Great experience but WAY too expensive. I paid three times what I typically pay when I have my oil changed elsewhere. Loved that I could get in right away but would have gone elsewhere and waited a day.

Sat in car with granddaughter they did the oil change, handed them my CC signed the slip and drove out. It was almost faster than McDonalds

Fast with zero contact just like they said. They directed me in, asked which oil I wanted, went to doing it, checked my other fluids and I paid & they directed me out. They were masked and I will definitely go back & will recommend.

Pulled up at 630pm when they close at 7pm. Waited till 6:40 and someone finally came out rude as hell and said he didn’t have time he had things to do tonight.

Ive been to to Take 5 Oil Change three times this year and Brandon has been my serviceman each time. Him and his team has taken very good care of my vehicles. Brandon reminded me of coming by for free top offs on my vehicles. Recently, my vehicle was low on fluids and I stopped by and Branden and his team member serviced my vehicle promptly. This s a great location with professional service members!

Super friendly and fast service. Stay in your car as they change your oil. A little pricey compared to say, Walmart, but fairly competitive with other quick change shops. Topped off fluids and checked filters. No high pressure. In and out really fast.

This was possibly the best oil change. I know, weird to say that. But, ladies you probably know when guys try to mansplain to you; like this is a car it goes vroom vroom. These guys explained the oil I needed (I had no clue its a new to me car)/they checked everything and changed my windshield wipers (they were/in sad shape.) Never once did I feel like they were talking down to me. They also gave my kiddo (2) fruit snacks and a juice pouch, whichs gold to a toddler. Definitely will be coming here from now on and will recommend to everyone!

I usually get my car serviced at the dealership. They couldnt fit me in before a road trip, so I used these guys. Their service did not disappoint. They were knowledgeable and professional. The service was clean, convenient, and fast. We sat in the comfort of my car while service was performed. In this pandemic, I feel like it keeps exposure down to other people.

New to the area, I didnt know where to go for my oil change. I pulled into the nearest place because my car needed help. Thankfully they had discounts! I knew I was in the right place.Have you heard the saying, men take advantage of womens lack of car knowledge?I objec, these gentlemen were nothing but a huge help! They thoroughly explained all of the answers to my questions and the staff is knowledgeable about their products. I rolled away knowing I made a good decision. Money well spent.

I had the worst experience ever. The attendant (service person) was very rude! Would not recommend going to the Jersey Ridge location. In fact he was aggressive. Customer beware!!!

Big dude spilled oil all over engine and hood. Big dude knocked oil check tube off seat and left engine exposed to elements.Don’t go here...

Thought advertising meant a full oil change for the price advertised. Ended up being 5 quarts. Billed me for 1- 1/2 quarts extra to fill it up.

Quick and professional service. Didn’t try to up-sell like other drive thru oil locations. They also changed out my wiper blade for no additional charge. Very satisfied customer and I will be back in the future.

These guys did a great job. 10min flat, receipt in hand and on my way. They didnt have my oil filter in stock, so had toget my own. No big deal since I usually do my own. I maynever go back to doing my own again.

I wasnt impressed the oil change was 60 plus dollars the guy Ernest only reply was thats the rate for the area when the dealership was less expensive Walmart less expensive he asked did I know how to rest my counter I told him no thats apart of the oil change and I just didnt appreciate the experience to the tune I will never go back plus I was never advised of a coupon until after I was already charged

They used an aftermarket filter, which I understand is the only one they had, but they threw away my factory oil filter cap, which cost me $40 to replace. There were very nice and courteous, but I wish they would have asked if I still wanted it!

The men were very professional, the showed me the oil stick after changing the oil. They checked and topped off all of my tanks under the hood & my tire pressure. They did loose my cap for my coolant but they are working towards getting that replaced. They are also willing to top off any fluids that go low foe me. They are pretty awesome.

If you want a fast oil change with outstanding customer service, go to take 5 oil change! I just got my oil changed, a filter replaced, they checked multiple other things in my car for free, AND I was in and out of there in 15 MINUTES! it may cost a little more, but it’s totally worth it. I’m impressed with this great business.

Staff were friendly and busy. The price is not ok. I ended up paying $93.48. When I do my oil change with Toyota I pay $54. At least now I know Toyota is giving me the best deal.

Nate and his crew provided THE BEST customer service! I was offered a bottle of water, got brought right into the bay and was kept informed of the process. Nate observed an area of concern and showed me where, what and that it needed prompt attention. His attention to detail and car-side manor are stellar. I’d definitely go back again for future oil changes.

They had water and snacks for me and my kids on a hot day, oiled my squeaky door and helped me figure out the next steps for my vehicle without making me feel like an idiot. So I took a chance on a new place today I generally stay with what I know but I said what the heck I pull in immediately started working on my vehicle explain to me the differences in oils that I could choose from and what would be best they change my cabin air filter that was well do for a change I was literally in and out in about 15 minutes give or take they even offered my three-year-old son a juice pouch and myself a water while we waited I highly recommend this place to anybody and they care about what they do

Lube Stop is by far the best place in the Quad Cities that Ive ever had my oil changed at. Ive lived in the QC my whole life and have been to many different places for an oil change. Lube Stop has great customer service. Every time Ive gone there is never a wait. You drive right in and stay in your car for the entire oil change. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They offer you bottled water while you wait and before you know it they are already finished. You pay from the convenience of your vehicle and you are on your way. What a great business that I will continue to support!

The men were quick, friendly, and patient about answering my questions. My check engine light had also come on and one of the mechanics took the time to plug in an On-Board Diagnostic to get the code: something with my exhaust system. It led me to tighten my gas cap, he reset the engine light and its been off since: no worries! Great, quick service and a great price!

I got a flyer in the mail for half off so I went too check this place out and I sat by the garage door for 5 mins so I called them and asked too make a appointment for tomorrow and the guy said they don’t do appointments and he was rude and hung up... besides it’s in a busy location and it a joke finding the entrance.. I wish I had gotten names, but the two guys who took care of my car today are some of the most patient people Ive ever met. I drive a Hyundai Sonata and had a headlight out. I had the replacement bulb with me and asked if they could replace it for me. They said they usually arent supposed to, but theyd take a look and replace it for no charge if they could do it.Ive never had to replace a headlight on this car before, so I had no idea that it would be so convoluted and difficult, but these guys spent the better part of 45 minutes replacing it when they could have easily just changed my oil and sent me to the dealership to fix the light. I am so appreciative of these two and will make this Lube Stop my go-to location for any oil changes or minor maintenance. (But no more headlights, I promise!)
