Shes been my agent for 5+ years. Im very happy with Farmers Insurance & her insurance agency. Jas Myers & her team has always provided me prompt & exceptional service. If I have any insurance questions, they take the time to thoroughly explain things. Shes the first agent that actually personally calls or emails me back. Its very unfortunate that someone took the time to be a keyboard warrior & write such a hateful review. We need more kindness in this world & keep our negativity to ourselves. I will continue to recommend my family, friends, & colleagues to her agency. Overall, Im very satisfied.

This agency has the best customer service in the county! The agent Jas Myers did everything she could to help me out with my policies to help save me the most money possible! She applied discounts that I wasnt offered with my previous carriers. Very friendly agent and staff! Will be continuing to do business with her, for as long as possible. :)

Called to purchase a policy. Her employee said she was not available. Asked to be called between 9 and noon the next day to purchase. I was called at 12:15 pm by her employee.I was connected to the Farmers Agent. I asked if her employee had given her the message about the time window. Agent refused to answer my question and hung up the phone on me.
