Horrible place to go! The nurse, Celeste is absolutely rude. She never returns your calls and when she does she is just rude and argumentative! Definitely do not schedule an appointment with Dr Hassani. She is the worst. They require you to come into the office to meet with her, but she lives in Florida so you have to do a virtual call. Why can’t I just stay at home if she is to do my meeting. Driving there to meet someone virtually makes no sense. She won’t even show her face when you do talk to her. She doesn’t care about you is what I found, she simply wants to prescribe you pills without listening to your needs so she can quickly bill you and move on. The whole operation and process is horrible. If you want help, do not go here. They are a disgrace to the profession and I honestly don’t know how they even have clients with the way they treat people.

My experience with Daymark is one summed up as frustrating. Employees dont return voice mail messages (even the director) and therefore you never get to talk to the right person. You have an assessment and its a month later before you can see the doctor. I finally cancelled my appointment and am going back to my PCP and insurance company in hopes of finding another facility that doesnt treat you like a potted plant. Wouldnt recommend.

The staff is rude or should I say the “nurse” since that is what she kept calling herself. I was not even the patient,so I would hate to see how the “nurse” treats them!! But the business motto is “To inspire and empower people to seek and maintain recovery and health”. Yeah right BIG joke. Choose another facility because this one is not it!!, I requested to speak with the director and was transferred to a voicemail, let’s see if she returns my call...

The service they render is good but most of the staff at the front desks are rude and not very friendly. Not the best especially when they are dealing with people who are trying to detox and recover. Some happy faces and a bit of love would go a long way.

Over the last few years, my boyfriend has tried to get assistance with his panic attacks and depression at Daymark in Concord because they are one of the few sliding scale facilities in Cabarrus county. Each time we have been disappointed with the quality of care and the personalities of the staff are very rude and careless. Just last night my boyfriend tried calling the crisis line while in the middle of a panic attack, the clinician had a tv on in the background and had very delayed responses when speaking. When my boyfriend mentioned going to the Atirum Health psychiatric ER for some help, he was told that was probably best. What the **** is the Daymark Crisis line for if they cant help and only agree that you go somewhere else???

As far as free detox goes: it really doesnt get much better. It is a medical detox, the food is great and you get plenty, the groups are decent but you still get plenty of rest time, the beds are comfy, and most of the rooms are single person. My only complaint is that it is just detox. Would be a nice place to stay for a few weeks, or even a month. Thanks Daymark, for all the help over the years, and always welcoming me back with open arms.

I have tired going there a few times for mental help. Best way to describe the people there is LAZY. Front desk is slow! Therapist take for ever to see and all they want to do is place you in a group therapy every time. They dont care and will not even return your phone calls. If anyone is reading this I would advise you to go to RHA they do a far better job and you get one on one therapy!

Horrible people. And all they say is “contact the center director” but why would I contact the person that lets the clinicians do whatever they want, let’s them take 1 1/2-2 hour lunches and over 30 minute coffee breaks, let’s the clinicians push the clients to the side like they don’t matter so they don’t have to deal with them and not even discipline them. The “center director” at the Concord branch who has clearly never held this type of position before needs to be fired.

This place is very slow! When dealing with people with mental and emotional issues the front staff should be more catering to the patients. They should care if someone sits there for over a hour in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. The counselor i met with was awesome.

Very inconsiderate, a therapist didn’t even care about my mental health. Sent me to another waiting room to answer a phone call. Not to mention I had to wait for 2 hrs to even speak to her

Jokes. Being held hostage by these morons. Without ever getting a full evaluation. Pill pushers that treated my brother for his imaginary weed addiction. Avoid this place if you actually care about your mental health
