After calling 5 local companies for an estimate on new field lines, we decided to hire Paul. His quote was not the highest nor the lowest, but I could tell by our phone conversation that he was an honest person and a good businessman. He came out to the house quickly and covered all my questions as well as explaining how he would work the install. He even followed up on the phone to speak with my husband, who couldnt be there at the visit. Because of the weather, the lines couldnt be dug right away, but he did pump our tank which immediately relieved the indoor plumbing problems. Had clog in the toilet that couldnt be cleared. Tank had not been pumped in over 5 years. Figured that was the problem. Called Paul around 1630 in the afternoon, and he was able to get to me around 1000 the next morning. Super nice and very informative.
