My dad passed peacefully in his sleep, after a battle with kidney failure and congestive heart failure, the two young ladies that came and took him from our home were the most polite and courteous women ever. I asked for his head and face not to be covered, and even with the stiffening of the body, completely understood and respected both me, and my father, in getting him out of our home.My husband and I made the drive to speak with the director Mr. Springer, and we made our wishes clear, he never “up-sold” me or did anything except carefully explain the process and the charges, we paid in full and felt confident in his funeral home.Later we would receive word from Mr. Springer, personally, to explain we had a family member that was making the cremation complicated, he was always nice and polite while not getting involved, this took MANY, many phone calls and he was so kind and careful in his manner and discussing how to move forward.It took 31 days, but we were constantly met with kindness and grace, and now my dad is safely back home and awaits his journey to spread his ashes, none of which would have happened with out the personal touch and many phone calls, of these genuinely humble and thoughtful people.Can’t star them enough, THANK YOU Mr. Springer and staff

I have to take a minute from pain and write a review about this location and the service they provide me with. I have to start say thanks a million times to Melvin , he is one the place managers, he was able to put everything together for my family and i in such a short time , , he help me kindly to go true the entire process, thank you Melvin for all you did for me . The place was clean, organized, they even allowed us to stay little longer than the permit time, , I really recomendable this place, don get hooked for the place first impression, go inside is totally a different story, so don’t judge the book by the cover. Really give this place a chance to serve you.

Timotheous Springer the funeral director and embalmer was awesome. He made us feel so peaceful during the passing of my nephew. The staff was nice and the building was clean. Our services was held in their chapel, very clean and smelling good. Thank you so much for making my family happy! My nephew looked so at peace and like himself.

My dad passed away suddenly on 2/8/2021. He had no life ins so we were having to find a funeral home that was inexpensive an fairly close to home. Southern Cremations and funeral home is who we went with. Im extremely glad we did. They were all so wonderful. Mr Springer was our funeral director and he was wonderful. Very respectful. He didnt try to talk us into getting something that we couldnt afford. He listened to our needs and met our needs far beyond my expectations. Thank you for making the nightmare a little less terrible. God Bless all of you!! I would reccomend everyone to go there for your loved ones final accommodations.

They listened to what we wanted. Did not ask or try to upsell on anything. They treat you with kindness and respect, as well as your loved one. You are at ease the moment you walk in the door. They talk you through all the things you need to go over. Very patient and respectful.

Johanna was overly helpful on the day of paperwork and processing, she was very patient with us the entire time. Ms. Terri was very kind to our family. My mother passed away just recently. After careful consideration, my brother and I chose to have her cremated. I spoke with Timotheous Springer the Funeral Director in Covington. He made what we considered one of the saddest and most life-changing experiences so much easier. He was very patient and listened to us and was able to guide us through everything seamlessly. My father passed on 3-12-21. Mr. Timotheous Springer, helped my sister and I set up our dads cremation. He made the whole process , easy to understand. He was caring and very professional. He never tried to pressure us to pay for a service that we didnt want or need. He walked us thru everything, answered any questions and addressed any concerns we may have had. Mr. Timotheous has what makes a difference. He has a heart and wants to take care of the families. He truly is a loving person who will treat your loved ones like his own. We will choose him again in the future. Thank you for treating us the way you would want to be treated.

Customer Service here is non existent! They do not return calls. I called 3 times and never got a return call. After calling that 3rd time and getting ugly with them. They immediately called and let us know my father in law was ready to be picked up.

The staff here are just amazing. They have a very difficult job but really go out of the way to make everyone comfortable and to take care of the family. The prices are lower than most but the service exceeds.
