Jospeh took care of me tonight and went above and beyond for me as I had a very complicated issue and had to reach out to his manager at home David who throughly explained everything to me I truly appreciate them both as I went to four auto zones before getting superior help from these two employees…. Also the whole crew at this location is just completely awesome I love how they treated every single person that walked through the door. Jospeh needs a raise ASAP hold on to this great employee….

David deserves a 15% raise immediately! He is an asset to the company. I personally watched him field multiple phone calls while helping frustrated customers on 2 registers at the same time. He was polite, funny, and able to keep his composure while the line grew longer and longer. He is working hard with little help. I had a great experience at this store. 100% recommend this location for Davids customer service alone.

Pretty good service always walkout with what I needed and staff is very friendly. Did have a young kid try to upsell me a car battery I didnt want saying, people buy this battery when theyre just trying to sell a vehicle cuz itll only last a solid month. Well 3 months later this dirt cheap car battery is still running strong.

The service was very slow, both while dropping the battery off for charging and picking it up afterwards. They were probably short a couple of employees, but there was no urgency displayed by the ones there. With the lines backing up, the manager (gray shirt) continued stocking at a very casual pace and was content to NOT intervene. Their service has been good in the past. Hopefully it improves. If not, there always OReillys across the street.

I dont know how many times Ive gone here. Any location for that matter.If you need some parts or need them ordered if one store doesnt have them another store will have them.And just so they can get out of the store and go drive around somebody will be like Ill go get it.A hour or two hours later you have the part youre looking for.AutoZone you guys are freaking awesome!!!Better than Pep Boys

Would like to have given more stars, had it not been for fact that the item inside our box did not match what the box said…anyhow, I’m really writing this review to touch on the fact that these guys were SLAMMED today. Each employee we saw was hard at work helping customers at POS, and it showed. A very rude lady next to us gave Christopher a hard time and told him she was going to “write a report and complain on him”. From what I could tell, he was simply doing his job and trying to help the woman to the best of his abilities. When she got loud and accusatory, Sean (Shawn?) stepped in to diffuse the situation. I was very impressed with both their abilities to stay calm, given the situation. While this place is always busy, we are generally happy with the service we receive. Thank you, guys!

This store has a huge inventory on-site! Only 2 stores in DFW had the part I needed in stock, so I gladly drove 20 miles to get it here the same day I needed it. The Chris confirmed over the phone that they had it, and held it at the counter for me; great service! Thanks also to my local store that looked it up for me and sent me here.

I took my car in for a scan on vacuum leak conformation. I asked the associate to clear the code after I put on a new gas cap. He gave me the read out and suggested a lower intake boot without lifting the hood. Dismissive to say the least. I would rather drive in the other direction to Plano. They seem to respect people at that store.

This is a great AutoZone. All the employees were great but especially Payton. Not only was he very through with everything he helped us with but he was so very knowledgeable. And anyone that has used parts stores a lot, you already know that not all parts store employees actually KNOW about parts. I hope Paytons manager sees this review and gives him a raise 🙂 AutoZone is very lucky to have an employee like Payton. He did a great job for us tonight!

There is only one line. I only need to buy an item but you have to wait in a long line with everyone who has questions or need help. Not efficient to have those who need to just buy to wait in that same line that moves really really slow

I was in the store, in a line of 9 people. There were only two employees working the registers assisting customers whilst there were another two standing outside smoking cigarettes the entire 30 minutes I was there to simply buy a tire plug set.

If you want to make 4 trips to the store and pay way too much money then autozone is the place for you! Eventually you will have to order the part online so just start there. Amazon has most of this stuff for a third or less of the price. Also on autozones website the exact same part number was $78 but they tried to charge me $170+ for it. The guy in the autozone gave me some bullcrap about the upstream sensor being more expensive but I cannot find anyone anywhere that charges $175 for and upstream o2 sensor on a Honda accord. Intentional ripoff.

I do like this store and its staff, but its a giant pet peeves of mine to show up and find the doors locked, and have the night crew all smiling behind the glad signaling to me they are closed... At ten minutes before the posted closing time. If you are open until midnight, then you are open until midnight. Period. I knew exactly what I wanted, where it was located, and could have paid and been done before the clock struck. Instead, Im sitting in your parking lot putting you on blast. And look, still not midnight.

This place is amazing! I didnt have car problems til 11pm when I was leaving a friends house and was trying to figure out how to fix it, if Id have to miss a day of work, but this location is open 24 hours, so we drove over, bought the part, they lent me a ratchet to replace the part, and by 12:30am my car was running fine, I got home safely, and I was able to get to work on time the next day. Thank you so much!!

I drive all over DFW and this location is perfect for me. I was super impressed by the lovely short haired lady, Im sorry I didnt get her name, she was multitasking with the phone and us in the store, and she was fielding questions, typing away on her computer, plugged in my car check thingy and she didnt miss a beat!! :) She is such Pro and Im truly delighted , she was steady busy and still super pleasant and charming! The other young lady walked around the store finding the items i neeeded, lol, and she is so sweet and funny! :) the other gentleman that was there was so busy Im not sure if theres another feller cuz they were flying around helping customers. That is a well oiled machine at this location, this Crew is Top Notch;)

Wow. Possibly the worst Autozone in DFW. I ordered online and unfortunately they were the only ones within 20 miles radius to have the part I needed. I received the email alerting me the part was ready for pickup. I arrived at the shop and tried to call several times and received no answer. I went in and there were two people in front of me. The shop was almost empty, one lady at the register and a bunch of younger guys laughing about and ignoring any request for assistance as well as phones endlessly ringing. Noticed that most were not wearing a mask correctly as mandated by the state leaving their nose uncovered. A queue started piling up, ignoring any distancing and masking rules. Got a 63 dude basically breathing on my neck without a face cover. Had to move. The lady took over 30 minutes to give a customer a serpentine belt. It was finally my turn and was able to get my part and leave 40 minutes later. What a horrible experience.

First off it is a good place for car parts normally has car parts in stock.Its the like of Customer Service is the issue. It Did not used to be like this.There is one employee just talking and cussing about his supervisor. Saying he needs his pain meds, hes hook on to his pain meds addicted laughing about it to others employees. There was a female Supervisor walking around there too.I guess its the type of vocabulary coming out of his mouth as an employee definitely not friendly. In a store people should not have to hear this in a store a employee cussing not one time but on and on while talking. While this guy is checking me out at the registered. Is it just me are we losing respect for each other ??

This AutoZone is on Garland Road, going from Lakewood its past casa Linda. I like AutoZone. They usually have everything that you can use for DIY car repair, maintenance and detailing. This store is is no exception. Employees always seem helpful and knowledgeable. That being said the product that I bought today was a big disappointment. Tuff Stuff upholstery cleaner. It did nothing to clean my car upholstery. I had to resort to a mixture of OxiClean spray and magic wand. Which completely got at all the stains. But thats not really AutoZone fault.

My boyfriend and I drove from Mesquite to this particular Autozone because they had the part he needed. When we arrived there was a line with 3 ppl in it no one was at the checkout cashiers. Well eventually a older black woman came to the front Im guessing she was in the back getting something for the first customer in line. When she got back up to computer she was very RUDE to the customer in front. No one should be spoken to like a child and thats exactly how she was speaking to customers. Another worker came to the front and began to help customers which he happened to be the one to help my boyfriend he was very polite and quick with sevice.

Mgr tried real hard to get the light bulbs I needed. Sent me to another store to get them. Unfortunately, they didnt match. Their computer photos of bulbs they offer, need upgrading. Poor quality images of their bulbs on their computer. But she still gave it a heck of a try. Advance had the exact bulbs, but Autozone is still a great parts store. Isuzu dash lamps.

Terrible service. We went in to buy 2 items, one of them rang as 19.99 when the shelf was clearly marked 13.99. We compared the product, maker all the details were the exact same and the tag and numbers matched exactly what the shelf said. The manager very rudely came and changed the price in the register but then our cashier didnt come back to take our money and started ringing other customers elsewhere. We waited patiently for about 5 minutes before asking if somebody was going to come finish our transaction so we could leave.Our original cashier came back and again, very rudely without words of any kind, took our money and slammed our receipt on the counter and walked away. Completely uncalled for, terrible service!! Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

This place might have friendly employees but AutoZone in general are overpriced lately. This location might be busy to some people but I dont think its as crowded as the one at Ross & Bennett. Im very knowledgeable so I know what I want when Im in the store. In early Spring of 2018, I was in need of a new battery. I didnt have any other vehicle and couldnt get a ride from other people so I drove there knowing that I would have to buy one after I turned off the engine. All sizes went up to $170 but I didnt have a choice. Just for curiosity, I checked Home Depot a few days later. Theirs was $89 and Wal-Mart was $93. Last year I bought a distributor and it was $270. I looked online afterward and found a similar one on eBay and Amazon for $70. If you can wait a few days for shipping or ways and means to check other local stores, you can save quite a bit of money. For other small ticket items, the markup is low so its not worth it to shop around.

Took longer than it should have to do a return. It seems to me and others that are waiting to checkout that only 1 or 2 employees are working the register. Then you look around and you see about 8 to 10 employees walking around doing stuff but nobody is jumping on a register to help with checkout. Can be a longer than expected time before you get to the register. Whats up with that?

Went into the store to purchase an alternator and I was excited they had the correct one in stock. The problem was when I asked to have the remanufactured unit that I was about purchase tested the employee at the counter refused to test it. This is poor customer service. Several times in the past a remanufactured unit has been bad out of the box and I do not want to waste my time and energy installing a part that is not proven to work.

Worse customer service, seems like all the employees and managers dont seem to want to be at work or help customers.Needed a part and kept getting sent to stores that showed the part in stock but the employees never verified if the part was at the store where they sent me to. Will not shop at Autozone ever, even though its just right up the street. Need to better train your PSMs and your parts counter people and one more thing, train everyone on answering the phone and within the first three rings.
