The agent before Bessie disconnected the call, I assume that the previous agent was in a hurry to get off of work. I was on hold then the call got disconnected. Then when I called back in, I got Bessie . Now Ill tell ya, all I wanted to do was to remove an old car and add a new car and make the payment early. Bessie was able to help me with that the call was at least less than 13 minutes. Short, sweet, simple and to the point. Next time I call in I will contact their direct location rather dealing with someone else.Thank you so much!!!!!!

I walked into the Ayers location of Direct Auto Insurance for a quote on my automobile. I was up to cancel on my current insurance and had questions on my policy. I spoke with Ms. Priscilla Alvarez. She was very friendly and information she gave me was everything I needed. She even gave me quotes for life insurance and as a single mom it is something I very much needed.
