Thank you, Mallory for cremating our sweet fur baby Tyson on Friday 3/26/2021! Wonderful service, and she answered the phone at 11:30pm Thursday night after he passed away in our home to give us input of what to do with his body until we could bring him in the next morning. She did a wonderful job, and even got his fur clippings down to a T. She had his ashes ready for pickup that same day!! Thanks to her, I have pure comfort in having my dogs ashes, fur and paw print to remember him by.❤ We love the cute tin she put him in, but we are going to buy a nicer urn to put Tyson in, and she told us she would place his ashes in the new urn for completely free when we get one. She showed us genuine concern and support. We were very impressed and very pleased with Paws, Whiskers and Wags! 10/10 recommend!Tyson was 10 years old, I had him since he was only 5 weeks old. He was the best pitbull ever. 🐾❤

My furr baby Zoe passed away recently and I called the Covington office to set up her cremation. Ive never cremated a pet before but Sarah walked me through the process over the phone and was very empathetic. I brought my baby in ten minutes before they opened on a Saturday and they were able to have her ready before they closed at noon. Sarah was very kind and professional, as well as the people who did the cremation.

The staff were so kind and caring. They made the entire cremation process easier! I would highly recommend them.

This company did an amazing job taking care of our sweet boy. He was 15 years old and lived a long, happy life and we wanted him to be remembered in such a special way. Our vet, Dr. Innis at Banfield, talked wonders about this company and we were not disappointed at all.To start, they respected our wishes of only calling my husband even though my number was on every file. Then we wanted to ensure that we had the perfect ink print of his paw and although they didn’t have the supplies to do it they offered to help in any way in addition to holding off on the cremation until we were ready. They were not pushy in any way and every time we called they were all so compassionate. We received our sweet boy back in less than a week and the full package was beautiful. In addition to the beautiful urn they provided, we received a card, clay paw prints with a beautiful rainbow bridge quote attached, tracking info, certificate, pamphlet to help with loss, and a lock of love (this got me).All around this company treated my sweet boy with such love and care as if he were their own and were so kind to my family during this trying time. They helped make this process as easy as possible. I HIGHLY recommend using them.

We lost our senior baby to cancer about 2 & a 1/2 weeks ago. We received her back home the very next day. They were nothing but nice and respectful and you can tell there was a great deal of care in taking care of our baby’s remains. They even sent a little note after stating they’re donating to an animal charity in her honor. When our other senior baby crosses the rainbow bridge we’ll definitely use their services again.

Paws, Whiskers and Wags is always so heartfelt and caring. They make the death a bit easier and the quality of their work is amazing. I will always come here (hopefully not anytime soon) when there is a death and will recommend them to anyone who loses a pet.

This is my second time using them. My first time was over 10 years ago. But this is the first time I had to call and figure out what to do. And phone Call interview sold me. I’m in sales and I would love for my co works to take note. It was very warming and comforting to me while I was in the process of losing one of my fur babies.When going into office It was welcoming.

Mallory and the staff here at the covington office are absolutely amazing! They were so compassionate with me and the care of my pet. It’s never easy saying goodbye and they made it so much easier on my family. We got him back less than 24 hours and we are 100% positive that he got treated with respect. Thank you.

My sweet dog passed away last night and right away this morning, Brooke at Paws, Whiskers and Wags was so sweet and helpful in taking care of the last task. She was comforting and walked me through the whole process. Within 2 hours I was able to get her remains. All was so nicely and professionally done!A very clean and professional place that cares about you and your lost loved one.Highly recommend!

These people actually deserve 10 stars! Unfortunately we lost our 14 year old cat in March and then a week ago our 3 year old baby and we used Paws Whiskers and Wags for both of them. They are the most caring and compassionate people you could ever deal with, they treat you like family and your pet like it is theirs. They are very affordable which was a surprise. I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants to honor their pet by cremation. Thank you PW&WS for being there when we needed you!

This is a heartbreaking service to need, but if you do need it these kind and wonderful people are the ones to go to. I emailed a question late on a Sunday and had an actual person call me back within 20 minutes. The staff is so sensitive and understanding; and services are very affordable.

Absolutely happy with the results. The professionalism shown my family and I was above reproach.

They were very nice in our time of lose.

On the day my dog died, I called this company FOUR TIMES and all I got was the answering machine. Left a message on the fourth call. Never received a callback. Totally irresponsible.
