After giving information on my equipment, they sold me the wrong parts. They will not take it back. I realize I used it once, but it was their mistake!

Knowledgeable, friendly employees. The older gentleman assisting me knew what I needed despite my difficulties explaining it clearly to him. Luckily they were the only store in the DFW area that had the part I needed in stock. If I could give Big D Tool Center more stars I would. Highly recommend...
