Terminated my policy before they were supposed to. I called to make the payment and they had already terminated my policy. They advertise saying they will work out a payment plan to help you due to the pandemic but not once did they try to help me. I still have an open claim that wasnt my fault and they still havent taken care of it for me. I like using All-State but not thru this agency. I found another agent to start my new policy. I dont recommend using Laura Harris.

Yeah I never got my insurance cards when they expire so I had them sent to me by Email and I still don’t get my insurance card...I still have to call them to get my insurance cards , so I do more of their work for them than they do for me .. I have been with them for 20 years and evidently it’s only for the price not the service...
