Justin was kind understanding and a good guy even while towing my car.

Definitely not going there ! Didn’t even have the Courtesy to call so I can come get my stuff from my car after the accident .

My truck was towed here and they were awsome with helping me get it out asap and even gave me an amazing discount

My car got impouned here by covington police for parking in the wrong place. But theybwere very nice and stayed open a little longer for me to walk all the way there to get my car so i was very greatful.

Jess N Sons towed my vehicle for being too close to a drive way on my own street (Garrard, Covington KY). They had also caused damage to the bumper in the picture ($1100 in damage). They did not mention the hole in the bumper and claimed they were not responsible. I am currently dealing with insurance companies in order to fix the damages. Currently their insurance provider is agreeing with their false statement as to who is responsible.

Overall the service was good, but the price for a local tow that was a little over a mile was to much! Im not going to use them again in the future.

Friendly people who are downhome when I fell in lot from uneven drive- mechanic came out to see if I was Ok. I had to pay tow bill on my car- but at least they made it a more pleasant experience to such a bad bad day.

Called with a problem a car had been parked in my back drive for a while. They told me to go get a sign made with their name and number so i did. 40$ later they told me they have no room for the car. Well u couldnt tell me that before i bought the sign. Why would you tell someone to get the sign and then tell them they cant help.
