I’ve been living here for the past 3 months. I love it here the staff here is so helpful and friendly. Sara is wonderful and so is Sam Everyone is professional, and the coffee in the leasing office is great you name it espresso lattes hot chocolate plus more options! The community room is great you can rent it out for parties. The gym is very clean and has everything you could need open 24/7, which is a plus if you have a crazy work schedule. I love the pool especially the fact that it is heated and will be open now thru October! Also if you have ever had maintenance problems… which I have in the past with prior places .. you will not have that here . You place your service issue and they take care of it fast! Also the mailroom is top notch you don’t have to worry about a package being stolen ever since they have the secured luxe package holder in mailroom. The community here is great so far my neighbors are great.

We downsized from a large house with 3 acres to apartment living. Sarah made sure we were able to get 2 garages for our furniture we needed to store away. This is the only apartment complex that will accept 2 dogs most will only accept one. The ease of moving in without having to deal with the electric company was amazing they take care of it all for you! Apartment is brand new we are the 1st to live here. Highly recommend

Parkview is absolutely beautiful! I visited with a friend of mine. We did not have an appointment but we were driving by and decided to stop! The front desk person, Sara, was very pleasant and informative. She answered all of our questions and even squeezed us in for a tour. The golf cart was a nice touch to show us around. Thank you Sara for the great experience!

The apartment and grounds are beautifuI. No issues with the office staff or maintenance. However, there is no sound proofing in this establishment and we hear every single move that our upstairs neighbors make. It is simply unnerving at times.

The apartment I chose is The Larksbur & it is laid out great.Love the hardwood floors.The management Sarah is great. Very friendly & good personality & very helpful.Maintenance Schuyler is also great. If you have any issues he is on it.I’m glad I pick to live here.

We arrived at 10:30 AM. We were looking for a apartment that had two bedroom two bathroom. Once we seen the three different model apartments that we looked at they met above our expectations. The wonderful lady from the leasing office explained everything that she possibly could. Amazing place with amazing values.

Parking is at a minumum. ..first come..first serve....waaaaaay to many units and not enough parking spaces. Very poor planning.

The office staff are really rude, I asked questions Sara wouldnt really give a straight answer. I hear these apartments are made cheap and the electric bills are really high for the square footage. I have a friend who is currently renting an apartment, he also says Sara and Samantha are rude and wont give straight answers or correct any problems.

Called over 10 times no answer, emails are short and not helpful.

Loved the apartment, but the energy company you are required to use is awful.

They look gorgeous and affordable

Beautiful layouts & on the edge of Huber heights so it’s actually an ideal location. But they did forget the day I moved in and were closed that so we had to wait 90 minutes in parking lot for our keys in November weather.

Rudest lady ever. No reason to fuss or argue I just Happily took my business elsewhere.

Very nice apartments, staff is really nice and wonderful.
