Linda is not very polite. Ive never witnessed a cashier huff and puff so much over a bill and then make rude comments towards a customer. All I did was hand her my cash and she acted like I ruined her entire day. She didnt even bag my items correctly because she was too busy complaining. Thanks Linda. For those beautiful under the mask comments and not bagging my glass items 🤦‍♀️

The manager was a riot. He loved saying no to all our requests and was just delighted when they didn’t have the balloons we were asking for. Like legit giddy he couldn’t provide a requested service *shocked face*. To be in charge of helium and that’s about it must really be hard to navigate. I felt for the gentleman and his misplaced anger but just wanted you to avoid an unpleasant experience if you aren’t empathetic.

I am vegetarian.I as well do not purchase items made in China -Due to the fact that they test on animals.I actually found some great cruelty free options at the dollar tree store.Everything is $1.00 there.I ended up getting :Pennysticks pretzelsWheat ChexMorena pure cane sugarCotton candyCoconut beach = 100% coconut water.I tasted all of them once I arrived back home.Everything was fresh and delicious.They have many greeting cards from hallmark which are two for a dollar as well.The associates are super friendly.I would recommend.

Can always seem to find half of what Im looking for. Im sure its my timing vs a lack of inventory on their part. Still always manage to get in and out quickly. My springtime table centerpiece is ready.

Warning!!! Do not shop in this store unless you are comfortable with catching Covid. This partucular location is Not following Covid-19 protocol other than demanding you wear a face covering. I inquired about the cleaning of a shopping basket and LINDA , the cashier that checked me out , informed me they do not have time to clean. They are not cleaning door handles or disinfecting anything! I have contacted corporate but have not heard back so now Im contacting the Montgomery County Health Dept.

I love going to Dollar Tree. I get a lot of my cleaning supplies, seasonal decorations, and other items there.

Im a regular here but if something is not done about that mean old grouch Linda (gray hair not red head) you will see a LOT less customers I can guarantee you that. She has NO right to treat people like dirt especially when I can go elsewhere. If the management sees this you MUST pay attention to this. If not, I will make sure to spread the word about the terrible service as well as never come back. I work in customer service as well so I understand if you have a bad day, but to CONSTANTLY treat customers as if we are unwanted is unacceptable. She worked at Hancock Fabrics when that place was around and she was the same way. If you do not do something about Lindas behavior, I am going to get in touch with corporate that is a fact!

There was a younger girl working on the register with reddish hair last night and she was clearly on some kind of drugs. She kept looking at her license and she took someone’s food and tried to take it back to the freezer. And when there was a long line literally to the back of the store and stopped everything to get on her phone for like 5 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Ive never had any problems before. Cashier was too busy looking at her cellphone before I walked up. She hurried up bagged my stuff & threw it to the side and went back to looking at her phone. Didnt say have a nice day or anything! I probably wont be going back anytime soon!

The store is very neat and organized, always has new stock going up(but its not everywhere on the aisles) and the staff is friendly and efficient!

Lady needs a raise. We had a large order of balloons and she was SO SWEET ABOUT IT. She was such a nice person. You sure need to keep her. THX FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WE LOST OUR GRANDSON 1 YEAR AGO AND WE WHERE HAVING A BALLOON LAUNCH IN HIS REMBERANCE OF LIFE. HE WAS A FIREFIGHTER/EMT THAT WAS SUCH AN AMAZING YOUNG PERSON AND THE BALLOONS WAS LAST THING ON OUR LIST TO DO. PLEASE THANK YOUR EMPLOYEE FOR HER HELP TODAY. REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE ❤

This location is generally clean and tidy with most merchandise well-stocked. I dont think everything at Dollar Tree is a gem but there are some useful things and sometimes its nice to buy just a dollar worth of something rather than have to buy a full-size product elsewhere.

This places has everything. I have never been to a dollar tree that has so many items and are decent for the price of a dollar. Yes, the items are cheap, but they are not too cheap where you dont want to buy it. I mostly shop here for cleaning supply and misc. items. When I first moved into my apartment, I bought 99 items in one day. Pretty much all kitchen supply, bathroom supply, and cleaning supply.

There was 1 register open with a long line and a group of 5-6 associates standing around talking. They audibly said to each other “maybe we should open another register because THEY are all glaring at us”. Customer service is a joke in here.
