My grandson used their services its the highers ups that are rude and uncaring. They terminated his services with no explanation then told the therapist but didn’t bother to inform the parent... One good thing was B he was wonderful with my grandson. Its his supervisor that doesnt listen to your concerns. When you ask to have a new supervisor is when that cancel services....

Why do y’all use your employees cars and don’t even give the adequate compensation?? Horrible how this business works.

1.) Un clear guidance and communication for me to do my job effectively with new client prior to session.2.) Company protocol was not taken into consideration with new client prior to session3.) Indifferent response to my concerns as a brand new employee. I made attempts to rectify these situation. there were too many red flags being shown within the company to want to more forward with employment.

My daughter works with a BCBA named Monica and has a 1:1 aide. My daughters things have been left out in the rain on purpose in response to behavior challenges, the BCBA is unsupportive, dismissive, and refuses to allow the 1:1 aide to accompany my daughter on school field trips so my daughter has missed all but one field trip since the school year began. Today my daughter had to walk to the car with one shoe ( both BCBA and aide were present at school today). I have had to rebuy shoes several times because the 1:1 leaves it all over the school. My daughter has had multiple aides since the school year began some of which have called my daughter names like brat. Monica in IEP meetings does not advocate for my daughter she actually tries to do very little to support my daughter. There are many more issues. I am very disappointed in this company.

Director and upper management completely biast and unprofessional.
