I was really impressed with the entire process! We were rear-ended with minor damage. We used the mobile estimate tool on the website to take pictures, then brought our car in on a Tuesday morning. Throughout the next 2 days, we received texts with updates, and I could check the website for updates anytime I was curious. They finished our repairs the very next day, earlier than expected.It was super easy, didnt require a bunch of paperwork, and the communication was top notch.Thanks guys!

Newells replaced my drivers side mirror and painted over a red streak left from my accident. They did good work, quickly, kindly, and for $300 less thsn the Crown estimate. I would highly recommend Newells.

I was rear ended and didn’t want to go through my own insurance company so I wouldn’t have to provide a deductible that I would then have to wait to be reimbursed by…who knows! I used the other driver’s insurer. Anyway the folks at Newell’s were ON it, did an AMAZING JOB, were fast, and returned my car cleaner than I ever remember seeing it. Looked like new. Nice work, Newell’s! Also I thought I’d have to futz around with signing checks over to them but that was apparently handled in the front end so yay for that too. :) Thanks, Newell’s.

Was skeptical at first but to make story short, they did an awesome job with the door replacement they made on my vehicle. Just in case youre in need of auto repair shop in town, these guys are recommended.

I dropped my car off and I was told I was going to have my car within three days then it turned into a week in a half. Got a rental car and had it for not even 24 hours and the brakes were squealing and I had to take that rental back for a different one. Drove by all week as it had been raining and my car sat with all electrical not even covered(the hood was off) I called to see if the estimate had change because the bumper was off of my car and I was only there to get the hood fixed, they lied to me and told me the estimate didn’t change. Next day I get a notification thru their text app and click to look at estimate and it had went up $2,000 and no one even bothered to call and tell me. Then I go to pick up my fixed car and there’s a dent in the fender. When they looked at the dent in the fender I was told “oh ya maybe someone bumped into it.” Mind you the work was $4,000+, there’s not reason there should be a dent in my car. I am not a happy customer and I will not be returning. Very unprofessional.

I was wanting to have a front frame pulled out so I can put new fenders on my mini van and they dont do individual payment only insurance so I know that they are not what they used to be so I found a place and am glad for the other bussiness being there Ill give the other bussiness my bussiness from now on insurance or self payment

Amazing experience with Newells Auto Body. I had to have my hood repainted and it looks wonderful! We discussed a bug shield when I dropped the vehicle off and they were able to locate one and install it in addition to the scheduled job and yet managed to get the vehicle back to me on time. Newells is a preferred supplier for my insurance company, they got an immediate approval and I didnt have to bother with multiple estimates.

They basically stole a car from my friend who just wanted an estimate. They had the car towed in less than 24 hours by a crooked junkyard operator.

They done an awesome job repainting my front end on my Buick Lucerne.

Newells was a pleasure to work with. I was always greeted with courtesy and a smile when I arrived. The plan was very concise and upfront from the beginning about repairing my vehicle. They also handled contacting/billing the other party. My car was dropped of Wednesday morning. I was expecting to be in the rental for 2-3 days, but my car was repaired by 1pm on Thursday. Very fast, very good, and superb work. Not to mention my car was washed, waxed, and tires shined. Havent seen it this shiny since the summer! Will recommend to anyone in the area that needs body work done. My first time having to deal with a situation like this and it was handled magnificently. Thanks!!

I had them fix my car damage from an accident, and while it wad there fix the front corner that was damaged. I already had got an estimate for it from another shop but wanted to handle it all at once. He said $900. I agreed cause thats what my other quote was. I get it back and my grill is still cracked. He said didnt notice the crack clear threw my chrome on my grill, but still charged me $900. Never again

Employees courteous answering questions truthfully...estimating damage thoroughly....good inspection and thorough print out of damage repair costs....i did not ask insurance adjuster for an evaluation because i automatically expected it to be done and it was not....what one needs to understand is that my father was a claims insurance adjuster back in the 60s when i was a teenager and i listened to how claims were done then...operating procedures should not have changed that much since then when my damaged vehicles were repaired by Decatur Autobody.
