I called ASAP appliance and spoke to Vince about a problem we were having with our BOSCH oven. He was able to come the next day! He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part in his truck. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Gave them a call and came a few days later to fix my dryer, replaced the pulley and wheel system. Thing purrs now. Very personable and went the extra mile cleaning out the dryer.

Fast and honest

My 2 year old refrigerator was having an issue I called ASAP.Vince came out, Very nice guy! Sadly he cleaned up and band aid the issue.$$245.00.Three weeks later it happens again the same issue he came out and cleaned it and did the same thing three weeks later it happened again he told me there were no parts that needed to be replaced there was nothing more he could do.I called Samsung they came out they had to replace two parts the fee was $345 the refrigerator is now working great.I should have called Samsung first.Again, Vince was a very personable nice guy but I am not happy with paying $245 and not having the issue corrected

They didnt have the part I needed but they get an A++ on service.

Fixed my refrigerator in one visit. 1/2 the price of other service calls. Will use again.
