When I confronted them about it the tech told me it wasn’t overfilled and that you’re not supposed to check on a cold engine, which is completely false. I got out and checked it myself in front of the tech and it was obviously overfilled. She told me I was reading the dipstick wrong and that I needed to check the other side of the dipstick, so I wiped it and checked again according to what she told me.... still overfilled. It was about a quarter inch past the MAX hole on the stick. I told her they need to drain it so it’s within the holes on the stick. I don’t know why they’re so argumentative. It’s unprofessional and rude and I didn’t even ask for a refund or discount, I just wanted my oil at the correct level. Their techs are clearly not well educated on what they’re doing, and they’re not willing to accept responsibility for their mistakes. Same probl em as this lady except the tech also threatened me .

James is awesome. I wouldn’t say this is a cheaper alternative to a dealer but the convenience and speed are unbeatable.

Fast and efficient service. Staying in My car was kinda weird and unexpected at first but in the end it wasn’t bad at all. One service guy was very sweet and personable the rest not so much. Will I go back probably not I am big on the vibe I get from people representing a business. Overall I didn’t care for the vibe I got from the people at this business.

This place is great! I recently moved somewhat close to the area from California and was overdue for an oil change. All the shops near my apartment either didnt have the filter my Mini Cooper needed or were so busy that I needed to make an appointment for a later date. I drive around a lot for work and my schedule can be unpredictable, so when I called and they said it was first come first serve I jumped at the opportunity.I paid more than I would have if Id gone somewhere else in town, but it was worth it. They had the filter my car needed, the staff was friendly, and they got the job done quick which means that I was able to head home with some peace of mind. 10/10 I would totally recommend!!

Jiffy lube lost my familys business yesterday.My wife went in for an oil change. One of the older employees was so rude to her she turned around and drove away.We wont be back.

Great experiences. Been going there for a few years and gonna keep going back.Today’s experience was especially notable. I’m real dumb when it comes to cars (and probably more than just cars but let’s stick to the pertinent facts for this conversation) so I go into an oil change expecting to feel shame for my lack of knowledge, but Bryan and the crew were very helpful and left me shame free. I didn’t even know where to pop the hood on my car despite owning it for over a year now; they kindly had me open my door and showed me where the opening lever is located, adding that my car was a little trickier than usual, to keep my spirits high. They did the job quick and didn’t try to upswell me anything I didn’t need, so I was extremely satisfied. Double thumbs up!

I’ve been to Jiffy Lube locations around the country. My experience at this location was my least favorite to date. The staff was short tempered and did not accommodate any of my questions well. When I asked about vacuuming and windshield cleaning, they said no due to Covid. Given that I was paying for a Signature Service Oil Change, I asked for a discount, which they refused. So, I would highly recommend that the management at this location should speak with the oil technicians.

Over priced but friendly staff. Covid restrictions have you staying in car which means you only get a portion of the services your paying for

Everyone was professional and took care of my car which isnt easy. I have a Porsche and the dealer closed down. They were the only ones who had my oil filter and could actually do the service. I was so pleased with how they took care of my car that I will definitely be returning! Thanks guys. =)

I drove here from GA for a funeral, so I took my car in for tire rotation and an oil change before heading back home. The tires are only a year old and in very good condition, but the next morning I woke up to a flat tire, completely flat. But even worse is that when I drove my 2016 car away from the shop, I happened to glance at the service notes. It read, “major oil leak” and “oil low upon arrival.” They didn’t think that detail was important enough to tell me in person? What in the world! I’m supposed to be driving back home today, but instead my car is in the shop.

Pulled up and waited. Waited some more. Another car pulled up to the next bay and waited and was taken before us. Said car was serviced before us and then we were waved to that bay and serviced. No apology or anything just what do you want and blah blah blah. Then we minus a valve stem cap after filling the tires. Just below par service. Very disappointed. The bay we started waiting behind had.a truck that was still there when we left. Not sure why but we are done with Jiffy lube. Thanks for making us wait in the heat for nothing.

Poor customer service short tempered

My boyfriend goes here every time, and I will be from here on out. Worth every penny. If you got the money, go here. They put in the right oil for your engine, which will help keep it running a long time. They too off all your other essentials under the engine as well (wiper fluid, etc). They clean off the Windows, AND they vacuum your car out. Pretty cool thing to get when you just get an oil change. Love this place! It is fast, clean, comfortable and awesome!

I normally dont write reviews but had to for this place. By far the best place I have ever went to get my oil change. They were very polite and quick. What really got me was them opening the door for me and my daughter when entering and leaving like I was at some sort of 5 star restaurant. :)

I called close to closing time last night because my tires needed air and it was so cold I didn’t want to do it my self outside at a gas station. All of the guys working were really nice and one notice my wiper blades weren’t really cleaning my windshield so they replaced them for me. It was reasonably priced and they didn’t charge me for adding air in my tires. I am so greatful I didn’t have to get out in this freezing weather to take care of my tires.

I have multiple vehicles and have often had oil changes there also. The guys are poorly knowledgeable about how they give diagnosis on things. I was told my fluids were checked, and my motor locked up from it. I also had a tire that i was told could not hold air. I went to the gas station right next door and aired my tire up myself with no problem. Just get 2nd and 3rd opinions after visiting this place.

Ok but surprised by expense

Had an oil change and tire rotation done two days before a 3 day (2050 mile) road trip. The rear brakes needed to be done immediately, but they had no appointments, front were fine. 300 miles into the trip, excessive smoke was coming from the vehicle. Pulled over to a mechanic right before a mountain range stating no services just to be safe. The oil filter had not been put on properly and 3 quarts of oil had sprayed all over the engine. Two hours later with new filter, oil added and washed engine we asked about the brakes and were told the rear had 25%, but the front was only 10%. The staff was friendly, but I cant recommend this place at all...terrible work!

One time, I found a puddle of oil in my brand new garage and found out they didnt clean the skid plate after spilling oil on it. Another time they removed the engine cover but lost a rubber holder thats supposed to secure the cover. I had to go back there both times but no one even offered an apology, but one girl was even rude to me. Thats enough for me to not go back there agIn.

This is my 2nd time going there and both times they have gone above and beyond! This time they vacuumed the inside of my car (which was on my to-do list today!) They have great customer service and very friendly. I will continue to go to that specific Jiffy Lube for now on.

They do a good job but if you get the oil changed thats gud for 5,000 or 7,000 miles, they may put a sticker up that says youre sure for an oil change in 3,000 miles.
