Came in to get oil change on my G6 and was informed by Dalton about an awesome 40% off deal today. I did wipers, trans flush, air filter, and oil change. Working on my car was Dominik and Sammy . I appreciated how quick and professional they were. In fact I liked the service so much that I went home to grab our Jeep Grand Cherokee and came back with it as well. Did oil change, air filter, radiator flush, transmission flush, transfer case and differentials. They were amazing, timely and just as professional the second time as they were the first.I can say without a doubt that Dalton Dominik and Sammy are hands down the best employees this location has ever had. As long as they are there Ill always be a returning customer. They are great.

Oil change was fine. But, they replaced my windshield wipers and got the size wrong twice. The wipers kept jamming up and I had to go back 3 times. Seems like such an easy thing to take care of. But wasted an atleast an hour going back over and over for them to figure it out.

Great place for an oil change, the employees know what they’re doing and give a thorough consultation on what your car needs. They’re honest and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need! To some the price is high but it’s worth the quality of oil they use. Highly recommend!!

Not having a tool to work , is indecent.And so, everything is very polite. Apart from the wasted time.

Didnt answer the phone. Wanted to ask if dogs could be in car. So I called place down the street. That place was pricey.

This place is a little more expensive than other place but I think its worth it - they do a very good, thorough job when it comes to changing oil when some other places Ive been to does not often allow enough time to completely drain engine oil. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I had to go back for an oil leak after oil change but they still made us wait in line for an hour without any apology or compensation for wasted time.

Stopping to get an oil change SHOULD be an easy simple painless experience. I have gotten my oil changed here twice in the past month, the first time everything went as normal friendly staff they change oil I pay they check all my fluids no big deal.. about an hour later I notice a puddle of oil under my truck from a steady leak, so now I have to go back and have them fix whatever they do wrong. Second oil change a day later I notice a part under my truck hanging and of course it’s not their fault it’s a wear tear item yet I had not one issue with any parts dangling prior to the oil change. So save yourself the headache and get your work done at a better reputable establishment!!

The team was training new staff members today so a little slower than normal but still good service.

Didnt have oil for a vw...the man told me the car took synthetic oil.. and I it cost 97 dollars. I told him ok.. he judged me.. wasted 30 minutes of my time .. your employee does not know his products... one if the most embarrassing thing ever.. big atitude.. nope wouldnt ever use your companys services...

I dont normally leave reviews, but I have to share what just happened. I just bought my car in June and now that its November, I figured I was due for an oil change. I pulled into this Valvoline and the mechanic testing my oil admitted to me that my oil appeared to be either part or full synthetic and was still good. They graciously topped off my fluids (just a bit of wiper fluid), aired up my tires and sent me on my way without paying a dime. They could have easily just changed my still good oil and taken my money; I wouldnt have had a clue. That kind of honesty can be so rare and I greatly appreciated it. I will be going back again and again!

Great service but their prices are far too high. My vehicle take 3.25 quarts of oil and they charged $96! I cant imagine what it ould be in a standard 5 quart vehicle.

I drove in, I had absolutely no wait. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and courteous. Brian was the person who waited on me and he went through all the services they offered there, but did not make me feel pressured into purchasing anything I did not actually need,. I have experienced that scenario in the past from different service stations. Tamon and Ashley were the other two service staff that completed the service and they were awesome as well. I will definitely be back, and recommend.

Quick and easy

Both techs were extremely polite and upfront with me. One tech was honest and said I should replace the air filter on the next oil change or two instead of up-charging me. Job was done in less than 20 minutes. You get what you pay for here. Highly recommend this to anyone in a hurry and want honest work done to their vehicles.

My daughter took her car there today. (She is 18) They charged her $117 for an oil change on a VW beetle. I understand that it is full synthetic but I called two other places after this and they were both $79 plus tax. They should be ashamed for taking advantage of a kid like that. I will NEVER do business here again!

Expensive And I really dont do that good of a job

Showed up without an appointment. Done in a half hour. Fast service and I didn’t have to leave the car. Everyone was friendly and didn’t push the extras even though they offered. Coupon online. It was a bit pricey but more than well worth it. My husband and I were more than impressed.11/23/19-Just wrapped up for 3rd or 4th visit and I’m just as impressed as I was the first time. In and out in under 15 minutes. 👍🏻

Noticed oil spots on my driveway after getting my oil changed at another place. Took my vehicle in the Valvoline to have them look at it. They were very courteous, found the problem (loose oil filter) and topped the oil off. All were very professional and will now start taking my vehicles to them for oil changes.

Very good experience took my Chevy S10 in for a oil change and radiator flush in and out in 30 minutes but the best part was the very friendly customer service it is hard to find good customer service with people that work on cars not these guys they go above and beyond by simply putting on a smile. Well worth the price for the speed convenience and friendly employees. Thanks again.

Fast pace...love that u can stay in the car when they are working on it and they ask you what type of oil u want and they check your wind wipers to see if they need to be replaced...and if you dont need a oil change they can top you off on all your fluids for free...all around I would give it 20 stars

This place is a joke..came in and mechanic was cussing. Mechanic opened hood and I heard him say I needed a new serpentine belt.. sorry brand new car...Started talking to a lady that took my information who was very nice that told me I needed synthetic oil , but that isnt true..only recommended. . I said no regular oil is fine. The mechanic yelled and said we aint doing it then and slammed the hood. And cussed again. Never again

They were great!! Got me in. Took care of my problem in no time. The wait was maybe 20 mins. Which was awesome because it was hot!!

Charged me 120$ for a Honda civic 2018 oil change. Said it took a special kind of oil. I had just bought the car so I was unaware the oil only cost 10$ in stores and 30$ for an oil change at the dealership I bought it from. Dont trust these guys!!!Edit: after receiving a reply, I just thought that I would say, although the pricing may be based on fast service, 120$ is still overly inflated. And to say that my civic took a special kind of oil when I asked why so much, was downright dishonest.

This is really a rating as a 1 at the beginning of the service to a 5 by the end!After waiting longer than usually (I was the 3rd car in line and waited over 30 minutes to get into the bay). Once I put it in park, a female employee approached my car (she was the ONLY employee on the floor WITHOUT a mask on. I had one on in my car too). She appeared messy and unkempt. She went to reach her head into my car to see the odometer and I moved my head away from hers asking her if shed please put a mask on. She looked at me as though I had 2 heads. She left the bay and mustve spoken to someone because the manager, Kevin, assisted me from this point on. He was masked of course and apologized. He is from the Des Moines store and here helping this store out. He was very neat in appearance, kind and very professional! I then saw the female employee working in the other bay, still without a mask on, talking to her next customer. Im appalled that in this pandemic of increasingly high covid cases, especially here in Iowa, that someone who works with the public isnt wearing a mask...to protect herself AND the customers. She is spreading germs from client to client all day long. Yes, its a pain to wear a mask while you work, I do as well, but to blatantly ignore a customer request regarding their/my health is absolutely unacceptable. Kevin, you were amazing! Along with the guys who provided services to my car!! Ive been coming to this shop for years and have ALWAYS had Superior service; if I saw her still working there at my next visit, I would keep driving!! Ps.. I was there from 3:17pm-4:40pm.

Jesse, unfettered by the maladroit prospect of a Toyota TRD skid plate removal, saundered below to his SAE/metric bolt removing fate. Serendipitys smile shown upon Jesse as he realized some dičk stole my skid plate. Meanwhile, a ballet of specialized industry and lexicographical terms fill the air and riccochet from Nick to Jesse; Jesse to Nick, as the exasperated life blood of my foreign conceived yet American assembled vehicle was juxtaposed with vivifying 0W20 synthetic nectar. I deftly flashed a coupon from my mobile device, Nick nodded, knowingly acknowledging my frugalness in conjunction with his companys graciousness, I fired my engine triumphantly, In accordance with procedural mandate, and proceeded henceworth, under the guiding gesticulation of the weary, oil stained digit weilding Jesse, and went home. Was a good experience. 10/10 would go again.
