This was the first time renting from them (Rented a mini-ex) and the whole process was better then you could ask for. I dealt with Tyler for all of the transactions and questions and he was very helpful. I was in the middle of major work at my house and due to the rain from hurricanes I had to reschedule my equipment twice (2 weekends), and was able to do so with no issues. Thank-you for understanding! The day before I was informed that the size I requested was still out with a customer due to rain / requesting to keep it longer, and I was offered one size lower but with same bucket size, and it did the job that was needed. (Also saved a few bucks with the smaller unit that was credited back)It was so much of a easier experience over any of the larger companies like united rental, which I have rented from multiple times. Ill be using them soon for another mini-ex rental again. Thanks!

We rented an excavator April 18th whats 2021 we didnt get our full time Ill hydraulic hose broke The mechanic couldnt tell whose fault it was so they said it was my fault and agreed to split it down the middle so Im out $160. When the hose split we were not even using the blade we were digging a hole Tyler seems very nice and when I get the bill I hope it really says that was a $300 job

Terrible experience. I have been a contractor for many of years and rent a lot of equipment. This time I handled it the exact same as any other job and I called a week before to reserve the equipment and called two days before again to confirm... They say everything is good to go... show up at 8 am when they open for my reservation and they know nothing and don’t have any machines ready for me. So I worked with the GM and let him repair a machine that was broken so we could use it that day. Finally the machine is fixed at 10:15am and everything is behide now so we did not finish the job that day. I tried to explain that to the GM and he only took $60 off and the machine wasn’t even the right piece of equipment I needed and wasn’t even fully repaired yet. Very disappointed cause I don’t like the big rental companies but STAY AWAY.

They had all the equipment I needed and I was VERY pleased with the friendly customer service. Not to mention, the place is very clean and professional!! Will definitely be coming back !

Visited here a few days ago to pick some stuff of for my dad and I just wanted to pop on and say that the staff was so friendly and willing to answer all questions and even carry my things out to the car. Also the facility was very very clean!!!

First they sent me a mini ex with bald teeth that took me three times as long to dig as it should have. Then they sent a second one the next day which was suppose to be the best one they had and i had to work on it to be able to operate it. Also I wasn’t told about the 8hr a day fee I was under the impression you get a weekend rate that you pay up front which turns out it’s by the hours. Then they tried to sneak a shovel on my bill which they did pay me back for. Last they lied about the hours used on the machine. I definitely do not recommend!!!

Great working tools

Stopped in last Tuesday for a trencher. Ended up having a ditch witch already on a trailer and ready to go as soon as I pulled up. I was helped by Ethan and within moments I was on my way to my job site. The customer service was exceptional, he even gave me a full walk around of the machine and trailer before leaving! Nice folks but we had a mechanical problem with the rented equipment. They swapped it for another smaller unit which inadequately got us by. It took us 4 trips to pick up and drop off both units. We still got charged the full price for the smaller unit. I felt like it should have been discounted a little for our trouble, especially since it was not the equipment we needed for the job.

Rented a skid-steer when mine was in the shop. Didn’t take but 10 minutes to have a trailer and bobcat loaded up! Super quick and good customer service. The worker Ethan was the only one there but he made sure to get me on the way safely and quick! Thanks courthouse tool rental! I appreciate it and will be back soo

We didn’t get to rent from them in the end because they didn’t have our gauge. HOWEVER, the customer service was so incredible and friendly that we’ve decided we will definitely check here first in the future. What a breath of fresh air in the midst of so many grumps.

Let this be a warning that they will possibly use you as a bank to fund the equipment maintenance and repairs for anything that might break while using their equipment.I Rented a Bobcat from this company and they first delivered it with the wrong size hydraulic hoses and this caused one of the hoses to break within 1 minute of use. The delivery guy returned and picked up the bad hose and returned about two hours later with another hose and some hydraulic extension hoses. He proceeded to secure the extension hoses with one zip tie. At some point the hoses got caught in between the grapple attachment and the Bobcat and the hydraulic hose got pinched and ruptured. They said that it was my fault because they supposedly told me to watch the hose to make sure it didnt get pinched which was a bold faced lie. The delivery guy was at fault because he shouldve done a better job of securing the extension hoses and used more than one zip tie. I really dont even think they should have put extension hoses on the Bobcat to begin with. How can an operator concentrate on loading and unloading and trying to watch around them when they supposedly need to watch these extension hoses?!? What kind of company thinks this is ok? They told me I was responsible for buying a replacement extension hose and hydraulic fluid. I agreed to buy it at the time, even though I disagreed with it being my fault, because I needed to continue using the Bobcat and they agreed to give me a 10 percent discount which amounted to around $40. I went and bought the hose which I found out cost around $60 and I decided to go ahead and pay for it and told them I also needed some hydraulic fluid. I stepped away and let my wife pay because my hands had hydraulic fluid all over them. After we left, I found out that the total was $115 including tax and I found out that the hydraulic fluid was $44 which I didnt expect. I went ahead and decided to eat the charge because I had work to do with the Bobcat and figured I could work something out with the rental company later on. After getting the brand new hydraulic hose back to the Bobcat, I tried to remove the old hydraulic fittings from the hose and was unable to because the fitting were very tight and I couldnt get them to break free from the old hose. I decided to use the Bobcat without the extension hoses because we had to get work done and immediately found that there was a leak around one of the fittings on the shorter hydraulic hoses. We tried to fix tighten the fitting but it just kept leaking. I called the rental company which had just closed about 5 minutes before and no one answered. I then called the delivery guy and he said they were closed and he couldnt do anything. I asked that he call his boss and have him call me but never received a call. We continued to use the Bobcat since the leak was small and since I had hydraulic fluid to put in it. We went to refill the hydraulic fluid a second time and the hydraulic cap broke off because it was so old and in poor condition. We continued to use the Bobcat and had another hydraulic line which ruptured because of a spot where it has been wearing over a long time and which had the metal braiding exposed. Once they picked up the Bobcat, they not only charged me for the full rental price even though I was only able to use it for about 3 hours but they also charged me the deposit because of all the stuff that broke that they said was my fault.I tried to resolve this issue with the company fairly and I spoke with the owner Charles Black. He seemed nice and it appeared that he would work toward an agreement but in the end they charged me the full rental amount, plus the deposit and they wanted to charge me additional amounts for the hydraulic cap that was broken and the fittings on the hydraulic hose. I also had to pay for the other parts out of my pocket. I offered to give them the replacement hose and the remaining hydraulic fluid in exchange for a credit and they didnt want it.

I rented one of the ride on Ditch witches from Friday to Monday morning, they gave me a great rate for the 3 days, the people at Courthouse rental were easy to talk to, they explained everything very well, over all I am highly impressed and would recommend them to anyone and everyone :)
