Everyone at Fun Services was so much help for our big day. We had a few hiccups but they were on it making sure our day went as planned. When our tent was unable to set up, Meg was on the phone with me, keeping me calm and working it out. I cannot thank them enough for being a honest and loyal company. Thank You again Fun Services for all of your help.

We rented the 18ft inflatable slide. We picked up Friday and returned today (tue). The price we paid we could not beat! It was for my 4 year olds birthday party but even my 12 year old loved it. We also sprayed the water hose up it which made it even more fun! Pick up was easy, inflatable was clean. I highly recommend this place!

This would be my second time using them. I honestly had an easy Hey I need table and chairs for this day and I was good to go. Picked up went smoothly, I got my receipt and signed for pick up and drop off. The chairs was clean, had no issues they folded just nicely, the table was in great condition. The staff is friendly and do work to get you what you need. Overall I will be using them again for my events.

This is THE best Company Ive ever done business with! They were professional, and very knowledgeable about their products. They made the process very clear, of what I needed to do regarding pick-up.. their service was fast, and easy.. I recommend this company to any private person looking to throw a party, or event.. and in my case, I own a company, and had a picnic for my employees for the first time this summer.. and I will for sure be using their service for all my future party rental needs!

I rented from them this past weekend unfortunately my experience was not so positive the bounce house was dirty! to start off it would not blow fully up I called to get help and asked for someone to come out and help ,they assisted over the phone did not come out to help then upon return of the equipment when I let them know I had pictures and videos of dissatisfaction I was completely disregarded will not be renting from them again !

For the price of an 8 hour rental at other businesses, we rented the Big Kahuna water slide for the entire weekend at the same price. Easy pick up and drop off too.

We used Fun Services for our 2016 After Prom event and they were great! Working with them was very easy and pleasant. They came to us, set everything up, and them came back and picked it up after the event at 2:30! The workers were so friendly and helpful. Will be calling them again!

We rented 40 folding chairs for a baby shower. While they were able to give them to us quickly, as we did wait until the last minute, their internet service and computers were down so I did not get the proper paperwork.It was also was raining when we picked them up, so we just backed into the loading area and they put the chairs in the car for us. We trusted they would be usable. However, when we unloaded the chairs the next morning to set up we found they were filthy!! No way could we expect our guests to sit in them as they would have ruined their clothes. My husband and son spent over an hour scrubbing them before we could use them. As we had no paperwork, and they are closed on weekends, I did not know about the emergency number to call. When I returned them I mentioned them being so dirty and was told to call back when the manager came in. I did, and was rudely told that since I had not called the emergency number and since we used the chairs there was nothing they could do. I will never rent from them again.

Worst customer service.I rented a bounce house from them for my daughters bday party.for some reason the bouncy wasnt inflated upright with onside failing to inflate. I called the emergency number and the owner came over about an hour later, just before the party started and she simply turned it back on, and it was perfectly fine. However, the same issue came again almost every twenty to thirty minutes. With my daughter turning three, all the other kids parents were scared to let their kids go inside. When I called the day after, and complained, I was told it was my fault that I didnt call her again. The party is not going on for several hours. it was only for 3hrs long and theres noway I can constantly call this place complaining about what is going on. The owner should have resolved the whatever issue when she first came. They have no respect for their customers. I highly recommend choosing a&s playzone over this place.

My daughters school decided to do a fundraising carnival and I was on the PTO board. A group of us meet Carrie from Fun Services at PTO Trade Show in Columbus. She told us about all the great incentives Fun Services provides. They have a cool points rewards system (like speedway lol) to earn free rentals on bounce houses, cotton candy machines, etc. They also had a new (not dollar tree) items for Santa Secret Shop. Needless to say, our kids and their families were very happy with our carnival (free stuff YAY!) and our Holiday Shop was a huge success!!! All workers were very friendly and helpful! Thank you for your great job! We look forward to working with you again soon!!!!!

Would have given them 0 stars.I rented a Kiddie Space walk for my sons 6th birthday party.When we went to set up the bounce house at 2:00 on Sunday for the 4:00 party the blower would not turn on. I called the after hours number and he agreed to have someone bring a new blower. At this point we are frantic trying to get everything ready for the party along with not having the main attraction for the party working. My husband took apart the blower and the main power cord was not connected. Luckily he was able to reattach it and got it working. I called the after hours number back and let him know we didnt need the blower anymore all was good.However when we got the house blown up there were dried leaves all in it and we had to sweep it out before the party not a huge deal but still inconvenient.About an hour into the party we heard a pop and the zipper on the side had blown open. We tried to reseal it but the zipper was broke and had been ducttaped shut.We had the bounce house for an hour out of a 3 hour party!! When my husband returned the house today he was shocked at the lack of customer service. If this had been one of their kids parties maybe they would understand the dissappointment we dealt with. This was the 3rd bounce house I had rented within 3 months and all 3 had issues and I will NOT be renting from them again. Especially since no one has emailed me back since November when all of this happened..
