For the past 5 years - we have rented an RV from them - never an issue - we are in and out very quickly. Also never had any issue with the billing. The only one thing this year - the RV had 3/8 tank of gas picking it up and the fresh water tank was 1/2 full - but that did not create any issues for us based on where we were going. I find them very nice and good to deal with - - will be back again next year!

Dont rent from this company and dont rent Penske trucks. On their website they highlight renting a truck and returning it to another location. This isnt true. Theyll rent you a truck as a local rental. This means if you return the truck anywhere else you will be fined $1,000. I just learned this the hard way and was forced to drive another 3 hours one way just so they dont fine me.Penske customer service is terrible. Imagine calling customer support and a supervisor tells you Penske has a lot of customers, meaning we dont call about you. If this is their mindset, what kind of company culture breads such a lack of empathy or care for the customers well being.

Horrible customer service. Spent 20 minutes being if ignored by a man w huge head phones on and another man who said Ill be with you later after he made another customer move his vehicle. We just walked out.
