I too have emailed several times, made out the new patient for and had the ARNP referring me call but I too have never heard back from you. Im baffled and feel it is at least the honorable thing to reply.

Not only have I had my needs met in a professional, efficient manner, Ive referred a handful of friends and family who had the same experience. The expertise, compassion, and allowance for personal autonomy is tremendously appreciated!

You better not need immediate or help in a month going on 5 weeks now. Do you even have a receptionist. Called a few times now. Wondering why my pcp referred me. Gonna tell him to stop referring people.

Dr. Call was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, compassionate and thorough. Her educative approach was easy to understand, and her diagnosis was spot on, which made us feel listened to and understood. The entire staff has been helpful, professional and responsive to our needs. THANK YOU!

Joe Figuereo is without doubt in my top 3 mental health care givers encountered in 25+ years requiring said services. In addition to being savvy and most knowledgeable in his chosen profession the gentleman is kind caring and diligent dispensing required care. In 2019 this should be a given surprisingly it isnt. Being hearing impaired I so appreciate that Joe and Concord Behavioral Health use and allow their clients to avail themselves of up to date technology. i.e. make confirm appointments make script arrangements etc. via electronic technology.Sailing thru my elder years Im apt to be quite the cynic. If your seeking up to date knowledgeable efficient mental health care you need look no further. You may with confidence and peace of mind choose Concord Behavioral Health and most especially JOE FIGUEREO as your go to.

Im writing this review to see if Im able to get a response here. I filled out the patient form online, left several voicemails for Larissa, had my doctors office (that gave me a referral to Dr. Calls office) attempt to get ahold of Dr. Call, physically went to the office (there is no receptionist - just an I-pad for current patients to sign in for their appointments), sent an email to the address on the Concord Behavioral Health website and an email to the general inbox for Resilience Medical Group. I have not heard back from anyone. It has been exactly 3 weeks without a response. If you are someone who expects a basic level of communication from your medical providers; I do not recommend this office.

Best help Ive ever received from a doctor. Ive had so many bad experiences that its relieving to finally find the help that I need.

Called more than once as well as filled out all the online requests for an appointment and never received a call back or an email......just really bad for someone reaching out and requesting help!!!

Dr call is literally the hardest person to get ahold of. I’ve called multiple times, emailed and then got blamed for missing appointments because they never sent out a reminder and they schedule so far out.
