I scheduled a repair through my insurance claim and before i could even finish filling out the paperwork to give back to the secretary i could hear the secretary plus others in the back joking about my name. Once the lady seen the front of my car she tried to say that it was totaled. She tried judging by the mileage saying it wasn’t fixable. When i pulled my car in for the mechanic as soon as he walked out the door he was trying to tell me my car was totaled. I tried explaining that the bunjees were there just to hold the hood down & not the bumper up. I brought the car because the latch to my hood broke & my hood wouldn’t stay down which ended up cracking my windshield. I made it clear that what needed to be fixed was the latch for the hood & for the front bumper & my windshield. The front bumper is literally plastic making it easy to deteriorate. He then proceeded to get in my car WITH NO MASK while taking pictures of everything and telling my passenger that he did not want to fix my vehicle. This place was extremely unprofessional all the way back to the name jokes from the secretary with the BAPS do that i let slide because i wanted my car fixed. This place is a 1/10 honestly & the one is just me being nice.

Ive been here 3 times now and I can honestly say that each experience has been amazing. They are efficient and professional with their work. The customer service is great. The first time I came, I was led here by Geico because they are an authorized participant in Geico Auto Repair Express. They have an Enterprise agent on site. This makes the transition of dropping your car off to picking up your rental car a smooth process. When I was told my car was ready for pick-up Elmer made my little 2005 Toyota Corolla look better than what it looked like before my accident. This is when I knew they had a loyal customer. In fact, hes helped me with my car each time Ive had to, unfortunately, come here lol. Car work can be a pain, but they dont make the process stressful. Again, very efficient. Would highly recommend.

These guys are great. Honest and do amazing work. If your not happy they will do whatever it takes to make it right. I brought my old 2002 Jeep to have work done and now my new Jeep. Elmer was a joy to work with. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I hope I dont have to come back but if I do they are the only ones I trust with my cars.

I love the staff here. I took my vehicle in on a Monday morning. The progressive insurance service rep consistently kept me updated with my vehicle status the entire process. By, Wednesday afternoon he called to inform me that my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. The pretty receptionist at the front desk was extremely professional and efficient with the check in and check out process. She acknowledged me as soon as I walked in on both occasions. I love a front line that acknowledges a client even when they are busy with another client or if they are on the phone. Excellent multi tasking with customer service to ensure each client is greeted with a beautiful smile and warm welcome. I had one minor issue with missing car change.... and I say minor because it was not much and I did not expect to get it back. However, I did report the issue. I originally forgot to grab my car change from the middle when I dropped the vehicle off for repair. Upon picking my vehicle up I noticed the change decreased from the amount I left. The manager Sandy was extremely courteous, professional, and apologetic for the issue. He quickly addressed the issue with the staff that was available and provided me a reimbursement of amount of change I was missing. Again, I did not expect anything back I just wanted to report the issue but I am definitely satisfied.

I took my truck to them after I was hit in the back. My insurance company sent me to them the beginning of the end. Their first mistake was when that # so call mechanic put his hands on my truck,kept my truck for three days and I get my truck back ,three days later my truck had to be towed back to the shop and of course now that so call mechanic call my daughter and say what this truck doing back up here (auto Impact) because you didn’t fix it right. Now they have to fix it for free because you trying to get off cheap and now you’re mad and vandalized my truck so I will never take my truck or refer anyone to them period. Please believe it never 😡😡😡

Do not take your car to this place. I was in an accident. They were supposed to repair a dent on the left passenger side. They did, but when i got my 2018 vehicle back, there was damage to my display panel that reflects air conditioning settings. I do not understand why or how, but now they are telling me it was me who did the damage. I can not express how upset and angry I am. This situation is unbelievable to me. They will mess up your car and and blame it on you. I wish I could contact whoever is really in charged. Marcus and Fred at this particular location are full of it. They also sent my son and I on the road without properly fixing my tire. I could have been in a serious accident and it would have been on them. This whole experience is wrong.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HEREPSA_____ Always take your car to the dealer. Dont do these kinds of places.

I am normally very discriminating. When it comes to auto repair establishments. Auto impact was outstanding in their service. Their customer service was very good but not excellent, however, the work they performed on my car was nothing less than outstanding.! They even sent me text messages providing me with status updates. While my vehicle was being repaired. This repair was performed as a result of a back end collision. This service center does work for a specific insurance company in. This was not my insurance company, but the carrier of the person who hit me. After experiencing this companys work, auto impact will be my first choice if I am ever in need of collision repair.

Went in with a rear view mirror that fell off. I was told they dont really do this sort of repair but after hearing this was the 3rd time it fell off in 3 years the rep said he glue it back on as a courtesy. Pep Boys had done the job twice before. It was their opinion that Pep Boys didnt install it properly.My mom is a very pleased customer of their work from previous repairs.

My 2012 Lexus IS 250 had a smashed right door mirror. After shopping around to find the best shop to order and replace my mirror, I settled on AutoImpact. I found them through a google search. Their price was 150.00 dollars cheaper than the Lexus dealer. Elmer Matos assisted with the quote and advised me on some other minor scratches and dings on my vehicle. At our initial meeting and while writing the quote to repair the mirror, Elmer brought out buffing compound to remove a scratch on my vehicle at no charge. Its rare to find this kind of above and beyond service. The mirror came in a few days later, it was installed, and I was on my way. The mirror looks like it did when the car was new. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS SHOP and OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Im really impressed by this place. Other than a great repair to some read end damage, they cleaned the interior of the car, and actually improved my after market backup camera!

My car went into the shop with 1/4 tank of gas, yet after been there for 2 weeks, I got my car back without enough gas to make it to the gas station. I had to call Road Side Service for gas. I will NEVER use this business again nor recommend them to anyone.

The people that I dealt with were very polite and walked me through the process of repairing my car. The problem that I had was that they said it would be a couple of days, and it ended up being 7 due to Thanksgiving. See Update below. The rental company they work with (Enterprise) kept stacking up-sold insurance on my rental car and ended up charging me a lot more than what the representative made it out to be. I paid the price, but felt seriously misled.UPDATE: Geico, which Auto Impact II is a certified repair shop for, made things right as far as Im concerned. Their customer service reached out to me, listened to my concerns about the auto insurance Enterprise put on the car, and ended up refunding me almost 75% of what I paid. I was happy with that, and therefore have changed my rating.

I filed an insurance claim through Geico and my adjuster recommended Auto Impact to repair my vehicle. I have no preference as to body shops so I agreed. Here is the timeline of my car repair:My adjuster wrote the estimate and my car was towed to the shop on 8/17/2018 around the end of the day. I was not at home when the car was towed so, I dropped the key off a little later. There were still employees at the shop and I told them I was putting the key in the dropbox. The adjuster estimated 5 days to complete the repairs.After hearing nothing from my adjuster or Auto Impact for 4 days, I called Auto Impact on 8/22/ and inquired as to updates or a possible completion date. I gave the operator my vehicle year, make and model. I then gave them the claim # and they said they would have to call me back. Turns out they never entered my car into the system and it had just been sitting there for 4 days and work had not even started. I was not upset by this as I realize accidents happen and it would not benefit Auto Impact to just leave my car sitting there. However, what did upset me was the representative not apologizing and instead trying to insinuate that my vehicle being towed and me placing the key in the dropbox at the end of the day was to blame for the 4 wasted days. After this backward conversation, the repair authorization form was emailed to me and I returned it the same day.Around 8/29 or 8/30 I called Auto Impact to see how the progress was going as I had received no call regarding a status update.I spoke with the same rep who tried to shirk the responsibility for my car sitting for 4 days and he said the car would be ready Friday, 8/31.I waited until the end of the day on 8/31 to call and see if my car was ready. I was told that due to my car being produced in two different countries, there was a delay in parts and my car would not be ready until Tuesday, 9/4.I called Auto Impact on Tuesday, 9/4, to check to see if my car was ready. Again, I was told there was another delay but, my car would hopefully be ready the next day, Wednesday (9/5) or at the latest, Thursday (9/6).I called again on Thursday (9/6) at the end of the day. Yet again, there was a delay due to the paint job. Now my car would not be ready until Friday (9/7).I called again on Friday (9/7) at the end of the day and was told that my car would not be ready until Monday, (9/10). During this conversation I did become upset. After explaining to the same representative that I had spoken to during all of my previous interactions, that not only had the shop not worked on my car for the first 4 days it was on their lot, now I was delayed and the completion date was pushed back for the fourth time in a week. Again, no apology was offered. Instead, another string of excuses about delayed parts and inferior paint jobs. I hung the phone up.I finally got my completed car back today, Monday (9/10).To be fair, the car looks very nice, Auto Impact seems to have done a good job repairing my car. My complaint and reason for this review is the horrible level of communication, wasted time and seeming inability to take responsibility for the mistakes they made. Had Auto Impact simply quoted me two weeks from the beginning or, called me when they said they would call me back, I would not be upset. Instead, Im stuck with the responsibility of calling every day like they owe me money, following up, constantly being told they are delaying me again, and on top of all that, there is no apology offered. Instead, excuse after excuse like Im too stupid to realize what is happening.Three weeks after my car was dropped off, with a five day estimated return date, I got my car back. When I complained to management today, they did apologize and offered me two free car washes.
