Best place in town. Just had major work done on my Subaru. Head gaskets, timing belt, and several other items. I got this vehicle a year or so ago on a trade and it had a very questionable service history. So when the head gaskets went I had the fine mechanics at South Willow Auto Clinic work their magic. My Subaru runs and drives better than it ever has! It is also much quieter and runs smoother. I had several friends recommend this shop and I have been impressed every time.

It wouldnt let me give them zero stars so I had to give them 1. Supposedly they did $350 worth of work but still having the exact same issues like nothing was fixed at all.

Car check engine light came and engine began running rough while driving I 40 near Cookeville. I stopped in Autozone to use engine analyzer to see what was wrong and ask who they recommend for service. South Willow Auto was one place they suggested. My experience here was great. Owner Phil and service manager Stacy were friendly and professional to work with. Repair was done quickly and correctly, and price was very fair. I recommend South Willow and plan to bring another car from Nashville to them for a/c repair,

Great service all the way around. First off, they have a student discount and are reasonable with price. Secondly, they appreciate their customers, especially those who are car enthusiast. And lastly, if they say that they will be done the next day, that just means that his team will work to beat that beat deadline. My car was ready for pick up in 6hrs.I took my 2017 Subaru WRX to get the stock flywheel and clutch replaced for a performance ACT clutch Kit and they got the job done correctly. So I did request to get some pictures of the clutch getting dismounted and the new clutch getting mounted and Stacy was very kind to acknowledge my request. Except, he did forget to do that for me. I am fine with that because I am sure that he would have loved to get those pictures for me if he remembered. Also a great thing that Stacy and his team did was return the stock clutch back to me (another special request).So thank you guys for helping me out and getting back on the road as soon as possible.

Was referred to this place by Auto Zone and I am glad I came. Very quick and efficient diagnosis on my car. I needed an alternator and they were very friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely take my car there again when needed in the future.

My family and I are on our way to Dollywood and, wouldnt you know it, the alternator goes out. I went to Auto Zone and bought one, called South Willow and Stacey said he would prioritize me and get me in ASAP. His whole team surrounded my van and got it replaced within 45 minutes. Alternator was $300 at Auto Zone and installation for it was $211 at South Willow. (Hooray for emergency funds.) Stacey and his team were so awesome and they will take care of you. Highly recommended!

I went to south willow auto clinic today after being repeatedly suggested by another (!) auto shop in cookeville to change my rear brake pad as soon as possible .Stacey took my car in and after half an hour he let me know that the rear brake is fine and won’t need replacement anytime soon . He also did complementary tire check .The same event happened few months ago when that same (!) auto shop told me that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced and I came to Stacey (south willow auto clinic ) and he checked and let me know that my belt is fine .I am glad that we have south willow auto clinic and people like Stacey here for us .

Its always been, in my experience, to always find the local garage because usually theyre the best, and this place is NO exception. Very good and friendly. Would recommend to anybody.

I have a black 99 c 280 Mercedes and needed my ac vacumed and filled. Which they did great. Got home and it leaked all out. My wife took back he fix my ac line and filled it back for her for cheap. Great honest people would recommend any one

If youre a female do NOT take your car here! They did not listen to anything i had to say on how my car was acting! Now 2 days later it did the same thing and left me in the middle of the highway. I had to pay another tow bill to take it to another mechanic. All they do is rig it up the bare minimum!!!!! It is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with!

My Dad stopped here on the way through Cookeville to trouble-shoot an electrical problem with my 99 Acura CL he was borrowing. Definitely an opportunity that could have been easily abused by a mechanic. Instead, the employee that helped him thoroughly checked his electrical system, replaced a defective battery terminal, charged him $10, and sent him on his way. Thank you and Kudos!
