Last week I had a tire blowout on I-80 with very busy traffic on the interstate. It was late on a Sunday afternoon and I needed to be towed to a tire shop to to get my tire replaced before they closed. I called other towing companies and they told me it would be 2 hours or more. The tire repair shop would have been closed by then and I would have been stuck until Monday. I then called A to Z towing and they were very friendly on the phone and told me that they would take care of me right away. The tow truck arrived in less than 20 minutes. The driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to get my tire replaced and back on the road. I am very happy with A to Z towing and I highly recommend them.

Wife got stranded in Davenport. Showed up in 10 minutes. Car wouldnt start. Tried to jump it. Battery was toast. Towed to my house in LeClaire. Very reasonable rate and very polite and professional. Now the only tow service I will use, and recommend to family and friends! Thanks A to Z Towing!

Definitely would recommend A to Z towing for anyone needing service. On a cold wet rainy Friday morning, my low tire light came on. Stopped to get air and my tire wouldnt take air, i called A to Z towing and Ken answered on the first ring, was out to my location in under 20 minutes, aired up my spare tire and changed the flat to the spare and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes from the time i called to driving away. He was nice, professional and reasonably priced.

They are not just a great business but obviously people who care to help others and will go out of their way to do so.My story: I was on a cross country road trip during the heart of the covid pandemic. I was driving my diesel pickup with a truck bed camper in the back and a box trailer in tow. I was moving my mom from Pennsylvania to live with me in Idaho. We stopped to get gas off of I-80 in Rapids City. I filled my diesel truck with gasoline and realized my mistake when the truck shut off a 1/4 mile down the road. There we sat. My mom and I and most of her possessions along the highway. It was 8 pm on Sunday on Memorial Day Weekend. I felt stranded and desperate to say the least. I starting calling tow companies but they either didnt call back or werent interested in my situation. But when A to Z answered, it was a different story. He didnt even hesitate, even though he was out for an evening ride with his very patient wife. He immediately digested my situation and started brainstorming ideas. He explained that he was at least an hour away before he could get to me, but that he would be there and hed do anything he could to help. He then went out of his way to get a specific tow truck and collect special tools and supplies, all the while keeping in touch with me to talk things through. He showed up, easily within the hour and immediately got to work, only to realize that his original plan was not going to work and hed have to come up with another. Towing was a difficult option because my truck was so tall. He explained that hed make the tow happen if he had to but that hed prefer to try to deal with the issue on sight if possible. He had a plan to empty my fuel tank into a large barrel that hed brought along. My truck doesnt have a fuel pump so he again he had to come up with a new plan. He quickly thought of an idea to use his air compressor to gently push the fuel out of my tank, through a hose that he had brought, into his barrel. This was a slow job, which took several hours to complete. But he was always patient and determined to do a quality job.4 hours later, well past midnight, he had the truck running again. Hed been working hard for 4 hours straight. When it was all said and done, he took a minute calculate the bill. In the end, he didnt charge me enough. We rounded his number up to the next hundred and still felt indebted.I honestly cannot believe that we found such amazing service. I never expected anyone to help me that night. A to Z offers amazing customer service with an obvious ethic of wanting to help people. I really cant say enough.

I broke down driving from wisconsin to California. Kendal came to pick me up as soon as I called. He brought a code reader and helped me find the problem with my car. After that he called around to local shops and helped me find the best location for my situation. Kendal went above and beyond for me. I am grateful and blessed to have crossed paths with such a genuine soul. I highly recommend this service !

My car died while driving and nothing would get it to start again. Ive had to get a car towed before and had bad experiences in the past. When I initially called A to Z was nervous, but from right when he picked up the phone to quickly getting to my location to dropping me and my car off to the car shop, it was a great experience. He was so sweet and patient with my questions, very perfessional and quick, and also even had an idea of what couldve happened to my car. As a woman, I felt very safe with him the entire time as well! Will definitely call this company if/when I need my car to be towed again.

I was traveling from California to NY during Covid-19 to see a friend in need when my car went haywire right when I got to my hotel for the night. I called a tow company that said they could help in the morning. When I called them again they basically left me in the cold. I found A to Z and contacted him. First he picked up immediately and then after explaining the possible difficulties in towing my car (Gear wasnt working, Could only access from the back of car from where it was parked) He said it was no issue and he could come right away.He arrived within 20 minutes and was able to jump my car allowing me to drive it to dealership without tow saving my some money. He followed me to dealership to make sure I got their safely. He also offered some advice based on what car was now doing/not doing and it turned out the advice was spot on. I got my car fixed within a few hours and was on the road again to get to NY.Great guy, great service. Highly Recommend

I was stranded in the middle of no where and I had a flat tire , and no tow company would come or they were all charging too much, but A to Z Towing was the best Tow Company I’ve ever experienced. Very friendly and patient! I work 3rd shift and just finished my 8th shift in a row. I was frazzled and wanted to go to bed, and my tire blows out on I-80. I then proceed to give them an incorrect location of my vehicle and they had to make a 15 min detour to get to me. I felt like an idiot but they were so nice and said it was no issue. Good value for the tow and they accept credit cards which is nice when youre in a pinch.

Ive become cynical about auto repair and towing services over the last several years, given my numerous experiences with companies that exaggerate the needed repairs and repair times--and thereby costs--to service my auto. Actually, Ive been downright scammed a couple of times.So what a welcome--and frankly shocking--experience it was yesterday to deal with A to Z Towing. Kendall went out of his way to treat me (and my brother and children, because they were with me) as courteously as I can remember EVER being treated. No kidding. I just cant say enough good things about him and A to Z.Theyve restored my faith in humanity...well, at least in auto services.I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

I called them for being out of gasoline on the side of the inter state they informed me that they would bring me 2 and a 1/2 gallons for $75 then they show up with one gallon for the same $75 very unprofessional

I had my vehicle shifting mechanism go out this Saturday 02.08.20 and not able to put in drive or reverse. I called Kendall and he answered the telephone at 7 am. I had a meeting scheduled that I was not able to miss and told him I would need his assistance between 130pm-230pm and when I called him back he answered again right away and said he would be about 20-30 minutes due to where my vehicle died and he arrived when he said he would. I handed him a cash payment and gave him a $10 tip and he handed me my tip back and said no need to tip him but I insisted on him keeping it due to how kind he was and how prompt he was. He even helped me get my vehicle into a garage to park it for awhile until I have the parts arrive to get the vehicle fixed. He gets a 5 star rating from me!!!!!

Broke down outside of Orion at 10pm. Called a tow company in coal valley that says tows 24 hours but they dont. So I called A to Z and they were there in less than 45 min. Then towed me and my Excursion east of Galesburg in not the best of weather conditions. Will recommend to anyone in the QCA area and Galesburg area.
