Just wanna put it out there that the day my family had the consultation to release my grandfathers remains for the crematory service, we sat with a lady, and she started a conversation about my tattoos & at first she was friendly and asked a lot of questions & then she gave me a lecture about my tattoos & told me quote- “you’re going to have to find a job and work someday” I found it very inappropriate & was very offended that she would say that when our family was trying to figure out a plan for my grandfather. They also failed to call us when his remains were ready for pickup .

We recently had my mother’s last wishes to be cremated carried out at this facility. The staff and management were very accommodating and I wish I lived closer so I could have them handle my cremation when the time comes.I opted to witness the cremation and am very glad I did. Seeing my mother off to the very end right until the door to the crematory closed after she was placed inside via the conveyor belt was very special to me.Brad explained how the process worked and I also felt like I was getting a special tour and education in the process. I guess many of us picture a brick pizza oven-like contraption when we think of cremation, but that’s not what it is at all, and I was amazed at the high tech sophistication of the cremation machine and am amazed that they are able to offer their services so affordably. If cremation is your choice, and if you’re within 50-60 miles of this place, you’re not going to find a better place to carry this out, and I love that I got to take my mother home with me and I don’t have to visit her at a cemetery.
