I went to the place a day before to reserve a car. The next day i showed up it wasnt the car i had reserved not only that i had asked the guy if there was anything else i would need to qualify for the rental he said no just my credit card and my Id well they ended up doing a credit check and had to cancel my vacation very disappointed. Chad was rude instead of apologizing for the miscommunication he shrouded his shoulders.

Took my grandmother here for her rental after an accident. Gentlemen was nice, but we could barely understand him. He was dressed in business attire but sloppy. The place didn’t smell very nice and unmaintained. They didn’t have a very good selection of cars available so we went to the other Hertz next to Costco. Head there for their review.

Its good to go to a place that you reserved your car online at the price you agree than — arrive and staff tell you they don’t have the same car and ask for $90 to upgrade. I would recommend go to the John wayne Hertz or Enterprise Fletcher Jones

Had a reservation for 2 vans for work... when I got there the was only 1 .... just wasn’t reliable.... had to run to Uhaul

This location is currently under new management. They were friendly and helped me get a car for the weekend last minute. They also upgraded my car rental and gave me extra perks for the same price as a small vehicle rental. I will come back again to rent from them. They were fast friendly and very willing to help.

WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Not sure if Kevin was new, but he wasnt very well informed on anything. I reserved the car for 8 am and something came up to where I didnt pick it up until 11:30, and they STILL waited til I came to pick up the car to take it to get serviced for oil change so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Why didnt they do that BEFORE my reservation pick up time?? And then he charged me at the BEGINNING of my transaction BEFORE he explained that they also charge an ADDITIONAL $200 in case of accidents. Thats what my insurance is for!! I wouldnt have rented from them had they informed me of that when I was making my reservation. I needed that money to make my car payment! (I rented the car for my mom) I otherwise wouldnt have had enough and they would have overdrawn my account! Thats something you inform people of BEFORE you charge them!! They also wouldnt tell me why they had to run a credit check for me to use my DEBIT CARD! But not for using a credit card... How does that even make sense?! He also waited until we were leaving to say no pets or smoking. Its nothing to worry about in our case, but what if my mom was a smoker? What if she had to take her dog with her? THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE. NEVER RENTING HERE AGAIN.

Theyre fine to deal with. Nice people, but both cats that I had the option of renting smelled like an ash tray. Not very fun to drive around in for a week if youre not a smoker...

Excellent front desk; very good with problem resolution. Cars should be cleaner [vacuum seats better, clean all plastic surfaces]. I rent every week since September 2016.

The WORST car rental experience ever. Picked up car and was not told the car was almost out of gas. Ran out of gas on freeway on day one. When I called the staff could not have been ruder or more unprofessional! I travel all the time for work and have rented hundreds of cars. The complete lack of care by the staff was unbelievable! It all started when the new Hire put our credit card expiration in incorrectly resulting in a declined credit card. We got that sorted out after a couple of unnecessary phone calls. When we shockingly ran out of gas , Miguel, with limited English skills informed us we were told the car had no gas in it which was a flat out lie! He would not give me his last name and told me the manager was on vacation! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!!!

Im kind of person understanding and forgiving other but this place I have to speak out, some of them had treated me so badly. Rude, impolite, no responsibly . I would share all trouble, problems they had done to me . But all I say horrible ! .

Worst location to rent a car. Been dealing with them under an insurance claim. Been told I have had to pay extra on my rental by two people yet confirm that insurance approved me for more. Was even called to put me in a rental although I already had one. Very frustrating to deal with this location. No one knows anything. They dont log conversations when they say they will.A completely waste and extra stress on top of already dealing with my own vehicle loss.

The employees here are very helpful, and, although there is usually a wait, I have had no issue they havent been able to resolve to my satisfaction.

Horrible. I plugged the address into maps. could not find the location. Tried calling - at 5 min. before closing - the phone rolled to auto answer. Called Hertz, as it was now past closing hours. Hertz help line failed. All they could do was tell me that the location was now closed. Id been searching for it for 20 minutes - at the address they (Hertz) sent in an email. Went through the same routine with 2 Hertz phone helpers. End result: No car.Was told You booked through hotwire, so youll have to find another car through hotwire. When I pointed out that the problem was with hertz - - no help.

Staff courteous but deceptive about their insurance rates. The price they quote you is a daily rate, not a flat rate. I have a problem with people that have integrity issues.

Slow and rude!.... dirty car. Sad, Hertz was once the best. Not renting from them again.

When my auto body shop called for them to pick me no one answered the phone. Also, when I arrived the service was slow and the attendant smelt like cigarette smoke.

Great customer service.

People there are OK. You cant drive your own car to pick up since they tow at night. That is a big inconvenience if you want to pick up a weekend ride...
