Danny is just awesome at jiffy lube. First time experience I had issues with all my brake lights. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes. I recently went back for an oil change, quick and efficient! Price isn’t bad at all and they are just wonderful there! Highly recommend!!!!

Called this morning to ask about a radiator flush and what the cost and available of service was. Gave the person who answered the phone my vehicle information to confirm they could do it (not a rare or super new vehicle) 2006. He said yes absolutely and confirmed the price for me.I pulled up and asked if I needed to leave the vehicle they told me no just wait in line and drive through..so I got in line and sat in my car for 45 minutes waiting for the 2 cars in front of me to finish their service.I was getting the flush because the car was running a little warmer than usual. So sitting in the heat I didnt want to leave the car running. So there I sat for 45 minutes in nearly hundred degree heat baking off the asphalt. When I finally pulled in they had me pop my hood took my and my vehicle information. The technician told the guy taking my information it would be a downstairs service I assume he meant serviced from the pit. He then walked around the shop for a fee minutes before telling me they couldnt service my vehicle because of the design of the cooling system and its lack of a radiator cap as my car is the new design with a reservoir and sealed radiator and that they dont have the machine to work on cars like that at their shop.Again this isnt a brand new car and nearly all cars mid 2000 and newer are of this design. I dont understand why they wasted my time this afternoon when very simply they could have told me this morning when I called to confirm all of this and then they wouldnt be getting a 1 star review.

Went to go for oil change. ended up waiting over 45 mins in my line by myself. Never told by any workers that the line I in wasnt being used. As I was waiting, more cars pulled into the other line.. Im not going to go to the back of the line after I just waited 40 minutes in another one while not being told by any workers it isnt in use.

Our oil change was 45 min, and we were the only car in the store. The location we were at was in Crystal Lake, IL did not have the right socket to change our oil filter. Our car was a 2009 Saturn Vue, a common GM vehicle. Instead of telling us initially that didnt have the socket, we sat for 20 min without the employees telling us what was going on. When we finally asked, we found out that one of the employees had run out to a local auto parts store to buy the correct socket. Upon his return from the store and changing the filter, we sat there for almost an hour in total and still paid full price. It was ridiculous.

Great experience. Was very busy time of day and still felt like they got me through in excellent time. Definitely would highly recommend.

I havent been to Jiffy Lube for a long time. Things have changed because of Covid. Now you stay in the car the whole time. The people were very pleasant. Prices are good. Larger cars cost a little more but its worth it. They do the oil change and top off all the other fluids and check the tires and fill them up if needed. You cant beat it. Check it out youll be happy.

The last time I went, I thought someone had accidentally broke a wiper nozzle off and the guy went above and beyond in going over the video to check and even offered to replace it, even though it broke off on my way there. Good service. Good price on a 3 year guarantee battery. High mileage oil may be a little pricey compared to other places, but there’s usually coupons to use online, so that helps.

This was my first experience with the Crystal Lake, IL Jiffy Lube. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes for my standard oil change. They recommended some other services but didnt push to sell me anything which was nice. Especially being a solo female places like that try and take advantage of you ALL the time! The staff was super nice and friendly. The only negative was that it was going to be 49 bucks for the regular oil change! Thats what it costs at a dealership! So I found the mobile app and they had a coupon that softened the blow to 36 dollars. Overall it was a good experience.

Great quick/easy experience getting oil change at Crystal Lake location today. I very been a Jiffy Lube customer for years, what keeps me coming back is mainly their top off service.

This location has gone down hill in quality and service. I took my truck into this location today, with no problems. In the 20 feet that the technician drove my truck into the service bay they claimed the ABS and brake lights were on. (I just had the entire brake system overhauled recently and there were no problems!) The technician wanted to argue with me about it and when I asked for corporate phone number they refused and said leave a review, customer service would contact me. When I paid they claimed the check engine light is now on. WHAT did they think they were doing. I took a perfectly good mechanically sound vehicle in for an oil change, now I have to pay for diagnostic to find out what they did to my truck. I would give it less than 1 star but cant. This place used to be good and friendly now its poor customer service and a costly.

Shady AF. The service rep told me I needed a new fuel filter and wiper blades then asked if I wanted them. When i asked to see how bad the filter was, he looked at his tech, then told.me it didnt need to be replaced. He wouldnt even show me. Then at checkout I brought it up, and was given no explanation. They might do good work, but Id verify that the work needs to be done before accepting any additional work.

Always fast service. Friendly staff. Thank you for not asking me to replace my air filters at your ridiculously high rates! (It takes 2 minutes to replace an air filter that costs about $10, but Jiffy often charges around $50. Use them for oil changes, but nothing else.)

The people were friendly, but the prices are too high for a simple oil change. They no longer advertise their prices. They bring your car in, take it all apart to check fluid levels. This takes 45 minutes. Then they tell you everything is fine, and the oil change will cost 49.00 for regular oil! Synthetic was a higher price. Then I waited another 20 mins in their no air conditioning little waiting room with 90+ degree heat and it was humid while they actually did the oil change. When I was driving away I noticed they did not plug my car into whatever machine turns off the stupid little light on the dashboard. I was not going back to wait again. Next time I will go to Walmart and pay 1/2 the price for exactly the same thing and I will not have to wait as long.

Had my oil changed and had my coolant flushed, everything was great, staff was very nice! Except at one point in time, I was talking one of the staff members about my Subaru, he himself had a Subaru, and was curious about something because he was new to the car and he asked, which is great I love cars, and i like especially when Im not treated like a customer and more like a friend, and one of the older men there probably a manager, yelled at him for showing me his car. I think the guy yelling was out of line, the kid I was talking was just having a normal conversation with me which I think was great customer service!

Very helpful knowledgeable manager and staff. I needed a replacement wiper for my Dodge Grand Caravan hatch window. The manager said he would sell me front windshield wipers but for the rear hatch I needed to go to a Chrysler/Dodge dealer. Honesty IS the best policy.

The staff there is great. I bought a used car and brought it in because I was being notified I needed an oil change. They checked it out and said that the oil was perfect actually, just that the last owner didnt reset the oil indicator. I greatly appreciated the honesty. I usually take my cars to JL for oil changes anyway, but when I need it Ill definitely take it to this location.

The worse experience ever. Crooks the technician said he topped off my oil and did not as a result much engine lo ked up. Corporate sent an I vrstigatir than lied and said my oil was leaking. It was not. Save yourself money go some place else. If I can give them zero stars I would.

Had my last oil change done at this location and it was horribly overpriced. Did an oil change on my own today for half the price only to find out that they had put the wrong oil filter on my truck. Will not be returning to or recommending this location to anyone else.

This place has the best staff. The manager on duty (I believe his name was Josh) was super polite, the lounge was super clean, the bathrooms werent bad, and my car was treated like it was one of their own. The price wasnt great but after hearing what they do for the car I completly understood. What keeps also keeps me coming is their top off policy (ask about it). All and all great place to go, and if you go in theres always a coupon online.

They changed the oil and evrything was done quickly. They didnt reset my cars computer so I drove around for 2 months having to cancel the oil change warning multiple times per trip.

Horribly overpriced for an oil change. saw that my tire pressure light was on, charged me for it, and didnt put air in it. broke the rubber sh** on my back door. not even sure if they changed my oil right considering it took like legit 5 minutes. very disappointed. will go to Firestone going forward.

Iv been using jiffy lube for sometime went to the Woodstock il location for awhile but the staff is rude and pushy on sales upgrades .. Switched to the crystal lake il location where the team is friendly and courteous and very efficient I like much better ...
