All I can say is I love this firm! Clarissa is the sweetest, and so is Francisco. I had a horrible car accident a few years back, and they were accommodating throughout the process. Communication is vital for me, and I genuinely appreciate them caring about my health. 100% satisfied customer!

John Sherman why are you making a review as if your a Customer you work there lol omg. This place is terrible they took my money, created a policy then canceled it a month later and refused to reimburse me and made me out to be a liar that I didnt give them ANY money after pleading my case they gave me a gift card that wasnt even for the amount i gave them! They must not have trained their reps correctly be very careful and make sure u get all paper work and receipts they may give u especially if your paying with cash. And try to avoid Mr. John sherman. He took my cash and accused me of lying. I had to argue and other unnecessary stuff to get my money back. Thats not all he did either. But its too much too type. Try Fred loya or acceptance instead.
