When we bought our home we had the septic system inspected prior to close and we were lied to about its condition. We hired Oddesy Plumbing to install all new components and fix the system, we spent about $9,000 and have continued to have numerous issues.Oddesy subcontractored with Best Septic who came out spent a day or so reworking the system and seemed to fix it.A couple of months later the owner called me and told me Oddesy had not paid her. I offered to go and speak with the owner of Oddesy on her behalf or help however I could. She told me not to worry about it.Now my system is backing up yet again so I called Best to schedule a service call. The owner called me back and without even saying hello she told me she wasnt coming to my house because she didnt get paid from Oddesy. I told her that I wasn’t asking her to come for free, and reminded her that she told me not to pursue it when she told me about Oddesy.She was extremely rude and told me that she didnt care that my system was backing up and putting sewage into my house.I have paid every nickle I was invoiced for this nightmare system, Which it turns out Best Installed initially anyway.If you need a reputable Septic Company call Rylander Septic, Best is anything but.

I called to schedule a simple pumping of my system for the sell of my home. I wanted to schedule an appointment to have this done. The lady who answered the phone acted like I was annoying her and she did not want to schedule anything that far out. I tried to continue the conversation and eventually just got frustrated with the total lack of professionalism and said never mind have a great day and hung up. WOW!

I dont understand the negative reviews because I have used these people twice and both times they were prompt, got the job done, and cleaned up before they left.The assistant to the driver that came out today even rolled my water hose up and put it on the hanger even thought it wasnt on the hanger when they got here.I used them in 2013 for a pump out of my tank because they are close to where I live. It was past time to pump the tank again so I called this morning and the lady was friendly and said they could get to me today.The driver called me and said he could be here about 1. He was already here when I pulled in the driveway before 1.I cant speak for anyone else but as for me I am very happy with their service and price.I will definitely use them again.

My wife and I are building a house less then a mile away from theyre location.. The woman answering the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Well guess what? Im taking my business else where..
