Had the two young men come out here Ron and Corey. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and had good prices. They were very respectful and helped me step by step along the way. They were very professional and didnt hesitate to answer any questions I had!!

I called Mr. Ronnie to come and pump my septic tank. He gave me a very affordable price and I even got an appointment the next day. Ronnie and his partner did an amazing job!! My field lines were no longer draining and causing water to well up in the yard. Ronnie and his son came out to inspect the problem and determined that the ground was saturated and to the point that the lines couldn’t leach properly anymore. They quoted me to add an additional length of line and did a bang up job for a reasonable price for the amount of work that had to be done and left my yard in good condition.

These guys were excellent. I had no clue what was wrong with my septic tank and these men came out here as soon as they could. They told me exactly what was wrong and how the would fix it! They gave me an estimate of what it would cost and immediately got to working on my yard. They cleaned up afterwards and they left no trace behind like they were never here. I had contacted several other companies that claimed they could perform the work that Ronnie could do for $149. These companies use that price to get to your property and try to perform an Up-Sale. I was quoted dang near $3500 to repair our septic system. Ronnie came out, assessed the situation and turns out he was able to clear the lines of a simple stoppage. Other companies claimed I had a collapsed pipe and it was going to need to all be replaced. Ronnie has the utmost integrity and you can trust that he is not out there to just try and get you to spend more money. He honestly wants to fix what ever issue it is you are having and does a D*** good job. I would recommend Ronnie to anybody that asks. They even muscle trough swarms of Yellow Jackets. IMPRESSIVE!!!

Most excellent experience with this Service. They came out when they said they would, worked steady (did not rush the job), completely pumped out my Tank, cleaned it, put in a new Outlet Tee-the old one had crumbled into nothing. I was with them from start to finish. The two young Men ( Daniel & Little Ron) were very respectful, polite, & knowledgeable. Price was very fair - lower than I expected. This is a Good Outfit; I guarantee it.

Our septic tank backed up on Friday and Ronnie came out Saturday and replaced the drain field and outlet tee in one day. The cost was very reasonable - less than I thought it would be since there was a recycled asphalt driveway he had to scrape back to get enough line in. While digging he discovered several downspout pipes went across the field. For a very small additional charge he replaced the two pipes that went under the driveway area. We were also very pleased at the condition he left the grounds. The landscaper who came to replace the sod was surprised at how good the ground looked after he finished and said all he had to do was rake the soil. Ronnie even did a good job of getting enough of the asphalt back into the correct place so that we could use the driveway until we could have it repaired.

Great Service!! They worked us in with their already busy schedule and where able to repair our septic tank after tree roots had grown inside of it! He was able to save us a lot of money and did the work that most people would not be willing to do! Great people, very nice, and very reliable!

Asked for price was told had to see first... just needed a 500 gallon tank pumped guys were nice and all but price after service was $350... this was outragous... when online I see service $149 for 1000 gallons... will use someone else in the future...

Went over step by step to to fix my problem. Ended up installing risers where i would not have to remove my deck. Awesome company very knowledgable and did not break the bank. Oct 2018, the price matched the quote, the driver was extremely professional, explained everything to us, was very cautious not to tear up our grass, or crack our driveway. They were done and off site in less than 1.5 hrs. Would recommend to others.

We called yesterday to get our septic tank serviced and to check our sump pump. They arrived today on time checked and replaced our pump and serviced our tank. All work dome in 4 hrs. Excellent service, we highly recommend their services.

My tank was backing up into my house after severe rains. Had Daniel out within 36 hours of my call, and he addressed the issue, gave me upfront pricing on everything, and kept me informed along the way. The guys worked hard (in the cold drizzle, no less) and got my tank pumped and repaired, and my yard put back together. They were extremely courteous and even offered to hose off the mud from my driveway (I told them the rain would handle it). They let me know how to care for my system going forward(I just bought the house and am apparently the first owner to address the septic system) and gave me estimates for timelines and costs of regular servicing. I would highly recommend these guys. Couldnt have been nicer!

Ronnies Septic Tank Service saved my butt!! I have a contract to buy a house outside of Covington. I was inspecting the home but wanted someone else to check the septic system. Daniel and his helper dug up the tank cover and instantly knew there was a problem! Turns out the tank had been overflowing and the drain field wasnt draining. The drain field needs to be replaced. So now the seller is agreeing to pay for the repairs. Thank God for Ronnies guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Paying $175 for an inspection saved me thousands!!

My wife and I needed a septic system inspection as part of the home approval process for us to adopt a child. I searched the interned and found Ronnie’s Septic Tank Service. Daniel came to our home the same day I called. He located our tank and noticed the gas line to our home was very close to it. Daniel arranged for the gas company to make the line so he could dig down to expose the cover to our tank. After the line was marked the next day Daniel returned to perform the inspection. He found that we had a small issue and was able to fix it quickly enabling him to give our system a “Pass” on the inspection. I want to thank Daniel and Ronnie’s Septic Tank Service for their quick response and professionalism. Our adoption process was able to process on schedule so that we can hopefully have our new child before Christmas.
