I called International on a Sunday to leave a message about urgently needing them ASAP the next working day. I was surprised to get an immediate response from Joel with the promise that he would be out first thing the next day. He came personally and was on time! He found our septic problem, plus smoothed out the ground that was disturbed by the digging and the truck. His price was substantially lower than the other plumbers we got quotes from. We were so thankful to Joel for his prompt and professional service when we were in a crisis! Less than two weeks in our new home we discovered some major septic issues (word to the wise, if you are buying a home even from a licensed realtor...ALWAYS do your research). But thanks to Joel and International Septic we had the problem fixed the very next day and we were very appreciative that he took the time to walk us through everything he was doing step by step. Joel the owner ran owner my boxwood hedge and ruined it. He did not even tell me but I have him on video tape. After an argument he agreed to pay for the damages “just because” but of course he never did. An unprofessional careless man who lied to me. Don’t use him there are plenty of reputable companies to choose

This company is amazing! Joel the owner is very professional and after speaking with him I learned he is a 3rd generation in the business! He used to work for Bowen’s Septic and then decided to go out on his own. I would recommended this company for sure! There are no hidden fees and they are very up front with you if you are having septic trouble and need more done than just pumping.

Called to have my septic tank pumped, and was told it was gonna cost me $500: $300 for the pump and $200 because he had to replace my filter says its the law now he must replace it. I called another company who cleaned my filter and pumped for $350.

My tank was pumped and the filter cleaned 6 weeks ago by this company and we are not satisfied. After 1 shower, 1 load of laundry, dishwasher run 1 time there is a puddle on top of the tank that smells terrible. The owner, Joel has refused to come check on it & says that it is normal and give it til the end of the summer. It is not normal, it has been pumped twice & this has not happened. The house is only 12 years old and my husband and I are the only ones in the house and we are senior citizens. I do not recommend this company. There is NO service after the sale & they dont care about customer satisfaction.

These guys did a great job and I was very satisfied with there work.
