I hired them to pressure wash the house, clean the windows and clean carpets. Their staff was on time, extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Their pricing is very fair as well. In a world where contractors can be a hot mess - they only hire the best.

Mella did a good job cleaning our windows. The upstairs windows were done particularly well. It was not cheap but we have A LOT of windows. The time and energy I would have invested in getting them all cleaned (including the screens) made the cost worth it.

Was looking for carpet. They came right to the house with samples. Picked out carpet for our place and flooring for kitchen and entry way. They took measurements and within 2 weeks voila, eveything in and carpet, flooring professionally laid in place. I have been through a lot of window cleaners since I moved here and I think I have finally found the one that I will always be using going forth.2-21-21 So, I have 2 very large windows that were clean on the outside from Mella, but not so clean on the inside. When the sun hit them they made two beautiful windows look just terrible. Miller worked with me and had a couple of their guys come out and just take care of those two windows. It’s unusual for a company to come out for just a couple of windows but Miller found a way to make it happen. They will be cleaning my windows for life.

Mella came to my house and cleaned every inch of carpet that we have. We have two kids and a dog and our carpets were getting stained and sticky in some places. When we came back home after they cleaned, we couldnt believe how clean the carpets were and how fresh they felt on our feet. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Our condo building has used them many times in our common areas. They get spots out of carpets and upholstery that seem impossible to come clean. Because of these results, we have been able to delay replacing carpet. I had Mella clean my outdoor patio cushions (16), which haven’t been cleaned professionally in 11 years. They came out great. Mella took two badly misused area rugs and made them look new again. They are hand spun and hand woven rugs from South America that require careful handling; I had put off having them cleaned because I was afraid of what would happen to them. I am thrilled with the results. Their service was also wonderful - responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours over the weekend. No charge pick up and delivery and gracious to work with. Reasonable prices. No need to look anywhere else.

Mella is a diamond in the rough. They removed our flooring on the ground floor and installed new carpet, LVT, and baseboards and did an exceptional job. Everything was done on time, on budget, and without issue. BJ even went the extra mile to find cloverleaf molding that matches our cabinets after I told him I wasnt fond of quarter round. He didnt have to do that, but he takes pride in his work and has to do it right.Everyone at Mella is very professional and is easy to work with. I felt very comfortable leaving them to work in my home when I was out.

Had them give estimate to clean the exterior siding on my 2 story house and was given a fair quote. Being a typical customer, I added a gutter cleaning to the job. Mella cleaned my carpet today and did an outstanding job. I live in Mt. Lookout and have used Widmer’s for carpet cleaning forever. The past few times Widmer’s had to come back because they didn’t get the carpet clean. I have thick carpet and it can’t be done quickly. Mella took the necessary time to do the job correctly the first time. The technician was polite and on time. If you need your carpet cleaned I would highly recommend Mella.

Mella recently installed quite a bit of carpeting in our home. The process was seamless and the entire team was professional and courteous. There was an issue with a manufacturer defect in one of the areas and BJ worked to resolve the issue professionally and to our satisfaction. The quality of the carpet and pad is also very good as well.

The two guys who cleaned our windows were on time; respectful, and got right down to business. When they were done our windows were spotless. The receptionist who took our initial call was gracious and responsive. I will use this window cleaning again.
