Spencer and his team were the best they had me in and out so I could get to work! They were quick and they were using social distancing and made me feel super safe. They told me what I need to address with my old car and said they would be happy to do the work needed. They had a great price as well.

It was a nightmare to visit Meineke Car Care Center in Concord!!!Replaced four brake pads two weeks ago and visited them again due to the brakes screaks. They told me that there is nothing wrong for the break. Then I went to another auto shop at the same day, the honest mechanic told me that Meineke Car Care Center did not put the clip, spring back and didnt put anti grease when they replace new four brake pads!! They also forgot to return my lug nut key.Please see the photos for detail.

The service was unbelievably inexpensive and of top quality! they went above and beyond by putting extra oil in my car before draining it because there was no oil even showing up on my dipstick! their service is so great that he promised to check my oil for me anytime I wanted for free! What great service! Meineke and especially Spencer is going to be who I go to for all of my car repair needs!

I had schedule for 5pm arrived on time but workshop was closed.. oh my god.. horrible.. still have option on website to get re schedule Tomorrow at 5pm.. called costumer Care number they said apologize for inconvenience but our location closed at 5pm.. real closing time is 5pm how you can take appointment.. very sad to trust on that website .. Waste of time! Received a coupon mailer for a $17.99 oil change and they wouldn’t take the coupon. The day before my appointment, I confirmed that my car’s oil change qualified for the coupon and confirmed my 8 am appointment. The next day, I arrive at 8 am and the store is closed. I wait until 8:15 and then I’m told that my oil change would cost $80. I usually go to Midas down the street and they accept their coupons. Will be returning to Midas and not wasting my time with Meineke!

The only place I take my car for any service!In the past, weve tried other local mechanics to have our car serviced and were overcharged. They often recommended replacement of parts that werent needed.Meinekes owner/staff are extremely trustworthy and respectful. They always provide honest feedback of what is actually needed, are reliable, and complete every service in a timely manner.

The guys that work here are awesome! I took my 2013 Honda Civic there for an oil change and these guys got it done fast and with no hassle! They are very friendly and honest. Came here because I needed some maintenance work done on my commuter car. I need new belts spark plugs filters and an oil change. I came here because of the good reviews and decided to give them a try. I walked in and they took me right away, they were busy but still made time for me. They quoted me a very reasonable price and I proceededto have them do the work. They told me 2 hours, so I went for a walk down the street. About an hour and a half later I get a call saying my car is ready. I head back to pick up my car and I was out. Very courteous and professional. They took care of me and my car and I was really happy. Will be returning for any future repair needs and I recommend anyone to come here to get their car worked on!

From the point of arrival I was greeted by a gentleman and he was able to take my car and give me an approximate wait time to ensure it fit into my schedule. I was guided to the back for him to take my information as a first time customer and he has great customer service the entire encounter. I received a courtesy call once my car was ready. Called Meineke Friday afternoon and asked if they did suspension work. I figured they could help me with the play in my steering wheel. They gave me a nine o’clock appointment on Saturday . I took it in and I described the problem. They told me they would take it out for a test drive. I told them that wouldn’t be necessary because all they needed to do was start the car and move the wheel left to right and right to left and they would feel the problem. They listened and followed my suggestion and didn’t try to act like they knew more about my car than I do like other car repair folks have done in the past. I went across the street to do some shopping. I got a call about 30 minutes later where they had diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price. They told me it would be about 2 hours before they would have the part from the dealer. By 2:30 they called to say my car was ready. I picked my car all fixed! The employees were very polite and professional. They offered me a complimentary oil changed if I wanted to come back on Monday. This was my first visit to Meineke and should the need arise I would definitely return. Thanks Meineke. Good job!

Usually come here highly recommend to alot of people cause they USE to accept Groupons but they dont will say they will match the coupon Price. Had an appointment at 8:30 no one shown up until 9 ish had my friend bring his car and talked nothing but the best of this place only for service to prove otherwise after appointment was late the car was returned back with no oil after talking to the mechanic about it twice who refused to redo it again and even when provided proof there was no oil I had to go to Big I tires in Walnut Creek for them to drain it and tell me there was in fact no oil in the car. Disputed this whole transaction loved this place but service has definitely gone down. ALSO LEARN THAT IT WAS OIL CHANGE FRAUD PLEASE WATCH THEM PUTTING OIL IN YOUR CAR

This is the 2nd time that Meineke emails me oil change coupon but when I book the appointment and get there, they dont accept the coupon and say they dont participate this special sales plan (after trying to charge you higher price for same service) !Be careful about this shop!PS.: I have copies of the emails, appointment confirmation and the coupon in my archive, just in case.

Ive had two experiences with the Concord store, one oil change and one brake service. Both times the staff was courteous, and friendly and the service was fast and fairly inexpensive (I definitely utilize coupon deals lol). Plus they are thorough in checking your car out. I will keep going back as long as they keep up the good work!

Left the foot cover mat in my car and which isn’t a big deal, got oil all over my steering wheel and shifter nob that was irritating but I still tried to keep cool and then I saw the oily finger smudged on my door when the worker was opening and closing my door while my window was down. The guy helping at my he desk was helpful with the first two things but this is an absolutely terrible experience.Treating my car this bad makes me things the quality of the job was very poor.I will NEVER come back again and will recommend people to NOT to come here

Came here for a routine check up on my lancer and also because my brakes were squeaking. Came here and they told me all I needed was front brake pads because they were at 20%, they didn’t try and up sell me anything I didn’t need. They did all my work at a reasonable price and got me out of there at a reasonable time. Mikey was very helpful and honest. Will definitely be back here again.

They dont have the basic oil change package available here and wont honor any coupons for the basic oil change per the franchise owner. Keep this in mind if going for a good deal that the cheapest oil change you can get here is the synthetic blend package which is normally 34.95 but sometimes has coupons for 29.99

Wow, great customer service! When my battery died and I needed to get a new one installed the same day, I called around several places and couldnt get in anywhere. My Ford dealership even told me Id have to wait a week and half. The guy at Meineke said to come on down. They got me hooked up with the right battery and installed it the same afternoon, all at the right price! They were friendly and really turned my day around. Id definitely come back here again!!

They will take care of you and work with you no matter what. They are very professional and go out of their way for you. They top off all your fluids and check every part of your car while you wait. I made an appointment through the online system, but when i arrived they stated that their system didn’t reflect that i had made the appointment. Luckily the gentleman was kind enough to do my oil change anyways. But that was all they could do. Everything that usually included i didn’t get. Which isn’t a HUGE deal but would have been nice to have the tires rotated and the fluids topped off. Guess i know to call for an appointment in the future.

I needed a diagnosis on my car because i couldnt figure it out, turns out i needed a crankshaft position sensor and some oil cooler lines were leaking. They straight up gave me a good deal 2 hours later i was out. Just ask them to work with you on the price and they will they’re not trying to get money they actually care about the customer. Yesterday I went to the website to make an appointment for an oil change and saw they had availability later in the day. At noon I got an email confirmation for the 5pm appointment I scheduled. After taking off work early to get there on time, the place is closed upon arrival. No note on the door, no courtesy call to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I understand that emergencies happen and want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but no one has reached out to rectify the situation. I chose this location based on their online coupon deal, but the savings aren’t worth the time I wasted.

The place is under new management, and it is the best thing to happen to this place! The staff was very helpful with any questions and concerns about my car. I came in for a simple oil change and coolant flush, and the mechanics got it done in less than 30 minutes. They called me as soon as my car was finished.10/10 customer service !!!!

I stopped by here because it was close to my house, and prior to coming here I saw the reviews, and i decided to check it out for myself. So apparently there is a new family that took over this shop. Upon arrival the owner walked up to my car and helped me right away. I came in for an oil change and brake pads, and Im assuming they were going to try and sell me something I dont need but that actually wasnt the case.They took my car in and started inspecting it, they literally check every part of the car. From the brakes to the filters to in and underneath the car. After the inspection he comes out and tells me what my car needs in the future, they werent pushing any sales on my which was good. The current owner changed the prices and they are way lower compared to other shops. So I agreed to the price, and they literally had me out of there in 35 minutes. They took my car for a test drive and made sure everything was working properly, the owner also came out topped off my windshield wiper fluids, and also cleaned my windows, and they also offered me a ride anywhere Incase I didnt want to wait which was a shocker to me because no shop ever does that.Overall my experience was great, I didnt expect it based off the reviews, but I was wrong and Im glad I gave them a chance. The owner was so down to earth and polite and he didnt try and sell me anything I dont need. All these previous are invalid because they were experiences based of past owners. I suggest you give these guys a shot because the owner is really changing this place around. From now on Ill be coming here for any vehicle needs.

Would not recommend them. They would not honor their own coupon. The oil change had “ additional charges for an oil filter as well as labor. What was advertised at 49.00 costed me $91.00. When I asked the guy at the counter about it he said each is individually owned and they charge what they want.

This is one of the WORST experiences I have had in over 20 years being n the country ! Extremely rude, UNFORTUNATE PEOPL TO ANYBODYNOT PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! I am not sure if he is the owner, but the young man i met there was trying to clearly mislead on the pricing, both on diagnostics and even an oil change! Took my 06 Acura TL to get checked on since it was getting close to be a year since I bought it from a guy last December. I didn’t know when was the last time the previous owner had the car checked and what kind of maintenance it probably needed, besides oil changes, so I took it to Meineke. Their staff was great, made you feel welcomed and very helpful in explaining what had to be done. Great prices, I had a tune up done as well as changing a knock sensor that went bad a couple months after I bought the car but didn’t change it at the time because the place I took it wanted to charge me $700 for only changing one small sensor so I said “F*** that, I’ll look somewhere else.” Eventually took it here and they charged me at first less then the other place did but went up a bit more after they found a rat nest under my intake manifold and that it had chewed up some wires that had to be replaced in order to install the new knock sensor. I guess the previous owner really didn’t had it checked on in a while.... But they were great in explaining what they found and what needed to be done to do the job by giving me a quick call and authorizing them to buy the part to be replaced. Overall it came out around $712 I believe for having a tune up done, changing a bad sensor and new wires. I know the other place would of charged way more to do the same exact thing and take more time do to it. I will definitely be coming back soon for other maintenance needed. Thank You.

Honestly this place is great, I’m a car enthusiast so I’m really picky about where I take my car and this place completely exceeded my expectations. I went in and got new rear tires and they hooked it up with a great price and made sure to not scratch my wheels, put the TPMS and torqued it down to BMW factory specifications. This place is under a fantastic new management and it really shows how big of an impact a good team can have on customer experience and quality.

Probably the most honest mechanic shop I’ve ever been to, they didnt force anything down my throat did my oil change in 25 minutes and off I went. New owner name Mike was a pretty well mannered and honest individual. I would come here for all my car needs without a doubt.

Came here without an appointment for an alignment and new tires. My car kept steering to the right due to me hitting a curb. They put on 4 brand new tires for me and did an alignment in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was smooth and the workers were professional. Will be returning for all my future oil changes! Came here for a diagnoses because my AC wasn’t working, and these guys had good reviews. I made an appointment in Saturday at 1pm. I arrived and the took me in just as scheduled. About 30 minutes later they found out the problem, it was a leak in one of the lines. The replaces it recharged it and I was on my way. They staff were really accommodating and nice. They had me out in a reasonable amount of time and they keep you updated throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend them and will return.

I have no clue about mechanical work on cars. But I wanted professional work on my vehicle since its a 2018. And taking my car to get services at the dealership is really expensive and can take up to 5 business days to get a simple oil change. So I was looking for a shop in my city where I can take my car to get services from now on. At meineke on arrival they greeted me and offered me some coffee or water. They were very polite and eager to try and help. After filling out the basic info they needed they took my car in to get a full service. They finished in great time and the best part is they didnt charge me an arm and a leg like other places do. Definitely bringing all vehicles in my household to here from now on and would recommend anyone looking for quality work on your car for a great price is definitely here at the monument location in Concord.

I dont recommend this place to anybody. I needed an oil change before my smog test so I was online and saw that there was a Groupon coupon available for here as well. I purchase the coupon and proceeded to make my appointment at noon, a time THEY offered me on THIER website. But when arriving was told that everyone was on their lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m. I dont know why they would offer a time that no one is working. Then was told that the Groupon isnt accepted once noon hits. What are the odds. This company isnt true to their hours/website what they state online or on their website is completely different when you walk in. Customer service was extremely poor and nothing got handled all I did was waste my time and lost $ that already was paid for before arriving.

I love taking my car to Meineke. They are fast & efficient. I called in with a Groupon having used one before. Massi took care of me, told me to come in after a certain time, got there, my care was taken in, had the oil change, tires rotated & was in & out within minutes. Will definitely continue to use them!

Went in for a tune up and because my brakes were sounding squeaky. Service was smooth and fast even though it was pretty busy at the time I went , they didn’t try to convince me my car had a hundred different problems and serviced what actually needed servicing which I can’t say for a lot of shops so I appreciate that and Ill definitely be coming back.

Amazing, I had just had a tire slashed. The customer service was so excellent from the woman I believe her name began with an S but she explained how my tire was rare and how she would have to order one but told me she could put my spare on asap. Her and one of the mechanics named beni got the process done correctly and in a timely manner. I wanted to tip them and they wouldnt accept it. They were just doing there job really loved the service recommended first stop shop.

Went to the Meineke website scheduled oil change and got coupons for Monument location but when i got there i was told that they dont accept the coupon and they have told Meineke that they wont do it and asked me to get out, worst experience ever, before you do oil change please do check with them about coupon otherwise they will charge you a lot of money and they dont care about corporate deals. Never going back there.

Went in for a oil change and check engine light, Malod and his team got on it. Turned out I needed a couple sensors to be replaced. He replaced the sensors and did the alignment on my car. Not only did my car passed smog, but it runs alot better than before. Really cool guys and they get straight to the point.

I came here for an oil change without an appointment and even though they were a little busy they still managed to work me in their schedule. They did the oil change and inspected my vehicle all the way around. They got me out within 30 minutes and one thing that stood out to me was the fact that they didnt try and sell me unnecessary services I didnt need. I asked them about brakes and suspension on my car and they do all types of work here. Im going in next week for a brake and rotor job. Ill be glad to give my business to honest people like them. Came here because my radiator was leaking and smoking really bad, and on top of that my AC wasn’t blowing cold all this this happened in 1 day. I was referred to this meineke by some co workers that have been here so I decided to have my car towed here. they greeted me and they got started on my car right away. they told me my radiator was cracked and I needed to recharge my Ac. they managed to get my car back on the road in a few hours and they offered to give me a ride while I waited. I appreciate the concern and professionalism at this facility, and they did everything at a reasonable price. i’m going to be bringing my other vehicles here as well and my families.

Absolutely terrible, do not go here. You leave feeling ripped off and disrespected. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever had, no communication or eye contact, no uniforms just friends hanging out vaping and ignoring customers and not answering the phone. I assume they changed my oil.I know they didnt check my fluids as promised. I went back and they put water in my wiper reserve which was completely empty although he said he filled with good window wash.Then I ask about the power steering fluid and after checking , they had me wait while they went to buy to buy some.In all fairness I got the exact same treatment at Jiffy Lube in Marin 5000 miles ago.So much for switching for better care and attention to detail.It has become more and more difficult to find a service with integraty and pride.

Came here to get my front rotors and pads replaced, I was expecting to pay over $600 for the service, turns out I paid a little under 400 for pads and rotors which is hell of a deal. The establishment was clean and well organized this place is really turning around. The new owner makes sure your car is taken care of, and they don’t try and pull one over on u. I called around to all the other shops and this meineke location has very fair prices and you don’t feel ripped off after leaving. I will he taking my cars here from now on and I suggest you do the same. Thanks again to the staff at meineke

My car was turning off on me while I was driving the vehicle , so I went to the concord meineke and they were great. Not only did they figure out the problem but were extremely helpful and explained each step. Melod was great and told me about the repairs being made such as my valve cover gasket leaking on to my carnkshaft position sensor causing it not to send a signal to my engine. This caused my car to stop while driving . He repaired and replaced both of these things and now my car is running great . Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful!!! Highly recommend

Liars and ripoff.Took my Land Rover in for a break job and left with regret that I ever did that. I paid for all four pads and rotors to be changed and less than 4 months later both were worn-out with the rotors warped beyond drivable. Took the car back in and paid for the labor to change the parts and fix the problem. Another 4 months and again the same issue with the bad rotors and of course the pads. At this time Im told that it is caused because I did not use genuine parts that come more expensive. I paid again for the entire break job to get the original genuine Rover parts. Another 4 months and again the same issue. When I looked at the parts they were replacing nothing was made by Rover. All same worthless stuff only with a higher price.When I asked them to service my transmission I was charged quite a substantial amount to drain and change the fluid. During one of my visits back for the breaks I asked the technician to check the transmission fluid to which he told me they do not have the special tools to do that. But were able to change the fluid yet not check the fluid level?Now Im told that I need a new transmission and they can replace it. The cost was for a used one over $6000 and a new one $12000. I took the car to the Rover dealership and paid for an inspection, to which I was told that for sure the transmission is in great shape and does not have any issues. All this in writing.Every time I took the car in it was an all day event and always resulted in charges for different issues not related with reason I took the vehicle in initially.I dont even trust this place to change my oil...

Dont like it went to change brakes. Not even 3 days later my car broke down. Because they didnt put everything back right. tried calling them for 2 weeks and never got a call back after trying to call a lot left a lot of voice mail never going back.
