received a call saying that they couldn’t find a specific rattle because the truck is old. I was not able to argue otherwise but I also don’t believe that they made any serious effort to find the underlying problem. After all, they already had all the $$ that they were going to get from me.I have begun taking my business elsewhere.

I went here to get my brakes done and got charged an obscene price. My car was also inspected during this trip. I returned when a light came on for one of my sensors. One of the men in the office proceeded to tell me that the mechanic that I used moved one of the sensors for a random reason and that this was the sensor that the car was reading for, but that they couldnt be sure if fixing it would fix the problem, but they should fix that one first which would require replacing entire pieces under the hood and amounting to 3,000 dollars. They continued to slander the other mechanic that had done the work and said that if I wanted to get poor work then I should continue to go to him. I asked had they noticed the moved sensor on the last inspection. He hesitated and said no, that it had to have need recently done. Come to find out my old mechanic had not moved it, and that the person who sold me the car was aware of the moved sensor and that it wasnt the problem. I went to Decatur tire pros and they told me that it was a completely different sensor that the car was reading for, and that the wire only needed to be covered as it wasnt communicating properly to the sensor, and guess what? They fixed it for free in a matter of minutes! I can only imagine they tried this because Im a young woman, but I know how to research and learn new things. Thanks though.
