Had an excellent experience. Had a flat on my truck. Called and talked to Steven about having it fixed. He told me to bring it in. I had a misunderstanding and drove my truck in. He meant just the tire. They were extremely busy and I offered to go back home and take the tire off and return. He went above and beyond to assist me and took the truck in and had the tired fixed. Excellent and went above and beyond! We had a tire belt blow out on our way home from a vacation. We were 3 hours away and completely stressed. Stephen worked our truck in and went above and beyond d the call of duty for us. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and it felt like hanging out with a group of friends from the start! Well my first visit to firestone was no good because they didnt have the size tire I needed! 2reason was they gave me a quote on a pair and a set and they wanted 325 for 2 and 650 for with covid 19 going on I guess they expect everybody to be rich needless to say what if it was an emergency and needed those ASAP they didnt have them in stock and to go to the other store in the same town and they quoted me for a pair for 4:25 and I said for $850 I think thats just a little bit crooked theyre going on considering theyre the same store but different location in the same county it looked to me like theyre just out to screw someone over

I brought my car in because I thought the brakes were bad. They thoroughly checked them out and determined that they were fine, just a bit dirty, and took care of that. Another place could have ripped me off for new brakes and I wouldnt have known the difference, but this Firestone was very honest and took care of me. They actually went above and beyond what was I requested! I had bought new headlight bulbs and intended to replace them myself. When I went to do that, I discovered that Firestone had already replaced them for me! Ill definitely be givthem my business in the future!

Firestone takes such good care of my car, Im very blessed to have them. Crystal and Tyler know exactly what they are doing and I have to get an oil change quite frequent. Everyone is so nice, and they do their job. I did get a Firestone credit card, because lets me honestly who can drop $700-+ not this mama BUT it comes with 6 months no insurance! Coming from who has put 80,000 miles on her car in the last two years.

Firstly Ive been trying to get in to firestone for 3 months now and every time we make an appointment it magically isnt in their system. Then we finally get our oil changed today and the guy working the front checking people in was rude to customers and to the employees. Definitely will not be returning back to this firestone and do not recommend to other customers.

Had an unexpected tire blowout on RT 40 E, thankfully we were able to pull over safely and without incident. Made it to the Firestone on a donut and got a family welcome and great service from a great staff.

My tire blew out on I-40 outside of Cookeville,TN at 6pm. A Good Samaritan helped me and my family get the spare on while I Googled nearby tire stores.Tyler at Firestone was very helpful and that store was open until 7pm unlike any other in the area. I was in and out with a new tire in less than 30min which meant I didn’t have a trip delay requiring a canceled hotel reservation in KY that night. Employees were wearing COVID masks (as I was), very polite and gave me confidence about the tire I bought. Thank you Tyler and team at Firestone in Clarksville!

Great people. Fixed car is short time. Found battery was ready to go. Called and explained everything and change out battery. If they didn’t have the full car inspection every time you take your car there I probably would be at the side of the road or going through a take out line holding up every one behind me because battery has gone dead. Went for new tires and alignment early in the morning with no appointment. Super friendly and professional service manager was very helpful and informative throughout the process. Technicians were just as friendly and professional. They completed all the work in a good amount of time and left very satisfied.I returned about two weeks later with an issue that they diagnosed quickly and started repairs on. Drivers side wheel bearing needed to be replaced. The repairs took about 4 hrs due to some unforeseen problems but this is to be expected when dealing with repairs. Again the Firestone staff was professional and helpful throughout and despite the hurdles they encountered they worked together to resolve the issue.Overall I am very pleased with the Firestone on S. Willow and will definitely return for future service needs. The entire staff is friendly and professional making the process of getting work done on your vehicle that much more bearable. The waiting area is a good size and comfortable.IMPORTANT NOTE: They open at 7 a.m. if you do not have an appointment I highly suggest getting there before 8 a.m. Around 9 a.m. the number of people coming in for service or repairs increases and you will be waiting. This location is not a 30 minutes oil change facility as they perform many other repair services. So plan accordingly.

The staff is very personable and makes sure youre taken care of from start to finish. I recommend downloading the Firestone app because they have really good coupons only on the app, which I didnt know until one of the employees told me! I was in town for a funeral & had a flat with a piece of wire stuck in the center of the tread. I bought the tire from Costco originally just 2 weeks before. Upon looking at the tire, the store manager declared no one could patch this tire. They sold me a new tire after having to negotiate a reasonable price for it.. Kept the old tire & presented it to Costco on my return. They patched it with no problem. So I was not even able to get a credit for the punctured tire. Unbelievable!

Excellent customer service makes you feel like family

We were traveling from North Carolina to Nashville for a family Thanksgiving reunion. The entire meal was in the car and it started making a noise around the serpentine belt. Tyler was great! I have not been here since this became a Firestone location.For Rose Tires in early 2018:These guys are a real class act. Their lobby is comfortable and clean. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Their service is fast and efficient. They gave me an upfront estimate for the job, and when they found the real solution to be a faster, more affordable fix, they let me know right away.

Im not your average customer in the sense I have a very unusual automobile. I took my Maserati GT in for installation of a new set of independently ordered tires and it went well. I had made an appointment and somehow that got screwed up but, after a 40 min wait they were able to get my car in. They did the tire change while I waited and it took about 90 minutes. The price I was to be charged for installation changed 3 times during the visit but, in the end I paid essentially the initially quoted price. They were professional and courteous during the visit. I will return.

I came into the store mere minutes before they closed with a flat tire. It was Friday March 8th it was raining and I was dressed for a funeral The entire team stuck around to see if they could find a tire for my car and ended up just replacing with the small spare. Everyone was so kind and professional. I feel blessed to have made it there before the closed.

I am new to the area and woke up to two flat tires. Didn’t know where to go so it was just good luck that I happened on this location. Extremely nice staff. While on a camping trip in edgar Evans state park one of my caliber went bad them knowing it felt like what ever they charged me I was going to find with it I know that between the sales person and I think the manager messing on the computer and one telling the other I like what you did there before taking care of me was to get more out of me than regular price and thats not the case there high on price 890.00 dollars on rear brakes on 2006 Ford 150 wanted to replace rotors brake pads and calipers and one brake hose asked for better price came out to almost 800.00 with discount after viewing paper work at home cant remember what it was they did but really werent giving me a discount in decline to have work done drove it home because it just was that one caliper sticking once in awhile got front and back pads calipers and back rotors for a little under 600.00 did work myself later took old rotors to have checked because one only had very light scratches werent even warped on and the other thing mechanic had a attitude putting tires back on rather have my wheels fall off before going there again

Went in that place, the people running it saw me come in, they were in the office talking and laughing. I sat in the waiting area testing to see how long before they would ask me what I needed, they came out after 15 minutes once someone else that they knew walked in the door. They ignored me and waited and asked the customer what he wanted. RUDE bad educated hillbillies. This is what happens when you employ people with no manners. Went down the road to Express, as I was getting out of my car one on the employees asked how he could help me. Within 7 minutes they had me on my way. AVOID Firestone

Great friendly fast service

Went in for a simple oil change. They got done with our vehicle. Backed it out of the shop, then stopped and had to work on it in the parking lot. When asked about what they were doing they said the transmission wouldnt shift back into drive. We told them have Never had any trouble with our transmission before.We drove the vehicle to work that night for 3rd shift. While on pur way home from work the next morning the oil pressure went to Zero! Then the transmission wouldnt go into drive or reverse! When we called them to talk about what our vehicle was doing they told us there was nothing they would or could do about it.Come to find out they broke the shift linkage on our transmission. Thats why it wouldnt go into drive after they pulled it out of their shop. They knew it then, and said NOTHING! We are currently still trying to find out what they have done to our oil pressure system.

100% Recommend this Firestone on 762 S Willow Ave.The staff turned what seemed to be an impossible situation into a miracle. My brother and I came from Virgina to help a friend with their own transportation issues. On the way back to Virgina our 2010 Dodge charger caught a flat tire due to some industrial nails. The other Firestone on Jefferson told us they had our tire in stock for 22in rims once we got to the store on willow and called Jefferson they told us they didnt have the tire in stock anymore. How do.you have a tire in stock at 9am and at 1230pm its not in stock anymore ?!?!They got our tire on with no issues they were very polite and hospitable, they even assured us that everything would run smoothly and it did. If I could rate 10 Stars I would.Tyler and Crystal and the rest of the staff at firestone on Willow were beyond professional and showed why theyre the best store to go to.

Forgot to reconnect part of my center console power. Gave me a fuel system clean when my van just needed a fuel filter. Car died on the way out of the shop.

The Firestone shop on Willow is heads and tales above Jackson St. Had to have 2 belts replace at Jefferson location. $175. Had to leave it overnight. 2 days later alternator belt was squeeking.

I LOVE ROSE TIRE!I moved to Cookeville from Lebanon ( where the original store is) a year ago. Im so Glad they opened a shop in Cookeville! Prices are good and the staff is very knowledgeable!All the staff there is amazing. I will say Caleb is my favorite though.ROSE TIRE IS THE WAY TO GO!

Will never trust them again!! Went in for simple oil change on my Prius in April, - leaving the parking lot afterwards, felt loss of power so returned - they checked and found nothing wrong - had to have it towed...after call to regional office/claims, the store mgr called me, I explained that the car not running was due to their overfilling with oil; (I checked it myself and took pictures). She had my car towed back, then called to say the oil level was fine. I asked if she had drained and refilled (my request) she replied she had called regional who had told her not to touch it. Hmm, she should not have contacted me in the middle of a claim...long story short, the dealer found that they had left the airhose loose or disconnected, so, even if she was trying to cover her behind- negligence on their part!! Repeated calls to regional claims superviser still not returned...BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!! Btw, my car runs Fine now that the airhose was reconnected - thank you Cumberland Toyota!
