Had electric dryer repaired. Worked for 1 load and broke again. When repair person was at my house he told me it was the fuses that were blown. We discussed computer board. I said if the computer board was broken that I would buy new dryer and not get the old dryer repaired. I was assured it was just the fuses. Now I am being told that there must have been more than one thing wrong with the dryer and its most likely the computer board. So I wasted my money on the repair. I would have rather just paid for the house call fee and bought a new dryer instead. Now Im stuck paying a much higher repair bill and buying a new dryer.

These guys were great. They came to my home within 6 hours. Had the part and fixed it the same day. There prices were great. Family owned and operated. I will recommend to everybody I know.

Woke on a Friday morning to a homeowner headache - flooding by the kitchen fridge leaking into the basement. Called A+, Greg answered on first ring and came out to the house an hour later. Greg was, strong capable, and knowledgeable, diagnosed, found, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

The guy calls me after I request a quote on homeadvisor, says hell come over between 2 and 5 tomorrow. I cancel another appointment I had (with his competitor, that he made sure to trash-talk to me on the phone), take a day off from work to meet him at home. Wasted three hours of my life sitting around and waiting for him.The guy NEVER SHOWS UP. Does not call, does not even PICK UP THE PHONE when I call him. He just disappears. Now. I could understand, if a contractor shorts a wire by mistake, and burns down my whole house. Accidents happen. But THIS in my book is completely unforgivable. Keeping your damn appointments is THE ONE THING that you, as a professional, absolutely HAVE TO know how to do. Dont waste your time with this guy. Do yourself a favor and find an actual, real PRO.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Shoddy work and they refused to correct their own errors. They were called to repair a combined washer dryer unit installed in a closet in a bedroom. They charged $350 to repair the washer unit.The washer worked perfectly, however when they reinstalled the unit they pushed the washer/dryer too far back, crushing the dryer exhaust hose and pulling it out of the vent. A load went into the dryer and the room was closed due to the noise. When we opened the door it was like a steam room inside. The freshly painted walls were ruined.We complained and they scheduled a return visit between 9 and noon the following Monday. I waited all morning and the never showed up. When contacted, the owner explained he forgot to write the appointment down.When I explained that I could see the vent was not connected to the exhaust hose, he denied any responsibility, claimed the installation was too tight and told us they will not come back and fix it and that they didnt want anything to do with any future problems. They also claimed they were experts in these types of combined units. They were clearly incompetent, and not will to live up to their obligation to reinstall the unit in working order. This seems to be typical for these clowns, based on earlier reviews.With a great deal of effort I was able to tilt the unit forwards and I discovered the vent hose lying on the ground. I was able to properly install a new vent hose of superior quality and the unit is working.We will be filing a claim in small claims court for the damaged walls and reporting these people to the BBB. Contact me for any additional information and avoid making the mistake of hiring these imbeciles.

Greg showed up quickly, diagnosed and repaired the problem straightaway, and cleaned up the area. When a new vibration noise appeared after the repair, he sorted that out and didnt leave until it was resolved. He also showed us how to cut off the water supply to the fridge, should the same problem occur so we could minimize any damage before repair.

Never call this guy . His name is Greg who was trash talking using Very bad words in front of my kid and wife when I was not in home . He even Threatened my wife that she almost has to call 911. I gave him at least 1 star coz he later came back realizing ang apologized.

Worst customer service experience ever RUN !!! Greg is very rude and disrespectful and i had a very bad experience with this company who i felt was very biased. I do not want to indulge in details but terrible terrible absolutely a jerk and a scam artist folks i am very real and being very honest when i say this RUN!!

Called him in to fix my ice maker. He fixed it for the moment but now it does not work again. While he was here I asked if he could adjust the door on our dishwasher. It took him literally 10 min to adjust the footing and he charge an extra $95 to do it. When I questioned him he said he was going to charge me more and was a real jerk. Now the door does not close correctly again, so he really did not fix anything. The whole bill was over $325.00 and nothing he fixed is working correctly.

Greg came out to fix a simple problem with my freezer. Within less than a month I was having the same issue. I called A + Appliance for over a week and no one has called me back. I would never use these guys again.

Awful just awful. They are rude. Greg i believe the technician who came to my home yesterday talked on phone and said he will adjust the schedule and come to billerica. He said he will charge 85 $ for coming in for refrigerator repair. He was nice enough to come to my home but he was like after checking your refrigerator i would charge 400$ i said new refrigerator comes around 700$ so why would i pay 400$. he didnt like that i said no to him, he said to my wife that this is not done and was waste of his time. i was paying him 85$ but he is like i came all they way from beverly and had scheduled appointment at Gloucester, how does it matter to me. i didnt say to him come to my home first. he came to my home as it was coming in between. he charged me 15$ more. so total of 100$. also they have 10% coupon on home advisor where i found them. he didnt apply that coupon and was like i will charge more for credit card. so overall just bad experience.. please choose somebody else if you can.
