Nobody communicates properly. Constantly being left in the dark. People constantly leaving turnover is insane. Absolutely no stability. This place used to be great It has seriously gone downhill over the last 5 years especially since Covid started. I used to say that greater Manchester mental health was the worst place ever well this place is sure starting to take the cake.

Ive watched my sister in-laws boyfriend consistently go without his meds because these people constantly cancel appointments and make him go a month to 2 months without his meds so he ends up hospitalized. This place is absolutely useless.

I have been hung up on, transferred many times, given the runaround, and no one is able to help me even schedule an appointment with a therapist, I am very disappointed and angry with Riverbend.

New building is awesome!Website and FB need to show more information!Most staff is great, team approach to care.

Incompetent. No help. After your money. Find real professionals. Avoid.
