I will never return they made it clear people of COLOR WAS not welcome.. The crew greeting everyone that walk in BUT ME... She didnt check to see if they had any tables or chairs available just said no not until the end of December and walked away laughing

I (thought I had) reserved a cotton candy machine weeks before my event. I told the staff member I wanted to reserve it and gave her all of my information. I was sent an email titled “contract” and told when to pick it up. I called the week of to confirm only to be told that the reservation was never made because I didn’t pay a deposit. I was never asked to pay a deposit and would have gladly done so when I called to reserve it.I had to scramble to find another rental company that had a machine available and when I did, I was told they got calls like mine often from people let down by Prime Time.

We use Prime Time for all of our rentals at our venue. They are super easy to work with and their show room is Amazing! I actually meet my clients there to pick out and discuss their decor choices. They have so many options that fit every style and trend. I love coming up with new looks for our clients. Their staff is very helpful, from sales, to pick up and delivery, we love working with them.

Ordered 9 8 foot linens, 8 round linens, and 120 napkins and we spent $500 just to rent them. When we got the linens to the venue we realized that half of them were stained (because they were a light champagne color), and had to try and cover up as much as we could. You can buy linens online for much cheaper than renting them from here.

I contacted Prime Time for tent, chairs & table rental for my husbands retirement from the military 4 weeks out from the event. I knew it was short notice but the lady I spoke to was very kind, checked to make sure everything was in stock for that date, said it would be no problem to work in and said I would receive a quote via email by the end of the week. I did not receive it by that Friday.I called back the following week to check on the status. The new person I spoke to mentioned they had no record of my event. When I told her the upcoming date of the event she said I dont know who you talked to but no wonder, we cut off booking for that date weeks ago. First, This should have been mentioned the first call if this was the case or at least sent me information that they could not fulfill my order right away. Second, the second lady was a far different experience from the helpful and kind first one and had zero cares at all that this was the outcome of my experience with them. Needless to say I am scrambling to find a replacement company now two weeks before the event.

Delivery and pick up were efficient and courteous. Despite hundreds of chairs being delivered nothing touched the sides of the doors on the way in or out. Impressive staff, especially Antonio.

My fiance at the time and I came here for exactly what the pictures show for our wedding. And to out it simple, we found exactly what we wanted and great prices! They did a great job helping us and I would recommend them to anyone!

I called almost at the last minute to rent tables and chairs and they were very friendly and was able to accommodate my needs. It just so happened that I had forgotten to order a table for the food to be set up on, I called them the morning everything was to be delivered and theyre were still able to assist with my last minute change.The delivery folks were friendly as well as they delivered and picked up everything.

Prime Time Party Rental is my go to Event rental company. They have such a huge selection and their quality is top notch. Kristin makes sure that every single one of my clients are taken care of and allows all clients to breath easier. I needed 40 chairs and 5 tables for my wedding on short notice, as we only took about 2 weeks to plan and arrange. I made the call, set it up and made payment. I was able to pick up the tables the Friday before, and because they are closed Sunday, keep them until Monday morning. They helped load them and unload them, and were just fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent equipment for a gathering in the Dayton area. Simply fantastic service! Great equipment, and an excellent price!

Prime Time is awesome! They helped me throw one of the best parties I have ever had! Over two hundred seats and it went off without a hitch. They delivered on time and exactly what I ordered. It was amazing to see how much effort they put into getting my order right. Everything worked out great and we had a wonderful time.

We went and picked out our linens and table settings, and all the employees started to help out! You can tell they really love what they do! And our wedding was absolutely stunning, just our taste: tailored, classy, and with a few vintage and rustic aspects! I couldnt have been happier!!

Considering the responsiveness of the company when I ordered, and their willingness to add two tables with late notice, I would have been happy to give them five stars, but then the rental items arrived and I lost all respect for this company. Tables, chairs and linens were rented n behalf of a brand new nonprofit organization which has a very tiny budget in anticipation of their first ever fundraising event. Our hands were completely black after setting up only half the tables and chairs! Everything was FILTHY. We literally scrubbed every single rental piece before we dared to open the white linens. EDIT: I have happily changed my rating of Prime Time Party Rental. My complaints were heard, addressed, and they redeemed themselves by offering a reimbursement in trade of services for the cleaning we had to do. I am grateful for their response as this is a much-needed service in our area!

Tables & chairs were filthy upon delivery. We spent hours cleaning them before our event. Very disappointing & just gross!

Prime Time is awesome!! We needed 325 chair covers last minute (days before the wedding) for my brothers wedding and they were able to provide them to us. They have been great both my brothers wedding and my cousins wedding. Recommend them for any event!!

They got all my crazy sisters wedding decorations correct and on time which meant that I didnt have to deal with her freaking out. I had the pleasure of going to the warehouse with her to help her figure out what she wanted and we were both taken back by how many options there were to choose from for table decorations. In an effort to try and spice up the reception, I tried to convince her to rent an inflatable bounce house. Alas, she shut me down immediately, but I was still very impressed by how much selection they had. I feel like they could satisfy any customers needs.

My company had used Prime Time before for several things like our company picnics and holiday parties and always had a great experience. I also just used them for my wedding and couldnt have been happier! Its hard keeping track of all the wedding details so I made several trips to their showroom just to make sure I had everything I needed. They have a huge showroom full of ideas, and a special area where you can layout your table linens so you can see what theyll look like. Im a very visual person and that really helped me piece all the reception details together. Everyone was always so helpful even helping me to stay on budget. Our reception looked better than I could have ever imagined and we will definitely be back!

My family had a great experience working with Prime Time. The workers took us through the warehouse and we were overwhelmed by all the options we had to choose from. So many wonderful rental items. Plus some staff that Ive known for over 20 years. You need tents, tables, chairs, bars, glassware, china, table linens, or decor...call these folks. They are always leading trends in Dayton.

The prices are extremely fair and the selection to choose from seems overwhelming at first, but the workers are extremely helpful in finding what you are looking for. We rented a tent, tables, chairs and table clothes and everything went off without a hitch. Very impressed because they had everything delivered and set up on time. Would recommend and would use again.

I have used Prime Time rental for many of our events at the CoffmanY. This past week we rented a stage like we always do however things went wrong from the very beginning. We were very dissatisfied. BUT I have to say they made it RIGHT! The manager Missy (?) listened to my complaints and without hesitation compensated us. I was BLOWN away. We have never had problems in the past and this year there were several and Prime Time stepped up and made it right. THIS IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you. We will be back and will spread the word that for the most part Prime Time is great but when there is a problem where the customer is not happy you do what you have to do to make it right. THE Worst company ever to work with! Did not show up the day they were supposed to. Then came the day before our event and left without putting up our tent and left with everything we rented then Finally when it was put up the people had major attitudes. The day they picked it up they were supposed to call before they came to make sure our animals were put up, they did not then also had an attitude so I called to have them removed from my property. Foul mouthed and major attitudes. NEVER AGAIN will I spend that much money on a company that allows their employees to act that way!

Overall, not super pleased with prime time, but it did the job. We used prime time for our wedding for tablecloths, overlays, chair covers, and chair sashes. I thought the place was very pricy, and on the day they delivered, we realized they didnt even give us the correct table overlays (just something similar). We ended up using those because they looked close enough and we needed to get them on the tables in time, but we werent really happy about it. The presentation and the quality was good, but again I thought a little too pricy.

This has got to be the worst place for anyone to work at. The owner named Bart, he cuss his workers out, someone said it was almost time to get off work, a worker pulled out his phone to see what time it was, and Bart cussed him out like a dog.

HORRIBLE. Was promised 4 different times for delivery of tables, chairs, and table cloths and after I had to call for the 4th time an entire day later they showed up....but my dad sat down in one of the white chairs and it snapped in half, luckily it wasnt one of my wedding guests. There was old food and old gum stuck to the tables, the white chairs had dirt and pop ALL OVER my mom spent most of the time we had to set up just cleaning the chairs so they were not sticky to sit on. There was a rip in one of my tablecloths. ..i spent well over 1000 dollars with this company and was given 224 dollars back....i received terrible service and this was the best they could do. Wow. My advice, dont even bother with this company that clearly does not have enough time for all customers.

I had rented drapery for a grad party. The color of drapery was white. One of the drapes was filthy; it had red spots all over and black dots. Never had this situation happen before. Spoke with someone but they would not let me speak to the manager about how they will take care of this situation.
