I inquired an alignment service from this establishment. My Suspension was just replaced, so an alignment was needed. Over all I was charged $90. After paying such an amount I was hoping my car was going to be in perfect driving condition. After driving on the freeway, I noticed the alignment was off. After speaking with the manger he assured me It was the best they can do. After asking for a computer print out the mangernotified me the printer was not working but allowed me to take a photo of the computer which you can see is in Red.I was very Unhappy after paying so much to not have perfect results so I took it for a second option to a shop in Oak Cliff. They charged me way Less and fixed the Alignment Perfectly! Also printing out the results on paper which Can be seen in All Green. (pic 2) The car drives perfect and I am very Happy with the service that was in Oak Cliff.Over all I feel this shop is very Unknowledgeable, Over Priced, & Unprepared for daily services that are needed in the Community. I will Never Recommend this Establishment of business to Family, Friends, or Social Media Car Groups in the Area.

I get an oil change at Nissan because it was part of the warranty deal. Well, I decided to go to this place because I used to go all the time when I had my Honda and before it got bought out. WELL, I got two oil changes there with my Nissan, then my husband decides to change my filter for the 3rd go around. Needless to say the original Nissan filter was still on there. So they DID NOT change my filter and Im wondering if they ever changed the oil...Regular oil and filter change is 19.99 but they always charged us 39.99 when we asked for the 19.99 service.Also, I highly doubt the manager who is reading this or the manager at the facility would give a rats a** what we say or what review is given because it seems he will continue to run a shady business until someone sues his a**, or file a complaint against them. which is not a bad idea...

I used to come here all the time. Sadly my visit on Wednesday will be my last visit to this place. I spent over $200 on my car and still and received subpar at best service. I went to get an oil change and than was told I needed a new battery. I purchased a new battery. And I check my car is still running the exact way before I took it in. It still states the battery light is on in my car. Also took it to my mechanic he told me they didnt change oil and they didn tgive me a new battery. He also stated they overcharged me. Will never return. Dont try to get over on people for a buck!!!!! Shame on this place!!!

The guy quoted me the wrong price and I complained about it to anther worker then he called the manager. Nothing was done by the manager. I gave them my card and got a receipt that mad me so anger. The manager tells me oh sorry, he new and the manager walked off. This was my 1st time and last time. Worst customer service ever...😤😡😤😡😤

Have been going here for years for my oil changes, i was recommended a radiator flush 2 months ago so i said ok.I dont check anything under my hood unless its them. Well the top to the radiator wasnt replaced and all the fluid eventually boiled over , it over heated my truck and messed up my motor, i called and called. They said they would check their cameras and still havent called me back. Its been over 1 month already.My trucks engine is messed now, it doesnt run and it was because of no radiator fluid. Im currently waiting on the attorney process.Ill never go there again.The manager said he put the lid back on but he never touched my truck. It was the new guy.After i called an explained to him that it was the new guy he never called me back

Love this place! The guys are super helpful and friendly. I get all my oil changes, inspections and tire work done here. Recently had an inspection and they informed me I needed new wiper blades. They offered to replace them for $20 each, which seems a little pricey. So I told them I would go get the blades myself and put them on and come back to finish the inspection. They recommended Walmart had them for a good price and they would install them for me at no charge. Amazing Service!

I usually bring my Sienna for oil change in Duncanville. I was close to Cedar Hill, so decided to bring my van here.While they checked the cabin filter, the technician broke the “nib” where the glove box damper connects to. They didn’t let me know, I just got into a habit of checking the glove box, coz almost all 10 Minute Oil Change couldn’t get the box installed properly. After detaching it, I saw that the damper wasn’t latched in and the “nib” was broken. The technician was just going to leave it detached, because there’s a hook on the other side that’s holding it anyway... I still insisted for him to fix it, because that hook on the other side can slide and the box can fall. After 40 minutes, another technician call me, to see the van. I asked the technician what he used, he said a very strong glue. Although it is holding up, it shouldn’t have happened. A glove box is almost $300 to replace. I didn’t get any apologies or anything...

***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!*** I came here for a tire replacement and oil change. I was quoted one price but they took it upon themselves to add on additional charges for both without speaking with me first. Being an honest person I still paid the invoice but let them know that they’d NEVER have my business again. They did not care. They got their money and had no concerns for their negligence. I later realized that they replaced my tire with a tire that is LARGER than the one asked to be replaced. So I’ve got a car with 3 tires that are the same and one that is larger. I went back and asked about this. Their excuse was “it’s similar but does your car ride differently?” Of course it does! The fact that was the first question asked indicates that this is a normal practice for them and they knew that the car would ride differently! They did not consult with me at any time to say “we don’t have your same tire size but we’ve got something bigger”. They instead robbed me of the opportunity to make an informed decision. They also invoiced me for the correct size (my old tire)! That’s misleading and fraud. They probably do this all of the time. They refused to refund me. I only wanted the right size tire which they didn’t and never had! So they offered to give me a partial refund. This is definitely some type of crookery in 2020! So to their loss, MasterCard is being great by pulling back then funds due to their intentional shady actions and practices. DO NOT VISIT THIS BUSINESS!!! Do not give them your money! People work too hard to be played like this. They’ve probably done this to so many people. How many repeat people have to return to this establishment because their car rides a little different and their tires are worn sooner than expected? It’s all about money. They’ll keep swiping wrong tires as long as people continue to swipe their cards.

Worst place to go for car maintenance and repairs. I have had three cars that were taken to them but never came back the same. One was my moms car that had engine knock because of fake engine oil from them, my wife almost lost her car too in the process and i just took my car last week for front axle with the return of ABS light showing on the dash board. I came back to the Manager but he deceived me to drive it that it will turn. I went back today to complain to him but he rudely told me that there is nothing he can do.Please do not go there. They will destroy your cars or steal some parts from your car.

Have been bringing my car here for 3 years. Have had my car checked out by Nissan and 10 min oil change always has a better price for the work. They do excellent work and it doesnt take all day long.

Terrible! Do not go here at all!!! My husband went to have our car inspected and were delayed because all employees were eatin lunch at the same time. Very dismissive. I understand people have to eat but all employees don’t need to eat lunch at the same time. If that’s he case, close for lunch. And to top that off, the owner was dismissive. We have several cars that we take here for inspections and oil changes over the past few years. This has ended today.

I brought a car in for an oil change on 6/19. As soon as I turned the car over to the mechanic and turned to walk away I heard a loud clunking noise, turned around and the mechanic had stalled the car. Ever since that appointment the car has not wanted to shift properly when trying to use 1st gear or reverse. The car is only 2 years old and has never had any issues in the past.

One star is too much. This place is great at the bait and switch. Advertise one price then double it when its time to pay. How much longer are you going to rip people off?

I bought a tire there Thursday January 19th 2019 while getting an oil change and wheel alignment. The tire had a hole in the side wall so I took it back today January 14. Frank the manager avoided me first, then when he finally spoke to me 15 mins after he initially looked at me, he says Well we didnt sell it to you like that and the tires dont have a warranty.This was after he had one of his workers check to see when I came there and what I purchased. Why go through all of that? He knew he was wrong. This place literally lost my business because he didnt want to honor something they sold me.DO NOT GO THERE!!!

My only issue that I have had is when they had an older gentleman working there and he did not put my oil cap back on after changing it, which caused me to return several times for them to clean off the spilled oil.

I have went to this shop several times and they do great work.I have referred several.people there. I have experienced times when I feel as if I am being discriminated as a woman while dealing with these people.My opinion is that they take it that as a lady I have no knowledge of things so there have been times i come and they try to overcharge me and I ask for a receipt. then they will correct it but it was one day I went and they were playing with water from under my car..spraying each other in which i laughed with them.. but when i came back because possibly i had a leak under my car .they were relluctant to check the leak or even look at my problem i was having on my vehicle..and i said it was maybe because he was playing that he possibly forgot to screw the oil filter on tight which caused me to hv to possibly hv no oil in my car which i had to replace my motor after that day because they said i had no oil inside and a little piece by my transmission had a leak from the bottom pan.. There was one guy under my car and the other was on top of land by me..which they started spraying water that day.. and i also had to replace my transmission.. But I believe if I was paying for full service and you was under my car and the other guy was on top filling the things..someone should have had knowledge that something was leaking under my car.. but they were playing with the stuff. I looked past it and continued go get my cars serviced there and reffered people..so about 2 days ago I went to get a oil change and i was told that the manager said they can no longer work on my car. I thought that was weird cause I have been there sevwral times since all these things happened.. getting oil changes and never even mentioned how i felt until today.I also came several times with my mother in law who travels from garland to get her oil change over here cause I say they do good work. and I still went and got my oil changed at another location..but just called back up there to speak to the manager and told him I like the work that they do and I appreciate everything they have done for my car..and I asked if i could possibly still do business with them since I have been referring other customers and bringing business.. I even excepted tires that were different sizes from my original sizes and paid for em because it was convient and they told me that it could work with no problems and i experienced many blowouts..but less than the shop right by sonics so i felt they at least they had better tires.. but I also see that some people from the other shop by sonics now work up there so maybe thats why they can now no longer do business with me. Thanks.. I still will refer people in this neighborhood to you all .. But I was told buy the manager on the phone today that he would not like my business. thanks.Duncanvillie is alot different from dallas but I like it. By exerience I see that some of the business owners are not so very nice.. have bad customer service skills and they treat woman different from men.. I sent my cousin which is a male to the shop they gave him no problems he just said he feel as if they dont like nevermind I wont state that..God bless.. i am just sharing my experience as a customer..
