My car suffered a relatively large wiring harness electrical fire, and Ryan was able to accurately diagnose the issue, make fact based recommendations, and complete all needed repairs quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Ryans training, skills, and equipment make him a very capable automotive repair professional, but his humility and kindness made it a real pleasure dealing with him. No job seems too big or too small, and hell be working on my car as long as hes willing to. If you need any repairs on a BMW or Mercedes, Mini etc, I highly recommend EuroweRX.

This owner-operated alternative to dealership service exceeded expectations on our first visit. My husband’s older BMW had a headlight issue we didn’t discover until the day before a road trip. Ryan was understanding and got us in the next morning so we were only slightly delayed getting out of town. He was straightforward about what he could and could not accomplish within the time frame, and about the repair cost. He also provided a thorough and non-condescending explanation of what would be required to fully remedy the issue, if we had more time or were willing to spend more. Not only was the job done when and as promised, but the receipt we received was much easier to understand - as to what was done and what were the future needs - than any I have seen. We are very lucky to live near this business, and intend to use him for future needs. It’s tough to find a mechanic you can trust; we were previously driving over an hour to see ours, but meeting Ryan has given us comfort in keeping our business closer to home. I would love to highly recommend you bring your vehicle here if you are in need of any services great or small! I really appreciate the owner explaining what needed to be done, and explaining the process as well as cost. By the way, I was shocked at how reasonable they are, as so many people told me how expensive it is to fix a Mercedes but their prices were so reasonable I will never take my car anywhere else! I’ve already done an oil change, had brakes done and some diagnostic work. Each time was a great turn around time. The owner is always prompt and very kind. Plus he owns such a cute dog! Who doesn’t love a dog owner?

All I can say is: Wow! Ryan will shoot you straight and even help you with how to do stuff yourself.After taking my car to another shop who couldn’t figure out the stalling problem in my daughters 328i, Ryan took the car and diagnosed the problem right away. Even though the part had JUST been replaced (By me) he checked it found it bad. He told me that the cheaper gasket just don’t work. He had the genuine parts at the shop and sold them to me at a great price. Further, he gave me invaluable tips on how to do it correctly myself. Ryan has worked on my Audi A4 on several occasions and I have been completely satisfied. This last service issue was AC related and Ryan worked on resolving the issue which he diagnosed, isolated and replaced the faulty parts. There were some other issues that Ryan brought to my attention and was not afraid to tell me that it was something that the dealership would be more prepared to handle. Ever since I’ve owned my BMW 530i, I find it difficult to find a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. Fortunately I heard great things about EuroweRx and decided to take my car there. I’ve taken my car there twice now for two unrelated issues and each time they have fixed and explained the problem to me so I can understand. They even went to the lengths of fixing my driver seat and plugging my tire which had a nail in it. They are reasonable in prices and they know what they are doing. So thankful for Ryan. Hes been my go to mechanic since finding EuroweRx. on Saturday, my cars check engine light came on and my instrument cluster stated my car was running hot. I called him on Saturday and even though he doesnt work and told him what was going on. I had two important obligations on Sunday and desperately needed my car. He agreed to fix it for me saying he didnt want to see me overheat the engine and incur the expense. Thank you for helping me out and not taking advantage of me in my desperate situation. 5 STARS!

Life saver!!! Car wouldnt start. Ryan came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem, Bad Fuel. Tank was drained and lines blown out. New fuel was added. Car is running. Ryan recommend contacting the gas station in an effort to recover my expenses. Because the fuel was so bad, it was recommended to have the entire fuel system cleaned. Labor was considerable because the fuel tank has to be dropped. Going to try and have the gas station accept responsibility before proceeding. Great experience, I would highly recommend Eurowerx services.

I went into the shop because my car was continuously shutting off. before I even spent any money he tested my battery, and alternator and came to the conclusion that my battery was bad. I paid for a diagnostic for other problems going on with my car and he explained to me clearly everything that was wrong and the cheapest options on how to fix it. He even referred me to another place to buy a battery and said that he would put it in for me no charge. This is one of the nice experience I’ve ever had at a machanic.

This review is long over due. I contacted Ryan at eurowerx, explained to him that I was interested in purchasing a used Mercedes but needed help making a good decision. From my conversation, it was obvious that Ryan knew his stuff. He explained to me in detail that the Mercedes Benz was a great vehicle, however the ML350 had several known issues and these issues were more common on the 06 and 07 models. We decided to narrow the search to one that was 2010 and newer, had around 60k Miles, the service and maintenance history’s were available and no accidents or paint work present. Ryan asked me to look around the Atlanta area for one that met that criteria. After finding several, nothing close, it looked like it was going to be a long day. I agreed to pay Ryan for four hours of his time. My car buying experience was eye opening. We looked at several vehicles, many for but a minute. Ryan came prepared with his computer, flashlight and paint depth tool. Every car had paint work, some were clearly involved in accidents even when the carfax report indicated clean. I really appreciated that Ryan was in no rush to have me buy a car and had no problem giving me his professional opinion when to walk away from a vehicle. We finally found a nice looking ML at Import Auto Brokers. Ryan spent a considerable amount of time going over this vehicle. He verified the paint was all factory and untouched. Checked that everything was in good working order. We road tested the vehicle together and then he hooked up his lap top to do a diagnostic check. Everything checked out. Ryan even stayed with through the buying process offering support to make sure that I as an older, widowed woman was not taken advantage of. What really impressed me was that even though we spent about 6 hours together and drove some 65 miles to reach our final stop, I only paid for the initial 4 hours. Priceless!! I love my new Mercedes.Thank you again. I’d highly recommend this business.
