We were stressed, worried and missing work caused us to really need to be smart and budget this trip at the spur of the moment. Samir listened to her, helped her get the most cost effective option for us, and a great car to get to the destination. Samir really made a bad time for us have some bright moments and we will always go to this enterprise when we need to rent a car in the furture!

I would’ve assumed this to be just some cold, unfeeling, corporate cookie-cutter establishment, but these guys were there for me when I really needed them. After a traumatic skydiving accident they accommodated my needs so I didn’t have to stress while in recovery. These fellas have heart.

I had a great experience on rental from enterprise.My only regret is that I wished that when I rented the car for the whole month They would had told me about the enterprise plus program and earn points. Instead I found out from a friend 3 days before my rental return and I lost all those points. I contact customer service but they wouldn’t apply the points. Beside that very good experience

I always rent with Enterprise. I rent a car about 4 times a year. They have pleasant staff, clean cars, and are in contact during my rental period to make sure everything is great. Price is always right.

I was supposed to pick up a truck at the 2855 Harbor blvd location. I never received a call about a location change for my truck pick up today. I called and the automated service reassured me that it was open. I arrived at the location at 5:30, 30 min prior to the pick up time. There was a sign on the door that referred me to 4500 Campus drive. I arrived there and the attendant said my pick up location was at 2036 Harbor. The attendant provided me the address and told me she would call them to let them know I was coming. I arrived at 6:05 to a closed Enterprise. How could so many things fall through? No call to notify me of a location change, not waiting for the customer when it was their error.

Always have excellent service from Enterprise. Courteous, helpful, convenient.

This location has been exceptionally nice to us. A little tight to enter off of Harbor, theres a back entrance too, less traffic but still tight. One handicapped parking spot, the bumper is quite far into the space keep an eye out. Thanks all for the comfy value added rentals and professional service. Top shelf service from this rental company. We changed our mind on the type of vehicle we wanted after we got there. The change was handled with a great attitude with the reps only concern being that we were satisfied. It took a lot of extra time as we had many questions but we never felt rushed.

Ive been coming here for a few months. I need to rent a vehicle at least twice a month. Everybody in there is friendly, efficient, quick, and mostly extremely polite. Im always warmly greeted by a few of the fellas and ladies too.Last week the vehicle I rented wasnt available, Shane who helped me went above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. He was able to get me a BETTER car, something I wouldnt have chosen simply because I dont like to pay over XX a day for a car rental. He made sure I received the same price I booked MY vehicle for. He was, to say the least, very very accommodating. I really appreciated having a better car. It was a heavy solid car and it made me feel very safe. Thank you Enterprise!

Nice and personable staff, easy transaction. Also -- the gentleman behind the counter yesterday did an amazing job at keep his composure while some irate customer yelled at him. Not sure of the situation, but from what I could gather, she definitely seemed to be in the wrong and was taking it out on the man behind the counter. Kudos to this staff!

I prefer Enterprise for all my rental car needs. They make renting a car much easier, and at much more reasonable prices than the more famous competition. But use a credit card if you have one; its a lot less hassle than using a debit card or cash.

One of the staff tried to blame a dent on me, problem is that I had told them about scratches on that fender when I picked up the car. Definitely take pictures of any damage to the car when your picking it up because they will try and pin damage on you if you dont have proof to the contrary.

Staff is wonderful and helpful. I had been in an accident that afternoon and enterprise associates where quick to get the rental set up for me. My experience with the enterprise associates was the part of my afternoon. The car could have a been little more clean on the inside. There was a strange white stain in back seat and driver interior door, dash, and center consule could use a little wipe down. The rental was a Chevy Malibu and performed well.

This is a great experience. I reserved on line, they called to confirm and the car was ready when I arrived. 15 min after I arrived, I was driving out. Being a member helps. They have all of my preferances and know how I treat the cars I have rented in the past.

This was my husband’s and I first rental at Enterprise the staff was friendly and quick to get you out the door with your rental, the car was clean and very roomy, the deposit amount is reasonable and the prices per day on rental were also good pricing for our budget. The only thing that saddened us with our first rental experience here at enterprise was that we requested a 4x4 and when we went to pick up our rental they stated it was 4x4, but it was NOT, we found that out unfortunately once we made it to the place we were going and there was no 4WD. They did apologize for the inconvenience and refunded me back a day and Jonathan said he would get me a deal on our next rental with them, if I came back to rent from them. I’m giving enterprise 4 stars because of everything else that was awesome, But the fact is that they should know the big difference if their cars are 4WD or not because that can be dangerous in certain situations. Other than that everything was great.

I love using Enterprise. That being said, this location leaves a lot to be desired as far as customer service. Every single time Ive been here the employees are new. There is no opportunity for developing a relationship with someone who rents frequently.

The service at the S. Harbor site in Costa Mesa was good. I would have rated it higher; BUT, MY GOODNESS, DO THEY HAVE TO CHARGE MY CARD $150 FOR A $40 RENTAL CAR?! NO, THEY DONT! Seriously, thats absolutely ridiculous!

After renting cars from this location for many years, I encountered my worse experience ever with a slob of a representative at this location...he was eating in a disgusting manner and burping during my reservation. He was rude and he totally let this location down. I was completely disappointed.

I had a very positive experience in my recent car rental from Enterprise. They picked me up where my car was being serviced and had the paperwork ready when we reached the Enterprise office. I was on my way within 10 minutes of arrival. The personnel were gracious and friendly. I received the same treatment when I returned the car and, again, their driver was ready to take me back to my car within 5 minutes after I returned the renal car. Ive been a long time customer of Enterprise for the reasons listed above.

Ent into Enterprise, Costa Mesa location, and had the WORST customer service experience EVER.... First, Donte call ME at 8 am to setup the rental via #Geico and was placed on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. Called back to speak with a supervisor. Spoke to Jason who also put me on an extended hold so I hung up AGAIN. Called back for the SECOND time, 3rd representative and spoke to Ashley. She stated that she would have 2 vehicles ready for me to choose from due to me having 3 carseats and set my appointment for 1pm that afternoon. I arrived at the location at 12:40 and was made to wait after being showed a vehicle substantially higher vehicle than discussed. When I explained that I wanted to stay within my policy limits she became irate and told me to wait until my appointment time🤨. By this time its 12:52. Ashley then proceeded to help the only other person (her husband was with her) in the building. When she asked for her drivers license and credit card the lady explained that she didnt have her drivers licenses. I then asked Ashley why am I waiting for someone who doesnt have a drivers licenses and the vehicle is ready AND you have all my information, my DRIVERS LICENSES and DEBIT CARD.The lady who didnt have her drivers license, husband stands up and start yelling at ME. MAAM DONT TALK TO MY WIFE. YOUR ISSUE IS WITH ASHLEY . I proceed to tell the guy I wasnt talking to you or your wife. The wife tells her husband, she wasnt talking to us. ASHLEY comes from behind the counter, puts her hand in my face and proceeds to tell ME to sit down, be quiet and that shes calling the police because Im being aggressive 😮. How when YOU took another customer before me because I was early for my appointment. PLEASE do call the police because Im recording and your lying which is false report of a crime and YOU put your hands in MY face. So she called the police. She than began shaking once she realized that she was being recorded. She did call the police and they never showed. I left and went to another location. She then proceeds to put me on the DO NOT RENT LIST.Ashley is very rude. She was unaware that my vehicle was being repaired at Theodore Robins Ford right around the corner. Well after I explained to George in the collision Center what happened with Ashley, he explained that he has had the same issues with her as well and that this isnt an isolated incident.I feel it was racially motivated. EVERYONE wants to call a black woman agressive when she isnt in agreement with being mistreated. And to have a Hispanic man a woman tell me that they had the same experience and witness her treat every none minority that walked through the door with excellent customer service in not a coincidence.My only question is, why was I made to wait because I was, by this time, 8 minutes earlier for my appointment?#ItThisHowYouRunAFamilyBusiness#YouPrideYourselfOnCustomerService

Rented a Dodge Van from Enterprise this past weekend. The van was ready when promised, clean and ready to go when I arrived. The personnel at Enterprise were very courteous and accommodating. Service was excellent. I had no problems with the van

Cool cars renting for reasonable prices. On the lot I see Mercedes, bmw, and other luxury cars. I got a Dodge charger for $35 a day with no advanced reservation.

One of the smaller enterprise lots that ive seen but dont let that fool you. They have close to 300 cars available. Last car i rented i had to extend 10 days longer than I expected to and never had an issue. Just one call and reps took care of it. Great service.

The manager was friendly, staff was fast with the paperwork, all around the service was excellent. I have rented from other Enterprise Rental offices, but not like the impressive service given here.

I went in here to rent a car their service was good but they told me it was a 100$ deposit that I would get it back as soon as I returned the car. Which I returned in same conditioned and they told me I wasnt getting it back because of the Insurance I was not told this . So I would think twice in using their service again !
