Was looking for 4 tires for my truck these guys went above and beyond to get me taking care of they didnt have the tires in stock which put me in a pickle but they were able to source the tires and went and picked them up and got my vehicle done. They could of easily said we will have to set up a different day to get it done but they didnt they got it handled this is how buisness should be done will be back for sure.

Your bays were empty. No one else was being served. It wasnt lunch time or time to close. Mid afternoon.Your employees were standing around.Theres nothing I can do for you should never be your answer in the retail sales business. Theres always something you can do to earn a lifelong customer. Act interested in my problem. Act like you care. Act like you want to help me figure out what is happening to my tires. Act like you want my business. Offer to sell me some tires. Help me find a solution.I drove directly to somewhere else and bought 4 tires.No excuse.

These guys are great John the service manager and Jamie the store manager really know what they are doing and take the time to explain what is wrong with your car and what it is going to take to fix it.

Inexcusable tardiness. I had an appointment setup a week ahead of time for 4 new tires. They did not get my vehicle in the bay until 2 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Absolutely inexcusable. What is the point in having an appointment? I can understand maybe 15 minutes, or maybe even 30 minutes if it were a bad day and there were some issues...but 2 HOURS. Ridiculous. Ill be bringing my 3 other vehicles elsewhere for new tires in the spring.

David the Manager overcharged me for a brake job $600 for a front wheel brake job, the flushed my coolant system $115. I did not ask for that you charged me for resurfacing brake rotors $190 then charged me to replace the brake rotors $200. And you have ovecharged me in the past. I have contacted Goodyear Headquarters, i also intend to contact the media and the states attorney and the better business bureau. For deceptive business pratices. Smug smile THAT!

Went in due to a tire pressure light on thought was just cold weather well it wasnt. They were able to fix my tire and explain the repair as to why it to a little longer than expected thought I was getting a plug but they patched it from the inside and it is a permanent fix not a temporary and is safer.

David was awesome! Made an appointment last week for a specific set of tires. When I called to see if they were delivered he offered for me to come in early which was great. Super easy after walking in, walked out about an hour and a half later with with fresh set of tires. Even gave me a heads up about my alignment and the technician did a solid job too. Would absolutely recommend!

My first experience with Goodyear at Concord Mills was a great one. I researched tires for several days, and chose the Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate, for my older Mustang. I spoke with David on the phone and set up a install appointment. He was professional and helpful. After the install was completed, David notified me for pickup. During the checkout process, he kept his word on the quoted price we had discussed via phone. He also took time to go over the $100 rebate form to make sure I knew all about it. Folks, this is customer service from start to finish. I didnt know David from Adams dog when he first answered the phone. However, my future car needs will be met at this Goodyear service center. Who knew this was a free service Goodyear offers? What a great way to show loyalty to their customer base while also keeping all consumers safe while on the road. Always a good experience having my car serviced here. There is an older gentleman that is always pleasant and also a guy, Nicholas, that was accommodating and professional. I took my car to a Ford dealership to run a diagnostic test— they wanted the charge me nearly $550 to fix the problem. I asked Nick for a quote for the same service and he told me under $200. My car was serviced in under an hour and I left a happy customer. I will continue to use Goodyear for my servicing needs.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation couldnt be happier that these guys took care of my car needed a tire and had no idea that it was just ready to blow they got me a tire and oil change done and back on the road. Will be back.

Noticed a flat tire early in the morning and dropped by this place without an appointment here. The store manager Nicholas was friendly and polite . He mentioned that they are waiting for an appointment and walked by my car for a quick check. Within a minute he found the nail and took my car in. Gave an estimation of 1 hour to fix while they were servicing other cars and had them fixed before that. On top, they did not charge me a dime. Their fast and friendly service helped me with being at work on time. Thank you Mr.Nicholas and Team. Yours will be my auto shop for my future needs.

I went there almost three different time and always had worst experience all the time it was me who kept thinking different person may have different attitude but no it’s not. It’s just this shop every one is same. They don’t care for any customer service. Always your hole is on side and have to buy new tire. But for same thing you just go cross the street in Firestone or discount tire they can always fix it. These guys are just scam and only for money no customer service at all. Rude and inattentive and care less.

I went to get a tire patch and they said they couldn’t do it because there was more than one hole and it was at an angle. Then I went to get a second opinion at a different company and the patch the ONE hole I had with no problem. You guys are a scam

They went the extra mile and for me being a female is always intimidating going to a Service center and they made me feel comfortable and took time to address my issue. Great service!! I’ve been to this location probably 3 times. Each time I had a very different experience. One was a five star, one was a two star, and today it’s probably a three star. The guy who does their emissions inspections takes lunch around 12:30-3. Seems like a company should either have more than one guy or not allow him to go to lunch while most people are also taking lunch. I work 20 minutes away and made the drive to get the work done only to find out that he is on lunch.

For years I have gone to Goodyear for tires, so I already trust them with my vehicle however this location outdid themselves with the wonderful customer service. They recently got a new manager and he is very focused on customers, not just reading you out a list of issues with your tire or brakes. I am switching my GO TO location to Concord!

David Jenkins in the office was so helpful and nice! He made sure to answer all our questions and give great customer service! We called and received a quote on tires. When we arrived the price had gone up, however Dave made no hesitation to give us the price we were quoted on the phone. Will definitely go back! Thanks again David!

My first time using these guys. In an out in just over an hour for replacing two new tires. Staff was awesome and ecplained things clearly. Not my city of residence, so a little trepidation.

After limping down the shoulder lane slowly of i85 on a late Saturday afternoon for a few miles with a cut sidewall, we pulled into this shop. They didnt have the somewhat unique brand & model tire our almost new car came with but they had one that got the job done, all said for less than what a tow bill or uber ride home would have been. They took care of us from pull in to drive out in about 45 minutes. Polite, friendly and helpful. (Only way it could have been better and five stars would be if they had the brand and type of tire on the car.)

Called to inquire about getting brakes serviced. Employee who answered was extremely rude.

Tried to get Goodyear tires for my Camaro and was told they they didnt have the equipment to mount them. Its pretty crazy to me that Goodyear manufactures and sells a tire that they cannot install. If youre looking for Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 tires, do not go here. I highly recommend that tire though, 5 stars.

These guys are very rude. Doesnt even bother to explain what they are charging for. On the phone when I scheduled an appointment they told charges would be 44.95$ for oil change. When I went they added all other things and quoted 55$. When I asked whats the additional charges he starred at me like 10secs and didnt even answer my question. So rude. Please avoid these guys and plenty of other options around look for others.

Free Flat Repair! Was driving on I-85 and had a slow leak in my tire, dropped in an had them look at it. In under an hour, they had the nail out, patched it, and told me it would be no charge! I was back on the road in no time. Fantastic service!

Worst service ever. I bought my tires there because my car came with Goodyear tires. My wife would make an appointment to get the tires rotated and balanced as I had purchased the road hazard plan. She Never was taken in at the time that she had made an appointment for. The reason??? Other people came in before her without appointments and the manager complained that he was always short staffed. My response, not my problem, when I make an appointment I exit to be honored. Long story short, Ill never purchase here again.

Had one of the worst car experiences here. They stripped my studs and refused to take responsibility when called out. Decided to complain to the manager and just got told I had no proof and that I need to either deal with it or go cry to customer service. Go here at your own risk!

Wasted 25 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Booked online on a Sunday at 10:45am for a 12:30pm appointment to have a basic oil change. The online experience was simple and showed they were wide open for this time slot. I arrive to the store and the employee tells me there is a disclaimer on there saying you should allow 2 hours in advance when booking for the appointment to go through properly. There is nothing on the website stating this at all and I received a confirmation email solidifying the appointment went through properly. After arriving for my scheduled appointment at 12:30, the employee says it would be at minimum 90 minutes before the car would be taken back. No thank you and the feedback is for you to improve your communication between online booking and the retail location itself. Will not be going back to this location and honestly any other Goodyear location to avoid a waste of time. The principal of the situation is customer service and there was a lack of communication causing a poor experience.

Do not go to this place for tire or anything. On 11/20/2017 my daughter went there to get her tire check, because she has a flat tire. They told her that it need to be replaced, they didnt check that one of her rim was cracked. They replaced the tire. Yesterday she got the same flat tire and I took it to Discount Tire to have them check and they found a crack on the rim and it ruined the new tire. I brought the rim and tire back to Goodyear today and see anything they can do for me. They blamed it on my daughter and said it could be her driving for couple days and cracked the rim. How lucky can you be to have a flat on the same tire. They are very dishonest and very unreliable.

Was quoted a price over the phone. I understood that my vehicle would need extra quarts. I got to the store and was presented a modified price. I was shown a higher price which was supposed to be with a discount and the final price.When the car was finished the final bill was much higher than the second price I was shown, but instead of explaining the differences to me, I was insulted and accused of trying not to pay for the service. The manager was so argumentative that I was amazed they get any business. The manager suggested that this was not the first time I had an oil change and that I should know the price would be higher.I will never go back again. Also, when the car was ready I was told that I needed a front end alignment and that they could do it for me now and would discount it if I did it now. Red flags went up. I said no. I took it to another shop and they said the alignment was fine.

Put Grand Trek Touring Dunlap tires on a 2013 Santa Fe and at 20000 miles the noise is unbearable and the tread is at 4/32.Goodyear wont do anything, they say it is the car. Save your time and money, go some place else. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.Now I see why this place has a bad rating. I should have payed more attention to what other people were saying.I am very unhappy and will never buy Goodyear again.

Went here to have a second opinion about a questionable repair (catalytic converter was replaced with an aftermarket one that didnt fit, but original was under warranty so we shouldve been sent to the dealership for warranty work).They quoted us the diagnostic fee, but were able to find the problem within a few minutes.They advised us on what should have been done originally, along with a few possible solutions. Then they waived the diagnostic fee as well.

I was hugely disappointed in my experience yesterday to the point where I dont intend to return.I pre-scheduled my appointment online for an NC inspection on a 2016 vehicle. The online scheduling tool specifically asks for services to be performed so I was very pleased to see how easy it was to get through online system. I received an email response confirming my appointment. So far so good. Simple enough.Thats until I showed up. I stood at the counter waiting patiently for a minute or two with my 4 yr old while the manager was talking to someone on the phone. He saw that I was holding my registration for my inspection and stopped his phone conversation to sharply tell me that they cant do the inspection, nobody was there to do it. Now, it was 5:30 pm, but I set the appointment 4 hours earlier so if that was the case, why not call me to tell me? Why act like I was out of place? The managers tone wasnt necessarily negative, but the sense was he could care less as he quickly went back to his call. I barely got to spit out that I already had a pre-planned appointment for the inspection specifically, but I quickly realized theres no use of arguing, especially with kid in tow. Im just out of luck.So just as I was calculating the wasted time (15-20 min round trip) as I pulled out of the parking lot, I realized the Valvoline Oil Change center across the street also does inspections. They were happy to help, had the personnel to do it and did it super fast, all for something like $13.As a result, I wont mind giving Valvoline my oil change, tire rotation business, etc. I am sure it will even cost me more than Goodyear, but I know they will be faster, friendlier and they have just as many locactions in the event I am out of my local area.Goodyear, pay attention to your online appointments coming in. That or dont offer them!

My grandma and I walked in here because her tire has a hole in it. Was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait but we have been sitting here for an hour. I also overheard an arguement between another customer saying one guy out there wasn’t doing something right and the guy behind he counter wasn’t understanding what he was saying, he just kept saying “ look at it this way” and also said “ I’m not going to say anything since we are aguring”. Very rude and very poorly time management.

I went into Goodyear this morning approximately around 8:30am. I was greeted by an older gentlemen (didnt think to catch his name). I went for an oil change, which Ive done several times before. After pulling up my information, he saw that when I last visited that I needed a repair on my radiator. He was curious to know who ended up fixing the issue since it wasnt updated in their system. I told him that Griffin Brothers had a better deal, so I went to them. He said Cheaper isnt always better. and You trust us to change your oil but not to fix your radiator? I was shocked that he was even saying any of this. He then said All I ask for is your business, other than an oil change. I then just look at him and told him to forget the oil change, and that I was taking my car somewhere else. This person was rude, disrespectful and was giving me an attitude for no reason. I cannot believe the customer service that was presented to me today. Goodyear will no longer have my business.

My engine light was on, asked for pricing on a fix since I couldnt pass inspection, they said it might be expensive so itd be better to pay for the failed inspection and get the $100 diagnostic to contribute towards the $200 needed to waive my inspection. Afterwards, they said there was nothing I could do to waive the inspection, and I would need $650 for repairs.

Took my 86 Monte Carlo in for a front end alignment. They did the job, but when I get in the car to leave, the horn button in the middle of the steering wheel was off and the wire and spring were just loosely hanging in the wheel. I went back in and was told the guy working on it went to lunch. you can wait for an hour, or come back later. So when I went there horn was assembled and working, when I left it was disassembled and not working?? I chose to fix it myself rather than let these hacks try and fix it. How is their average rating 3 stars when almost every review is 1 star???

My car was hesitating badly in front of the mall so I pulled into goodyear cause it was the first place I saw,I asked if they could diagnose it? The guy at the front desk didnt seem to like that I questioned if the $95 to diagnose would go toward the repair? A fair question because ANYWHERE I have ever been charged to look at something they ALWAYS follow up with but that will go toward the repair if u fix it here. He then told me he would need it most of day to diagnose properly,So I went home which is 30 miles away,as soon as I got home he called telling me I needed a Radiator for $600 then he could continue on & diagnose what really wrong with my car.When i returned to pick it up,He just asked for $47.50 (half of diagnostic fee) he didnt diagnose it because he said he needed to fix radiator but yet jams me for $47.50.Turns out all i needed was a THERMOSTAT Which was less than $10...I would advise to stay away from these guys if you happen to break down n front of Concord mills mall

Went to Goodyear Service Center to have them mount two tires on front of car. When I got the car back, my newly washed wheels were greasy; however, I noticed after wiping away part of the grease that they had scraped my alloy wheels along the edges and scratched and pitted them on some of the spokes. When I brought it to their attention, they denied it was due to their equipment although the wheels on the back showed no marks and there were obvious grease/other marks all over the front wheels in the same areas as the damage. Again, when I asked is that going to be their response, they didnt do it, they said yes ... it has to be.I would never, ever take my vehicle to this place again.

Went for a flat tire check and replacement. The front desk staff was very rude and dont answer properly for the doubts. Made me to wait more than 3 hours for tire replacement.

This place is a rip off. They charge you over $100 just to tell you whats wrong even if the problem only costs a few to fix and dont credit you if they do fix it. Brake lights did not work chaged me $25 to change bulbs and $100 to diagnose the bulbs were out. Will never go there again. RIP OFF STAY AWAY.
